Bee the manager told clients we do not rush our clients but he yelled at her numerous time and he drove the woman who did my nails crazy. He then asked me to write to the owner and then Sophie has yet to respond. Bee was not a very nice man and although this is a great shop they need a more professional and calm manager who doesn't yell at his employees. Sad that he lies to clients. I only hope Sophie will respond as I will be there again to address the issue and not be forced and rushed. Two other client next to me said he never listens.

When I first drove up to the salon, it looked shabby, but don't get the wrong impression! The entrance is in the back, and when I walked in, every customer stared at me, but I didn't mind. A woman was already waiting for me so I just walked in and sat down. I got the manicure for only $10 and the French extra for $5 dollars more. The woman worked rapidly and was extremely friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she helped me pick a perfect color and did an amazing job! Nancy was so kind and very social. One of my best friends swore by her and her nails always looked great every time so I figured why not right? The salon is Tiny but it's a little powerhouse! Nancy is an absolute sweetheart and talked the entire time with me through my service. None of the awkward staring/silence like I'm used to. They have big comfy massage chairs that have tray tables and phone chargers attached. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be annoyed at first but she warmed up as time went on. They use a lavender scrub and soak which was nice aromatherapy. From start to finish my pedicure was done in about 25 minutes. This pedicure was no different than the one I get at a "regular" salon and pay almost $30 less. But I guess all of the bells and whistles comes at a big price. The salon is in a very busy ShopRite plaza which can be a pain for parking. They accept all major credit cards and cash. I'd say this place is good for a "me time, me day" type of thing. Would I recommend being a regular customer here? No.

Quick dry only works if you have sandals or flip flops .. okay, no big deal, I wont get a pedi, onto the nails. Person did not know how to do an ombre style nails, 1 of the owners took over, I told her I was not happy with how they looked, she said she'll fix it. Instead, she added to the fill instead of filing it down with machine. I thought she would use the machine to file down after adding more fill ... but, no, she only used the file & said shes not charging me, she was done in 15 minutes. I didnt come here to get a horrible fill job for free, I came in to get a beautiful fill & pedi like i always had in the past & she was unprofessional with her attitude, rude & said, i didnt charged you.
