The space has plenty of tables, and delicious decorated cakes on display. I wonder if they were all customers or if the staff did some of them, hmm! I should've asked. At the counter on the back wall, you can get snacks and drinks in addition to the kits for the decorating. I didn't decorate one myself, but I observed the whole process. There are shelves of different tools, like skewers, piping bags and more. There's a frosting for every color and plenty of fondant for extra creativity. We were able to bring in food -- pizza for this occasion, and the staff were kind enough to serve it for us. The staff were super polite, efficient, and willing to answer any questions and assist the decorators! They are incredible. Cakes are super moist & the frosting is perfectly sweetened (not too sweet at all). & the ratio of cupcake to frosting is spot on. I absolutely love the red velvet with cream cheese frosting & get it every time. Their chocolate flavors are wonderful too & have a great depth of cocoa flavor. I'm not sure if it's the beans, the roasting, or the way the drinks are being prepared now, but I genuinely hope the owners take a fresh look at it. I ended up buying one strawberry shortcake cupcake and one vanilla cupcake. When he put the cupcakes in a container and then a bag, he gave me their business card. Apparently, they also do catering and will do custom cakes. Later that day, we tried the cupcakes. My husband really liked the strawberry shortcake one and said the strawberry flavoring came through clearly. He even suspected that some strawberry flavoring was added to the cake part. I enjoyed the vanilla one which actually had subtle vanilla flavor. As for ambience --- It's a small place with a couple of tables for those who want to eat their cupcakes right after buying them. We both agree that next time we're at the mall, we will once again bring some cupcakes home with us!
