I recently moved into the area and needed to find a new nail salon to do my acrylic fillings. This location was not too far away so I decided to try it. The nail salon itself is big and pleasing to the eye. They also do hair in the front of the salon Please be advised that this location is very overpriced. What normally cost me between 20 to $25 to do an acrylic filling Grace nails charges 45. I agreed to come here thinking since they are charging $20 more then all their competitors their service would be very good. I came in to get my acrylic filling and right away the girl that sat me down wanted to take several nails acrylic nails off. She kept telling me that they needed to come off because they weren't sturdy. The nails were perfectly fine they were still glued on my nails and they were not coming off. She wanted to charge me extra on top of the $45 filling that they charge for the acrylic nails. I got up and told her that that was an extreme amount of money and that my nails were not loose and did not need to come off, they just needed to be filled in with acrylic which is the regular service that you have done every two weeks when you have acrylic fillings. I got up to leave and then another girl called me over and sat me down. Okay she told me she could do my nails and fill them in. I sat down she did an okay job nothing great paid my $45 for the acrylic filling. It is now 11 days after my visit to Grace nails and my nails are coming off. They do not do a great job and I feel like they do a lousy job so you could be back sooner. On my opinion, this place is not worth the money they are charging. They don't do such a great job with the nails as it is only 11 days after I got them done and my nails are coming loose. This has never happened to me before as when I get my acrylic fillings done they last over two weeks. I don't plan to come back and I recommend that if you're looking for a salon that does good acrylic or any kind of manicure or nails skip this one. I recently decided to try a new place and a new nail technician. I am so glad that I did because the work they do here does not compare to the place I used to go to before. I had my nails done by Lissette. Not only is she very friendly but she truly takes her time to make sure your nails are how you want them. They always clean up my cuticles and a added bonus you get a hand massage at the end. Never had this done at the previous nail salon. There prices are also pretty good. I would normally pay $50 for a freestyle nail design. I was only charged $40 at Grace Nails. The place was great! I went in & they told me to wait for a little bit, but when they finally got to me they knew how to give me exactly what I asked for. I asked for French manicure because of work, but I also wanted some kind of design on two of my nails since I wanted something simple but cute/different. OMG, today I cheated on my nail salon. I knowwww but in my defense I was really pressed for time and needed to go somewhere close so I hit up Siri and she directed me here. First things first: Parking There is metered parking for the price of 25 cents for 10 mins. -_- 2 hour limit. I probably could have parked on a side street for free but whatever. The salon itself has an area in the back where they do hair, a couple pedicure chairs and then the manicure stations in the front. They also have a commercial refrigerator with a variety of drinks for sale which I thought was pretty genius because I've gotten thirsty plenty of times while in a salon. The decor is pretty tacky, sorryyy, but it is. In all honesty, had I not been in a hurry I probably would have left and found another place. I was greeted by Lissette who asked what I needed and was the one who ended up taking care of me. I got a full set and a pedicure. This is one of the moments when I am reminded of the lesson, not to judge a book by its cover because although the shop didn't look all that great, Lissette was wonderful! She was very thorough and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. She was also extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. For my full set and pedi I paid $45 and that's alright by me. I totally love this place! Very clean and professional women work here. Their rates are very reasonable for the treatment you get. I had not had a professional pedi in TEN months; so you can just imagine the horrible condition my poor feet were in (one word: gross!). I was finally there today for a mani and pedi (I have to look my best for a friend's wedding) and Rosa took care of me. She was fantastic! She cleaned up the cuticles of hands, colored them nice and painted my fingernail (4 coats total). Unlike other salons they make you wash and scrub your hands and nails after cleaning them up so that the polish will go on smoothly and last longer. On to the pedi, she soaked my feet in the foot bath (with massaging sprays) and worked on my feet with great care using the shaver, scraper and pumice stone. I had a French pedi and a regular colored manicure. Everything took an hour and a half to complete. Total cost: $27.00 plus tip! Totally reasonable! Note: Saturdays are very BUSY. You must be prepared to wait so bring your cell phone charger and a bottle of water! Saturday hours are from 8 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Cash only! read more

Stay away!! This place was awful. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Four of my nails broke within the first week. My pedicure was ruined as soon as I put my shoes on because they didn't dry them with a dryer. I guess they thought my feet were dry because they took forever on the manicure! Not to mention they charged me more for then what was listed on this Yelp page and I didn't get any extra design or style that would have warranted that. Walked in today to get a gel mani and basic pedi. Spent 35 and I would say it was the best money I have spent of my hands and feet in a long time. Was taken immediately after I picked out my color. So, I came here based on someone's recommendation that lissette did a great job with nails..there was a little confusion at the beginning, but Lissette came up to me, apologized and fixed the problem right away.This girl knows what she's doing...she knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it to my liking once I explained what I liked.
