My frustration of having a very expensive PC came down to bringing it to a computer shop to get it fixed. The price was very reasonable, and the guy there was able to diagnose and fix everything all within a day. He got my computer working perfectly after a couple days of bashing my head into the wall trying to get the Windows OS up and running. Don't expect a big PC supermarket though. These guys are a local PC repair shop and it definitely shows. Their knowledge of their craft definitely helped me and they're worth a shot if you have computer problems.

The experienced staff ordered a new battery and replaced it for me. Then they made sure my laptop was functioning correctly again before sending me home. My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a…read more"kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair.
