I was disappointed with the foot and heel scrub, as I didn't feel it was thorough enough. I also wasn't very comfortable with the area designated for drying pedicures, and I found the salon to be somewhat cluttered, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. Another challenge was the lack of a dedicated parking area. Finding street parking was very difficult and added unnecessary stress before my appointment. While the staff was kind and professional, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.
