I was very disappointed with my purchase tonight. I ordered 3 Dubai sundaes that came to $48!! For what we paid they were absolutely not worth it! It was just vanilla soft serve in a small cup with chocolate sauce, a litte pistachio sauce, a strawberry, whipped cream and the tiniest piece I mean the tiniest piece of dubai chocolate and the smallest dusting of kunafa flakes. None of use liked it and ended up throwing them away! I have been going to Ralphs forever and have never had a complaint, but for what they charged for this Sundae I would have expected it to at least taste good and not be just a glorified vanilla hot fudge sundae. read more

If i could give zero stars I would. I went this evening for ice cream with my fiance, i ordered a small vanilla hard ice-cream with banana and extra rainbow sprinkles. When given my ice cream it was soft served. I told the person who made my ice-cream that i wanted hard ice-cream and the owner came over and lectured me that i ordered two many toppings for a small and shouldn't have. I reiterated that i was not complaining about my toppings, but that i was given the wrong ice-cream. After her continuously being rude to me, my fiancé wanted a refund for everything, and no longer wanted the get any ice-cream there. the owner stated his was fine and that she would only refund mine. I was APALLED by the professionalism here. And as she said "shes worked there for 25 years" and obviously those 25 years sucked the personality out of her. Let me start by saying the owner, Mariam, is quite possibly the worst and rudest business owner I've ever interacted with. I purchased an ice on 9/12 at 4pm which I then ate at 10:30pm when I noticed a long, black hair in it. I called the store the following day to ask for a refund and was told to come in for another ice instead which I did about fifteen minutes later. When I got to the store the employee asked if I knew what flavor I had bought and who I purchased the ice from. I told her the flavor but said I didn't know the employee's name then inquired why I was now being questioned. The employee responded "my boss said next time this happens you need to bring the ice with the hair back." Nice they assumed there'd be a next time I'd be finding a hair in food purchased from their store. Well lucky for her boss I'd taken a picture of the hair. I asked the employee to have her boss call me. Later that night I received a call from the owner, Mariam. Mariam very rudely started the call, "This is the owner of Ralph's, you had a problem with your ice." I responded "why are you starting out with an attitude?" To which she said "why didn't you call when you first had a problem?" (You'd think an owner would be more concerned about a customer finding a hair in their food over when they call to report the issue, but apparently not.) I informed her it was because I ate the ice after they were already closed and then said "what does it fcking matter what time I called?" Mariam then shouted "you crossed a line" and proceeded to hang up on me. I never planned to post a review, or a picture, but considering how poorly I was treated I wanted to share my experience to hopefully prevent others from having to go through the same experience. We are literally obsessed with Ralph's Italian Ices and we stop by 4x a year or more when we drive out east and back. The service can be spotty during typical peak hours in the summer which one would expect since the space is small. They don't just serve typical 3-5 flavors and we are always talking about which flavors we will try next time. Kid friendly sizes offered and overall delicious! Cute little spot to get some famous Ralph's Italian ice. The best part of Ralph's is the amount of choices for flavors; endless. From strawberry cheese cake to peanut butter to key lime. This place has everything you can imagine. The worst part about Ralph's is the amount of choices.. you can never decide. I kid I kid. Key lime with graham cracker has to be my favorite combo of all time with strawberry and graham cracker being a close second. The staff that works here are always usually pretty efficient. Many times they have let me purchase ices to go and keep them in the fridge until we finish the ones we are eating there which is nice I've even brought my pupper Hudson, who has enjoyed a nice cup of whipped cream ( I believe they charged me ¢50.) The ice cream sundae I had was amazing. Pretzel twist. Loved the free 15 minute parking right up at the front!!! So used to paying for everything in the village. They appeared short staffed but the employees were still pleasant. The variety of ice creams were only about 12 but there was like 50 ice flavors. I'll be back to try something else soon! read more

A delicious summer treat! Many flavors to choose from and a lot of topping options which makes for lots of choices. Sometimes I have trouble picking with all the different choices you can pick from. A fan favorite is blue hawaii with nerds. There is also some tables and chairs outside of the place so you can enjoy the summer nights with friends and family. Best italian ices any where- wish they were open year round!

Went on a hot bust night with the family. Line looked LONG but I couldn't believe how fast it moved! They had tables and chairs and umbrellas set up and cute adirondack chairs for seating outside. Good family spot for an after dinner treat. Prices were very reasonable ($2. 75) for a small ice and $3.80 for the large. Good portions and a lot of choices. Staff was friendly, quick and let us taste a few before buying. I know there are many Ralph's on Long Island, but I would definitely recommend this one because it was clean and is a nice place to sit and enjoy. Coming back soon to try new flavors! read more

If this is the one by the gym on the back of main street, they were so utterly rude. The manager couldn't care less that I was served an iced WITH A OEANUT ALLGERY (that I had advised them of previously before ordering) and the ice contained peanuts ! The manager told me this was my fault. The staff is overly rude and a terrible environment for kids with allergies since the staff is so careless. The absolute worst ice cream customer service. I just left and I'm so angry. The brunette girl (only girl working) is beyond rude. On google it says they close at 11:30 when it's clear they're doing all closing work and everyone's upset to be there my ice cream for two came to 7 dollars. I had my debit card on me, and she nastily told me it's a 10 dollar minimum when I've several times been to this location and they never told me a minimum. It's a DEBIT card not credit. I can understand credit because companies charge businesses. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! this summer I have had two bad experiences. The first problem was a coupon for a free kids ice that my son earned from the library for completing the summer reading program. All the coupon said was that it must be used that day for the Patchogue Ralph's. After dinner we went to get our ices at 9:15 and they told me they wouldn't accept the coupon after 9pm. Nowhere on the coupon did it say anything about a time. Ralph's is open until 11. When I argued about it not saying a time limit I was told they didn't know what to tell me they weren't going to accept it. I gave them another shot last night and again I had a coupon, this time from the newspaper. They told me it wasn't their coupon and all Ralph's are privately owed. So I pointed out that the back of the coupon listed the Patchogue location and I was told it isn't theirs and they won't accept it. What happen to the customer being right? What happened to friendly customer service? They would have been better off validating the coupon bc now they lost my family as customers. read more
