I got some cookies, $6 for five. Not only did the cookies taste better than the factory-made ones you get at the grocery store, but they weight them on a scale for accuracy, and the cookies were a good price too! It's funny because I went to the Famous Food Festival in Deer Park the next day and bought cookies from a random vendor, it was 3 cookies for $5. The cookies were so small and one wasn't even good. I've been going to this Cold Stone for years. From their birthday cakes and pies to just a "like…read moreit" sized cup, and all in between, I've always thoroughly enjoyed everything I've ever ordered (except that one time I door-dashed mint with peanut butter by mistake... but it still wasn't bad... After finally reaching the counter, I was told that the order was not ready, even though it consisted of only a small ice cream. When I asked how long it would take, the employee told me he needed to serve walk-in customers first, despite the fact that I had already been waiting. I explained that I was also working and representing a paying customer who had already placed and paid for the order. Instead of helping or providing an estimated wait time, the employee became dismissive, stated that he was working too, and ultimately refused to prepare the order at all. As a result, the customer never received their order and was left disappointed. Completely unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and no respect for either delivery drivers or customers.

Unfortunately, they do not offer a kids sized cup or small sized portion at all so it's not possible to buy anything smaller than a 12 oz. Cup. Ir would've been nice if they offered a 6 oz cup size let's say if you didn't want to blow a full days worth of calories on this.
