I needed a pair of pants hemmed & she said she could have it done in 2 hours! Whoa! Not only did she have them done in 2 hours but it was only $13! Will definitely be back the next time I need alterations.

She seemed to struggle a lot when I explained what I needed. Sure enough, when I picked it up, one panel of the curtain WAS UPSIDE DOWN!!! There was a DEFINITE up/down, right way/wrong way to the pattern of the shower curtain. COULD SHE NOT SEE IT? Luckily, the pattern helped hide the mistake, plus, I did NOT want to deal with her any more, so I accepted it and went home. Oh, and she CHARGED ME $50 to SEW SOME STRAIGHT LINES!!! So NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ace Tailor.

We brought in 2 items, one quilt and one thicker blanket. I even specified with the (2) gentleman who were there when I dropped it off that I have skin sensitivities and not to use any fragrance. They assured me they did not use any fragrance. When I called in for a refund for only one item (I was trying to be polite and allow them their "profit" for the other quilt). $95.00 was for two items. A machine washable thicker blanket and a thinner quilt. I am very disappointed that they would not refund (1) item given we will have to go somewhere else to get this washed properly. I spoke with the owner & he was unwilling to refund me for their mistake. That is very unprofessional and sad. Management please do better.

**UPDATE** After…read morethis review posted, Red Carpet Tailor reached out to me which WAS NOT expected! He was so kind and took the time to hear me out. Let me tell you something, A LOT of the time, business owners/managers see reviews and NEVER respond to them. This reach out speaks VOLUMES to the integrity of this business. That means alot to me! The next time I need an alteration, I WILL give Red Carpet Tailor ago! I walked into Red Carpet Tailor on Douglas Monday morning needing a simple side slit extension. The lady behind the counter was very nice. However, I am very shocked at the price tag for this alteration. Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days. To add insult to injury, the coat wasn't even steamed for the price paid. Disappointed

These were my go-to shoes for all day walking and I did not want to chance getting blisters with a new pair at the start of a month long vacay. The best part is they fixed the mangled strap so impeccably that it was only noticeable if you had the shoe in front of your face to look for it and more importantly, it was just as comfortable as before! I was very concerned on this since it was the leather strap that goes around the back of the heel but it felt perfect and at the end of my trip it was still as if nothing had happened.
