However, recently, I have had a string of negative experiences that are causing me to reconsider my loyalty. I always do a walk-in, and maybe this is where I've gone wrong. If they could point me to who would do a good job with an appointment, I'd happily go. I also would like to note I think these problems are much more likely to happen during their busy hours, which is understandable but not acceptable. Most recently, I had a new set of acrylic nails done on Sunday. By Monday, one of my nails had already snapped across the middle, as I was literally putting my hands in my pocket. So no extraordinary force. I returned to the Salon on Tuesday, and they repaired it free of charge, which was great, but now it's Wednesday and a nail broke as I peeled off the label of a soy milk carton! This is ridiculous! I paid $80 to have to keep going back to get them to fix it! Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience in recent months. During a previous appointment, I had my legs waxed in a chair near the front of the salon, which is quite frankly, already questionable practice. But I went with it because they were busy and it was only the bottom half of my legs. But the technician dripped wax ALL OVER MY SHOES!!! Firstly, she didn't notice she did this, I had to notice that it happened. But, why did this happen at all?? They were able to take off the wax off my shoes when I showed them, but goodness gracious, this is turning into a litany of problems! I'm honestly really disappointed because I am a regular customer. I'm not really sure if making an appointment would fix the issue, they've never told me to make an appointment or pointed me towards one of their more experienced nail techs, despite going there for what is now over a year. I'm really disappointed, to say the least, and I'm strongly reconsidering my loyalty. At this point, I'm starting to think a partial refund is warranted given the amount of time I have had to spend revisiting the salon and getting my nails done. And I am all for paying nail techs fairly. I always tip 20%, generously, because they do hard work! But I am regretting tipping. And upset because this set was NOT cheap!

We were seated right away and we were done with everything after an hour. Other girls will know that an hour for almond shaped acrylics in unheard of. Seemed very clean inside, tools were sanitized and new when they aren't reused tools. Colors were great and they painted them really well. I'll update on how long they last. I paid for professional nail services, but my gel nails started falling off shortly after my appointment. I also experienced cuts and bleeding around my cuticles during the service. What made the experience even worse was how my concerns were handled. When I contacted the salon to explain what happened, instead of receiving understanding or an effort to resolve the issue, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I have no problem paying for quality service, but customers deserve to receive what they pay for and to be treated with respect when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither quality service nor professional customer care. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
