She told me she could do the design so I started my appointment. When she finished the French tip, she put sparkles on the big toe, but doesn't have any rhinestone. So then I had to change the whole design and get something else that I didn't want. This is for my graduation. This moment only happens once in life and she messed it up for me. She lied. She Told me she could do something that she couldn't do. She knew good and well she couldn't do that design but yet let me sit in her chair, because she wanted to get paid. And then when it came down to actually paying, she asked me if I wanted to tip and I said five dollars. And she put that I tipped her $15. So I ended up paying $65 for just plain white toes. I'm so upset. I'm so disappointed. This is a once in a lifetime thing for me. All I wanted was for my toenails to match my fingernails because my fingernails have rhinestones. Why did you say you could do a design that you couldn't do. You're a grown woman if you can't do something admit that. It's 8 PM at night. You're the only place that's still open right now at this time. And now I still have to pay anyway so I'm getting something I don't like. I am so disappointed. Disappointment isn't even the word. I sat there in the chair and cried as she did my toes. This moment is so important to me and you couldn't do the one thing that I asked. And then you lie? I just don't understand why anyone would do that. I give it a 0/10 and I will never go back.

There is a menu of different pedicure options, and I usually go with a "middle-of-the-road" option that includes paraffin and callus treatment, which I find both work well for me -- and are done well at this spa. I am terrible at doing my own nails, so trimming, shaping, and cuticle management I are what I care about most. I Always leave loving my nails…read morebesides an occasional nail popping off about 10 days later (but i think that's due to me excessively using cleaning solutions as I'm a germaphobe lol). I love the way they file and shave the cuticles. The nails look so clean and well manicured. Also, they file to perfection. No sloppy, rushed, uneven or lumpy acrylic job. That means a lot to me so I always try to go here as my first option. They close at 7pm and are busy most of the time. That and the prices are a tiny tad bit higher than usual. Those are my only cons. Other than that, all is well and i do recommend!
