I really appreciate how good they are about communication. They send a text reminder a couple of weeks before our service and then call about 30 minutes before they arrive. Everyone who has come out has always been friendly and asks if we've noticed anything or have any concerns before they get started. Before Citra, we had a terrible ant problem. They were literally everywhere -- bathrooms, closets, pantry, kitchen, you name it. It felt like no matter what we did, they kept coming back. Citra comes out every two months and sprays around the house, and we honestly haven't had an ant problem since. Their pricing has also always felt very reasonable and has stayed consistent over the years, especially for how reliable the service has been. Over the first month, the service was rushed an ineffective, but when we requested another set of eyes, we were sent the technician Alex Lara. Alex proved to be knowledgeable in his field, thorough in his work, and a good communicator. Through his inspections and repeated visits to maintain traps, he caught and removed 16 rats and advised us on likely access points they used. We followed his advice, and after extensive work to seal all access points, eventually two weeks passed when no more rats were being caught, and the rat mite bites have stopped. We were having months long issues with ants that were entering through grout voids, under…read morebaseboards, etc. We tried Terro, which as worked for us before, as well as Advion ant gel. The ants seemed to like those baits and take them back to the colony, but just kept coming back. We lost our faith and patience in DIY-ing. Maybe it would have worked if we kept at it, but who knows? We called RPM because of reviews saying that they don't push subscription/recurring services as well as general high satisfaction levels. Everything was great. Easy to schedule an appointment (it was 1.5-2wks out, which was fine). Dustin was friendly, efficient, and happy to discuss the issue and my questions. And best of all, very few ants (like less than 10 total) throughout the house after they sprayed Termidor around the perimeter fence, foundation, and entries. While it didn't take a lot of time and I'm sure the chemicals weren't pricey, the cost considering the value delivered was very fair and reasonable. We'd do it 10/10 times again and we'll call RPM again for any future pest control issues.
