There are shelves of different tools, like skewers, piping bags and more. There's a frosting for every color and plenty of fondant for extra creativity. We were able to bring in food -- pizza for this occasion, and the staff were kind enough to serve it for us. The staff were super polite, efficient, and willing to answer any questions and assist the decorators! I ended up buying one strawberry shortcake cupcake and one vanilla cupcake. When he put the cupcakes in a container and then a bag, he gave me their business card. Apparently, they also do catering and will do custom cakes. Later that day, we tried the cupcakes. My husband really liked the strawberry shortcake one and said the strawberry flavoring came through clearly. He even suspected that some strawberry flavoring was added to the cake part. I enjoyed the vanilla one which actually had subtle vanilla flavor. As for ambience --- It's a small place with a couple of tables for those who want to eat their cupcakes right after buying them.
