Let me tell you something, A LOT of the time, business owners/managers see reviews and NEVER respond to them. This reach out speaks VOLUMES to the integrity of this business. That means alot to me! The next time I need an alteration, I WILL give Red Carpet Tailor ago! I walked into Red Carpet Tailor on Douglas Monday morning needing a simple side slit extension. The lady behind the counter was very nice. However, I am very shocked at the price tag for this alteration. Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days. When Waze took me to a residential address, I was a little confused. I called to ask & she said I was in the right place & to come on in. She has a full tailor shop right there with all of her equipment and a little changing area! Mrs. Chu is friendly & welcoming. I needed a pair of pants hemmed & she said she could have it done in 2 hours! Whoa! Not only did she have them done in 2 hours but it was only $13! You can choose from a variety of thread colors and font styles for your embroidery project. Job was done quickly and the work was satisfactory. And, we thought the price was very reasonable, only $10 each hat to add names. Locally owned, the people here are patient and helpful. Speaking of helpful, it would be beneficial to your customers if you could implement an automated pickup notification and reminder system. We almost left town without the goods now on two occasions.
