Kim's wings USED to be absolutely delicious... now they are a salty mess! When tons of salt is used, it's to cover up meat that isn't fresh. The meat inside the wing is mushy and brown. Never again! read more

.I did not see HORRIBLE in your rating system above. Suffice, to say I will not be returning to Kim's wings ever. They also need to have a inspector come and complete a thorough investigation. While standing at the window to pay for my order I had an opportunity to look in the kitchen area. It is disgusting. To reiterate , I will not be returning to kim's wings on lakeshore boulevard read more

I've been going here since I was a kid in Euclid. Kim's wings have always been the best wings extra crispy with sauce hits so well I went to Tennessee. I've traveled to different areas and I really do love wings but nothing could beat Kim's wings especially the Euclid area. read more

chicken was terrible idk what grade of chicken that was but that was the worst chicken I ever had

As a native Clevelander, we're known for our polish boys. Whenever I visit back home - this is an automatic stop for tasty mom and pops food and nostalgia. Wings and hot sauce on the side is also a must. The service was quick and kind. read more

There is a wait but that means your food is fresh. I love seeing the owner on the floor overseeing the operations, ensuring that the quality remains top notch! Never a disappointment and always a treat! read more

I ordered a chicken wing dinner with extra wings and sauce. They didn't put extra sauce on the dinner (why they separated them idk.). I checked them both n they both are lacking sauce neither had extra sauce. Also heard the lady who took my order curse out of frustration as she hung up the phone. read more

This restaurant was okay as far as cleanliness but the customer service by the server Reba was absolutely horrible! she always has an attitude when I order. I thought maybe she was having a few bad days but it's every time I order from her. she was extremely rude to my teens when they went to order their food as well. she rushed them and cut them off while they were ordering. she also tried to give my daughter the wrong food and when my daughter told her it was not what she ordered the lady got loud and rude with my daughter and cut her off while she was talking. she is disgusting and I will never get my food from this place again. Super disgusting and unprofessional! read more

No matter which Kim's I go to either Lakeshore or St.Clair and order the rib tip combo they managed to not put the wings in there..But they give you hella fries.. read more

Paid for 12 wings, left a nice tip. Got home, only had 10 wings. They're good, but c'mon. Can't count to 12. Got ripped off. Not happy.

The place used to be great over time the service has gotten very slow an the food not so great at location on 152 in stclair there are two other locations read more

Wings still good ! Ghetto service but it's in the hood what do you expect. The cakes were nasty and tasteless. The wings are still good and sauce to die for! read more

Just left the store, they have a certain female that is always taking orders. I watched her be rude to children, elderly people, then I was next and she was rude to me. Everytime I go to this place, the same female is taking orders and very disrespectful. I recommend no one go there unless they are looking to get disrespected. Management needs to do something about this. read more

Great food if you are looking for barbecue the sauce is amazing and their chicken wings are crunchy on the outside with moist meat inside

The food is great. Wait times are also usually accurate. I always get the wings and polish boy. Their fish isn't bad either! The one critique is their Mac and cheese. It's not what I'd expect and is less traditional southern/African American Mac. read more

Pretty good wings, I like the sauce. Definitely a different way they make there wings that makes them crunchy. When fresh it is on point. Just wish they had more flexible hours and better customer service. Not bad read more

I had chicken tenders two dinners that were burnt I'm talking about black heart but you couldn't even break them really I had some chicken wings that was undercooked the batter was horrible and then I had chicken wings that were over cooked as well fries were burnt you can tell that the food was cooked a bad grease oh grease and then on top of that don't no one answered the phone ever read more

The customer service is could be a lot better. Everytime I go there the darkskin lady with the shorter hair is always rude. Also why are they just letting the phone ring and not taking orders over the phone. read more

I have lived in Cleveland for all of my life and have seen bar-b-que come and go throughout the years. To say, that I've been going to Kim's Wings for years, mostly the location at 14909 Saint Clair. I always order the same thing a "wing dinner" w/ extra order of cole slaw, and I've alway's been satisfied with their wings. They are served hot, and cripsy w/ sauce and not drowning in it, for a reasonable price. $! Then I go to the location in Euclid. Everytime I go to the Euclid location-I order the same 'wing dinner,' and it's like night, and day. Last week, on the 1st, I stopped in to get the usual, and I was very disappointed when I opened my dinner, after I got home to find over-battered, soggy wings, drownned in a watered-down sauce, and 'limp' soggy, french fries downned in the same. My friend ordered the rib tip combo, and a shoulder sandwich. The shoulder was not 'pulled' pork but sliced. It did not have a smoked flavor, and tasted old, and tough. Same with the rib tips--nothing but a bad tasting grissle. I wanted desert, however, I noticed that the cakes are now being sold for $3 bucks per slice, and the slices have shrunk (been cut) noticiabley about1/3 the size that I remember. Passed on that one!.... I am writing this review because I have never had to throw out a bar-b-que dinner in my life! What's up Kim with your Euclid location? read more

Polish boy is our go to here. Friends drive in from Buffalo for them. I have to say that most people order wings when I am in there. I have never had them but they must be good. read more

This was my first time at this carry out. I ordered 2 whiting dinners and a catfish dinner. What I received was not catfish. I also asked for no coleslaw because I am allergic to mayonnaise and creamy slaw dressings. They gave me coleslaw anyway and it was touching my food. They should be more careful. People die or get very sick from carelessness with food. Also if you don't have an item say that. You can't give me a different fish like I won't know the difference. Catfish is too distinct for that. I will not be back. read more

I've been eating wings since I was five years old in Buffalo New York, I've had wings in many different states this is the first time I've ever thrown away and order of wings. FYI: the wings are battered" and their "hot sauce " is a barbecue sauce with black pepper flakes just gross the owner was very nice and her mother as well, Kim explained the menu to me and I figured I would give it a shot...after picking through the batter to get to the wing it was cooked well but just lacked flavor no wing should be treated like this ever. Will not be returning. read more

Can't beat the Wing dinner with sauce for right around $6. Chicken is crispy and saucy and laid out over fries. Not a better bargain around.

