I'm usually not the one to give a bad review but, this service was terrible we called them out twice to get rid of some yellow jackets, and nothing was done just a quick spray from behind the fence and said that it was taken care of. And with in a hour they were back.had attacked my oldest son and stung him all on his back, and afterwards they attacked me and my fiancée and they stung me on my legs. So we called them back because we were obviously upset about it. And I have a video from my cameras showing them walking up to the hive looking at it and leaving with In two minutes and letting us know that he took care of it when he didn't.my family and I where fuming by now. And then my mother in law got stung and she is allergic. And we had to take her to the hospital because she swells up. So yes they were terrible. read more

We had an Argentine ant problem, our previous pest cony sort of took care of it but not well enough. Called Kilroy, Joe came out and nuked the area around the house with a real hose not a weak hand sprayer. Came back shortly after and a few spray on the problem area and the little buggers were GONE!! Second routine treatment like the first a good saturation on the foundation and other access points. Susan in their office was friendly and helpful in getting an appointment setup and they still had our information. We had an issue with oriental cockroaches on the outside of our home. Was able to get an appointment for the next day with Killroy pest control. James from Killroy was right on time and did a thorough job outside the house. In a couple of days I could see a number of dead cockroaches. I suspect the mail carrier mis-delivered a piece of important mail I had been waiting for all week. The mis-delivered piece of mail arrived at Killroy Pest Control and when the mail was opened by mistake, the handler placed it in the mail to my home address. I appreciate their quick fix handling of my mail. The day after I received my missing mail, I called the Front Desk at Killroy Pest Control and the receptionist was warm, kind, and offered to help me. That was when she determined it may have been the accounting department that received my missing mail and re-routed it back to me. I wholeheartily recommend Killroy. It was a pleasure to have Eddie here for a kitchen ant invasion. After identifying the species, he did a thorough inspection. He found source points outside, and educated me about how to avoid creating nesting habitat. After the initial treatment, It was easy to reach him directly. The office staff were also courteous and helpful. Eddie returned when I reported some ants back in the kitchen and immediately saw that it was a different species. He treated accordingly and I have not seen a single any for over a month. Eddie and Killroy took great care to address all of my questions and concerns, such as making sure the floor wouldn't be damaged, etc. They leave an information sheet with each treatment for the specific chemical. I am a recent new homeowner and had to have Pest Control for the first time. The only reason I did not give them five stars is the office does not return phone calls and are incredibly hard to get a hold of. I left multiple messages with no return phone calls an appointment that someone no showed for. Once things got figured out I had a technician named Lauren came out and was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very educated and took the time to gave me tips on how to keep the spiders. After the first spray everything cleared up for about 2 to 3 weeks and then the spiders came back. Lauren came out and re-sprayed it with no charge. This is definitely a service worth hiring for. Maybe they can get better customer service because their technicians are great but it's incredibly hard to book an appointment. read more

I can't say enough good things about Killroy Pest Control. We had some rat issues and I was failing in my manly duties of fixing the problem. My wife came across Killroy Pest Control and made the call. When you call Killroy, ask to have Brian be your technician. You will be glad you did. He was absolutely amazing. My wife and I had been trying and failing to understand how the critters were getting in. Within ten minutes (less actually) of starting his search he found their primary and secondary entry points. From there he quickly transitioned to eradication. The goal was to trap for a couple weeks in hopes of getting them all, then seal up the access points. By the end of the second visit, he had trapped all but one of the rats that were nesting in our attic. On his last visit he set to sealing up the access points. Brian was VERY professional, courteous, thorough, diligent, contientious and timely. He called each time he was on his way to our house, which was appreciated. I felt that he went substantially above the call of duty. We have a gopher problem in our backyard which I haven't turned my attention to as yet. Ricky from Kilroy pests was more interested in using our bathroom than diagnosing our pest problem. We endured months of yowling noises, as well as fleas from the racoons that lived in our walls because of his laziness. I told him on multiple occasions that we thought it was racoons and he told us point blank that it was impossible. I guess he would rather use my toilet, set a couple of rat traps, and call it a day. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is that they sent out another tech (I think Brian) who finally resolved the issue for us. read more

I am a dissatisfied customer. We have paid your company the rat bait box fee regularly and for over a year your technicians did not service the boxes. We called to address our concerns several times and were told it would be corrected. Month after month it never was corrected. The rat population grew, the bait boxes remained empty, the feces and urine accumulated. The car was infested with a rat who caused $4000 dollars worth of damage and your company never reimbursed us the lost service for a year, plus the damage to the car. The feces and urine was promised to be cleaned but never was by the owner himself. I live at 21978 Via Regina, Saratoga, CA 95070 and manage over 30 rental properties. It is never a good day when you discover bedbugs in your home. I called Killroy right away, and they put me in touch with David Colombo who is their bedbug specialist. He took his time and answered all of my questions over the phone. I found him to be well informed and very pleasant which helped to calm my nerves about this situation. He came out today, and he was able to size up the situation quickly. He did the first treatment and made recommendations such as removing the old mattress and rug, washing all linens & clothing in hot water and drying on high heat, etc. David's professionalism and good humor went a long way toward turning this problem into one that is manageable and soon to be in the rear view mirror. read more
