After about an hour and 15 minutes, the Doordasher messaged to say that the restaurant gave our food to another customer and that they were refusing to remake it. When I have come in to place or pick up an order, there is always 1 person at the front handling the phone, delivery service orders, and people coming inside to place orders, as well as cashing folks out. It seems like too much for 1 person to handle and obviously a recipe for disaster. Luckily there were no issues getting a refund. I won't be trying this again anytime soon.
