When I contact her she first claimed they were at the bottom of the bag. They where not. Then she said would have return them at the first fitting. This was not the case because she kept them after the first fitting to use as a model the other ones. I had plans for them and wanted them back. The dress fit ok in the end but not perfect. I left the jacket and when I came back the top part of the zipper track where a plastic cap was located was ripped off and the zipper track was messed up and she told me that the jacket could not be fixed (per pictures). The zipper track was fine when I took the jacket in and only the zipper had come off. She literally destroyed my relatively new jacket and did not fix my problem and did not even tell me she altered the jacket in attempt to fix it.