Stopped in for my routine polish boy when i last visited town and i was not disappointed! The food was great (as expected) and the service was quick. in and out in no time! read more

Best wings in Cleveland!!! Been around for over 40 years so they have to be doing something right! They're sauce is bottled and sold all over the country!!! So many people LOVE it! The wings are battered and so delicious and you have a choice between their mild BBQ or hot buffalo which is not your normal buffalo sauce but is so good. The fact that they change their grease on a more regular basis than usual stands to reason why the wings are so fresh and OMG!!!! The polish boys are amazing especially the beef ones!!!! They have many other choices on their menu as well that are really really good!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Just left the store on Lakeshore and will never return again!! The service was absolutely horrible, the woman taking my order made it obvious that she was irritated by me coming in just a few minutes before closing but, the hours are not posted online or at the store. I asked for two polish boys, she asked if I wanted beef or regular, I stated two regular polish boys and she proceeded to tell the cook drop two beef boys. When I corrected her, her response was you said beef and I told her she was wrong I never said beef. It made for an uncomfortable experience and being a black business owner I support black owned every chance I get but, this was not the first time that I have patronized this location and received sub par service. But it will definitely be the last. I can't spend money in establishments that don't respect me as a valued customer. read more

I have been purchasing Kims wings on wednesdays for a while They were ingredible. Went and purchased them tonight. They were taste-less and they seem to have no meat on them. What a disappointment, Got their macraroni and cheese and that was ingredible. Hope it was just a bad night. Will try them one more time. read more

There was poor communication from the boy/girl cashier calling both numbers which resulted one of the orders falling on the floor. The boy/girl was very disrespectful as if it was my fault. I have talk to the main store in the past....will not return there ever again. Kim please teach the staff some customer service....if you do not your business will fail in Euclid!!!! read more

Food is good but the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at the Willoughby location. I called to place an order and was put on hold for 5 minutes without even being greeted. Then I hung up and called back several times for them to still have the phone off the hook. I took it upon myself to go up there and I asked if they still had the phone off the hook and the girl at the cashier said "no" while she went to hang up the phone. As soon as she did the phone started to ring. She didn't apologize at all. Two minutes later another customer came in and asked was phone ok because it's been busy for a while. read more

I tried calling in to place an order due to me being at work and the lady on st clair said they could not take phone orders due to them being extremely busy. We couldn't order our 50 wings and fries due to their busyness. Bad Business smh... read more

Sorry for all the spelling errors I was typing this pretty fast. 7 minutes ago My family used to own a restaurant pizza shop that also served chicken dinners, wings, seafood ect. for 15 years so I know a lot about the kitchen and food. These are literally the worst wings I've ever had from any type of place that is supposed to serve fried wings. You can get better wings at Dave's supermarket 8n the plaza behind them made at their kitchen. Low quality Wings most of it was bone, or cartilage very little meet. They bread the chicken with way too much breading you think you're getting this big wing but in reality as breaded like the chicken at Chinese spots. My fries were alredy made and were cold and soggy and not under a light. The chicken was already made as well. I don't understand that type of business practice for any type of fried food place fried food should not be ready and waiting unless you're popping off the chain like popeye's on Tuesdays. I would rather wait the extra 5 to 10 minutes And get a steaming fresh hot meal. The woman at the counter didn't seem happy to be there and she wasn't wearing gloves while getting my food together as I saw someone else complain in a review below me that they found the finger nail on their food and that the person over the phone said they wear gloves at all times while that's clearly a lie as I did not see one person in that kitchen with gloves on and there were 3 to 4 people. Of course the only one that should really matter is the 1 handling the food and chief was also handling my money for some reason even though there were at least 3 other people there. After a dressing those major key things of this business I would suggest a Pressure cooker instead of the basket deep fryer it makes a huge huge difference in flavor quality and taste. My plate still looks like from a far distance that it has chicken wings to eat but in reality everything in that plate is skin, bone , and lots of breading. Very disappointed with the quality and seriousness taken behind this business. This was your third chance. Never again! read more

This place is a hit or miss. I like there wings but I had a taste for a polish boy the bread was hard. And after waiting for my food all that time had to throw it away. Just eat there wings but be prepared to wait read more

The wings are great! The food is cheap and the service is good. The wing dinner is delicious and you get so much food... Wings, fries, coleslaw, and bread. If you need something sweet try the peach cobbler. The staff is friendly, the food is consistently good. read more

I try to go to here every time I'm on this side of town which has been twice in 5 months. I love the wings. They are the best I've had in a very long time. I recently got a rib/wing combo. The ribs were ok. Pretty run of the mill. People were ordering polish boys and lots of wings in big quantities. The coleslaw was good and complemented the rest of the meal. read more

The food is hit or miss some day good some days bad but overall decent for the price the fish is the best of u get it on a hit day...lol

If they close at 11:30 and they tell you that they don't take phone in orders after 10:30, do not come here unless you like under cooked chicken and food poisoning. read more

The Lakeshore location has good food. I do believe that if you call an order in you shouldn't have to wait an additional 15 minutes when you were already told on the phone it would take 15 minutes. The representative who took my order was very unprofessional and acted irritated when I gave my order, and I believe he shouldn't have been on the front line answering phones with that type of attitude. The food is great but the service an level of professionalism is horrible. read more

My hubby stops at least twice a month to get me a polish boy meal. The meal is consistently good. The bbq sauce they make in house is really delicious too!
