After paying, I asked if she had a clear plastic cover to protect the dress, and her response was, "ehh... if you want." That alone says everything about the level of care and professionalism here. I won't be returning. There are far better tailors out there who are not only skilled, but actually value their customers and provide proper service. I handed the woman my repair alteration before stepping into the fitting room to put the pants on so they could mark them. I fully expected to leave the repair alteration with them for a few days along with the pants, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped back out of the fitting room area because the woman handed me back my garment with the stitch repair completed & did not charge me for it. I've also had more complicated alterations done to a wool coat & trust them with my garments. I also appreciate their follow up to make sure that their tailoring was done to my satisfaction after I've taken them home.
