I'm a professional women, Last minute needed to stop there last night 6:30pm. Encountered Sam 1st seat in less than 5 minutes he became enraged, rude, decided not to do nails asked me to leave. Why so. He decided to be small minded and accuse me off saying a price wasn't on the board. 1st of all l'm calling the inspectors out to your filthy shop, workers that were sitting around should've been cleaning up, plus are they legal to work for you. I went in to get my nails done, I saw they offered lash extensions and they said they did lash by lash. (Which they did not do, she glued the lashes on in clumps, and you could see the chunks of glue on my lash band) I was charged $130 for the service, that left me with 5 eyelashes on each eye. She did my lashes seated straight, glue fell into my eyes, there was no sanitation, and I got an eye infection for the first three days from the lash glue going into my eyes. They finally fell out, and all of my lashes fell along with them. (I went to get them removed and they told me my best bet was to let them fall off.) This place is unsanitary and will leave you with no lashes. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible first experience. The entire thing felt rushed. The lady didn't use the lotion or rub anything on my calves during my pedicure. Completely half assed my gel manicure. I asked for square nails and when I got home I realized some were crooked. Wish I would've taken a photo before I had to file them MYSELF so that they didn't look lopsided. I was also charged for a gel pedi when I only got reg polish. DO NOT go here if you're looking for a nice experience. Staff ignores you and had to wait almost 10 mins just to pay. If I could give it zero stars I would. The customer service is the worst. The owner of the shop is not professional at all. You will be waiting 4 hours to get a bad job done on your nails and toes. The new guy have really negative energy and he is really rough. The owner and the new guy were arguing back and fourth. I used to go there all the time it was my favorite place but the quality of service started to suck. They only treat there favorite people the best. Last time I was in there it smelled like mold. They don't care about nail health or nail care only money. Also I was waiting the tip the pedicure lady because she was the only nice one and the new rude guy said why are u still here. Night before I took my previous nails off after 2 nails became loose from previous set ( which wasn't done here as I mentioned my first time here) a Spanish girl did my nails she didn't speak English good but that didn't bother me. She did a great job. The shaping I loved I'm very picky when it comes to that and the thickness of my nail I like a natural look. She did exactly what I needed without me having to say thinner or comment on the shaping . Overall I'm very satisfied, will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. The environment was friendly yes the shop was a little busy and dirty... however I'm from Brooklyn where most of the shops are just as this one . She cleaned the utensils before using them on me so anything else I could care less about respectfully. read more

I decided Tuesday that that will be my last time as a customer there . I've been going there for years and had no problem but they definitely fell off lately . Last couple times I went I've been receiving attitude and painful service . He burned my fingers and filed so hard and each time I pulled back in pain he never even apologized .my gel polish had been bubbling and coming off the next day. When they're busy , forget it! My mother got her nails done here yesterday and not only is one nail completely crooked even after she said it was the man continuously said no it's not. The nails have no natural curve to them. They are flat and stick straight up. You can tell right away which nails are fake. The paint job is nice. The place is not clean nor nice looking. read more

Came here for a pedicure. The nail technician was great. She fixed a mistake another nail salon made and she did her best with shaping my big toenail since it cracked. I would give a 4 star if I rated solely the nail technician. However, the salon gets 2 because the pedicure chairs are extremely old. They were uncomfortable to sit in. And I got a regular polish because it lasts long for me and there is ONLY ONE WORKING NAIL DRYER STATION FOR FEET. I had to wait for the dryer because someone was already using it.
