I needed a pair of pants hemmed & she said she could have it done in 2 hours! Whoa! Not only did she have them done in 2 hours but it was only $13! Will definitely be back the next time I need alterations.

I am pregnant and was a bridesmaid in a wedding and my dress was very tight. They said they could help me, had me come in and had no issue finding a way to make it work. Title / Rating: 1 Star - Damaged garment, refused accountability…read more I brought a pair of shorts here solely for a standard zipper replacement. When I picked them up, the original work was unacceptable. The sizing had been changed when they installed the new zipper. Bringing this to their attention, they agreed to try and give inches back. Upon pickup of the attempted fix, however, the metal buckle and buttons had been altered to the point where they no longer close, and the zipper work left the garment completely unwearable. When I brought this to the owner's (Giovanni Perez) attention with photographic evidence requesting a resolution, I was told they "did nothing wrong" and refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Buyer beware: if your clothes are damaged in their care, they will not stand behind their work or make it right. Photos attached. You can see how they put the button and clasp on top of one another so neither is functional, and how they moved the hook twice (once during the original tailoring, which they deny in spite of the evidence on the garment, and again when attempting a repair that also crushed the metal of the clasp).

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't post this…read morereview without it, otherwise I would give them ZERO! Dropped off a dress on Saturday and was told I'd receive a call by Tuesday to let me know if the zipper on my dress could be fixed or it would need to be replaced. Tuesday came around and no one called, I called on my way home from work between 5-6pm. I couldn't say a gentleman answered the phone, because he was everything but a gentleman! He was rude as hell, I let him know that I was waiting to hear from the lady that I dropped my dress off with to update me. His response was, why was she needing to call me. Which I clearly had stated, so she can let me know what needed to be done and the cost; before I decide to move forward. He claims they were so busy all day, and that's why I didn't get a call. He mentioned that I needed a new zipper and sometimes it's not worth the work, but he'd get a price and call me back. When he called me back, he quoted me a price. I asked if it needed to be changed, could they possibly put a gold one on the dress. He got smart and said something rude, and the call wasn't pleasant at all. I told him not to do anything to my dress and that I'd pick it up. So I go to get it, and he tells me it was taken by alterations. I never authorized them to proceed, so now I have to go back the following day to get my dress. I told him I'd do a review on Google, which he didn't seem to care at all. Bragging they've been in business for 40 years, I'm pretty sure his mom is the owner and he can't get a real job so he's working there and driving her customers away. Lastly, he called me a bitch as I drove off. But any man who calls a woman a bitch, is the real bitch. Needless to say, some people do not belong in customer service. I hope they lose customers, horrible place to do business with! Save your time and money!

Her attitude makes it very clear she doesn't enjoy what she does. I picked up my daughter's prom dress today, and was charged $73+ for a length alteration. I understand different fabrics can require more work, but the pricing feels unreasonable for the quality of service provided. After paying, I asked if she had a clear plastic cover to protect the dress, and her response was, "ehh... if you want." That alone says everything about the level of care and professionalism here. I won't be returning. There are far better tailors out there who are not only skilled, but actually value their customers and provide proper service. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
