Terrific place on Main Street to enjoy delicious home made ice cream. They offer a nice section of standard and unique flavors. It's hard ice cream here but they are very creamy with great flavor. I had their limited edition All American Two Berry Pie ice cream and loved it. If you're a chocolate and candy apple fan they have a ton to choose from. Everything is made fresh. This location is large and clean with seating inside. Staff was super friendly and didn't flinch when we asked to try multiple ice creams. Not cheap here but the quality is worth it.

The worst Kilwins on Long Island. Workers are either sick and coughing into their hands or the fudge is rock solid - I'm serious.

I love coming here for the homemade ice cream and chocolate. If you catch them at the right time you may even see them making fudge. When you walk in you are taken back to the old time feel with the black and white checkered floors. Your eyes won't know where to look first. They have an enormous selections of yummy's. Upon entering you will see beautifully dipped caramel apples, move on to their flavor for everyone freshly made fudge. Then onto the chocolate dipped everything, then a little scoot over will get you to the selection of homemade ice cream and gelatos. The staff here has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. They are professional, polite and well dressed. It is a pleasure to shop here. They are a company that also gives back to the community and the customers. They are currently having a promotion giving you 20% off just for filling out you favorite charity. Who doesn't love that.

Cappuccino chocolate chip. Yes this is seven dollars worth of ice cream according to Kilwins smh.

We had a number of different chocolate confections, not all pictured. The place is really nicely decorated and makes you feel like you are in a wonka factory, minus the umpa lumpas. I don't recommend licking the wall paper though. They will probably charge you for that if you do. I don't mind paying a fortune if something is really amazing, but I can't say this place was. It is good, but certainly not enough to explain why you are pawning your first born. Some of the chocolates are on the reasonable side $5 range, others obscenely $50 a pound!! I had gotten one scoop of ice cream for $7 in a rather small cup with no toppings, it was ok. For the money cold stone is better and slightly cheaper. Being cooped up with the Covid pandemic and it being a Friday night I was in a generous mood. Not planning on returning though.

Love their ice cream! Creamy and delicious! On the pricier side but the richness is way beyond store bought ice cream. Since it's rich, you may want to opt for the smaller size. Many toppings to choose from and across form the theater. What better than ice cream and a show! They have a great assortment of candies and packaged gifts as well, very tempting to buy the whole store!

The smell when you walk into Kilwins is AMAZING! Right away you're hit with the the many flavors of fudge and the staff is always accommodating and generous when offering samples before you purchase any of it. Typically they run a special, buy two pounds get one free. About $25 for 3 "bricks" of fudge. Yes, the fudge and other chocolates and ice cream are pricey BUT this isn't basic chain ice cream or chocolate. The quality surpasses other places by far. The ice cream is some of the most fresh and creamy I have ever had. And if you order mango ice cream, you're tasting mango. Real mango. There are about 4 tables in the back to sit and enjoy anything you buy and want to eat before leaving. The store always looks and smells clean and staff is super friendly. You will almost always be greeted with a smile and a hello when you walk through the door. This is definitely somewhere my family and I like to visit when we would like to treat our

I naturally get excited when I see specialty chocolate shops because hello....I'm a major chocolate lover! This place has a wide variety of treats available and looks lovely. When my bf and I walked in the woman behind the counter immediately offered us a sample of fudge. She was very helpful and courteous to us as we perused the shop. I looked around the store. A lot of things in my opinion are overpriced. I did end up buying a milk chocolate covered pretzel for myself and a white chocolate rice crispy treat for my boyfriend. Both were pretty good but nothing outta this world. Honestly, most of their treats looked dry. I can't say I was all that impressed with this place. I was majorly disappointed that they did not have chocolate covered strawberries!! I asked the girl behind the counter and if they had any and she said noooo as if they never did have them nor ever will get them again. Yet I've seen them on other yelpers reviews. So idk if they were out for the day or just will never serve them again.

Bought a box of sea salt chocolates, love Kilwins chocolate

What a great location on Main St in Patchogue! I'm a fan of this ice cream chain, they use fresh ingredients most particularly Michigan cherries (my favorite) I walked into a nice looking store and was greeted by cheery counter folks (calling them soda jerks is just wrong in this day and age) I'm asked, would you like a sample? Yes please, of everything! The Kilwins cherry ice cream is soo good, they use big Bing cherries and it's now a love fest on Main St. Fresh ice cream choices, fudge, chocolates and candy apples, all for me. I'm like a kid in a candy store looking around, I decided on bringing a box of sea salt chocolates home as well. I'm sure this place is going to be a mad house during the summer time on busy Main st. Valentine's Day is coming, consider Kilwins for a box of chocolate love Kilwins, welcome to Patchogue!

This is another installment from the guys in Babylon who stirred between a few towns, finally deciding that Patchogue would be a great fit and vibe for them and their company. We welcome you with open arms Kilwins! (And will fill those arms with all the sweets we can carry) My girlfriend was pumped for this location to be opening in our big, little, revitalized town as she fell in love with them somewhere in the Carolinas, we stopped in when we were in Asheville recently as well and it seems it's always friendly, but I cannot in good, penny-pinching conscience go as often as I would like; my belt buckle thanks me for not going as well though. The ice cream is widely creative, creamy, and truly incredible, some of the absolute best! The fudge is super sweet and oh so... 'Fudgin-good'. My go to is peanut-butter though I really enjoyed the block of praline, and German chocolate if you dig coconut. They have a variety of other house made sweets for the picking if that's your thing, but I think the real draw to this location is the impeccable service and delicious ice-cream. The staff is nice, friendly and willing (always with a smile) to help however they can, which is always nice to see and sometimes a bit rare to find on this island. Around certain holidays they have nice little bonuses like chocolate covered strawberries! A nice mix of milk, dark, & white chocolates to choose from. Hurry in though because you never know when they'll run out. For a nice, once in a while treat, I suggest checking Kilwins out and trying their ice-cream (it really is very good)

Probably the best ice cream around. My husband and love the Patchogue mud flavor. We usually stop by here after dinner.
