Anytime pests are involved, I know I can't get rid of them fast enough! I have only had positive experiences with Killroy. The staff is great, efficient and prompt. I have never had to ask them back to resolve the issue they originally came out for. I have also recommended them several times to people needing pest control. read more

We've used Killroy and have found them to be responsive and very helpful. Andrew serviced our home for the past 4 years and was great to work with. He identified bug issues and controlled the ants, which are rampant through our neighborhood. Most recently, Lauren took over our account using the sensitive solutions. Her latest application has worked really well and the ants have stayed away. The Eco friendly solutions are doing just as well for us as the normal applications and having two small kids makes this option even better. Lauren is very courteous and professional and we've had a great experience with her. I highly recommend her and Killroy to keep the bugs under control. read more

They came at the time they said they would. They wore the booties over their shoes. They did the job and answered all questions. I then called back with a question from a neighbor and they kindly answered without a sales pitch. I think they are trustworthy. read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our home had a minor infestation of creepy crawlies. Killroy was very personable when I made the appointment. I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. The technician called to confirm the appointment. They never pushed signing up for a monthly service. In fact, I inquired about it with both the office and the technician which was a nice change from some of the bigger companies that throw sales pitches at you. The very courteous clinician let me know about an online coupon and that bi-monthly service may be sufficient--in other words, they weren't trying to get every penny they could. He knocked quietly to keep the baby from waking. He even gave me a way to contact him directly in case I needed to take Killroy up on the guarantee. I love supporting small businesses, especially those with great service like Killroy. read more

Stephen has helped with all sorts of pests including the elimination of rats. He checked all the favorite spots on roof and around house. Easy to work with and provides good information. Also my dogs like him. That is a win. read more

We set up an appt two weeks ago to have someone come out and help with our rodent "situation." Very friendly customer service so I was really hopeful that things would be standard and go well. The appt was 7-9 in the morning on a weekday. I was somewhat worried that morning because we didn't get a confirmation call the day before, but we were still cautiously optimistic. Were ready at 7, waited an hour and a half and nobody showed up. I called around 830 just to make sure our appt was still scheduled. Customer service said it was and she would give the technician my phone number to call me right away and give me an update. He never called. So at 9 I called back and told them we had to get to work. They said they would try to get ahold of him again, or asked to reschedule for a week later. At this point, there is really no point in trying again. read more

I called Killroy to come do a general spray around my home due to a recent sighting of a water bug (oriental cockroach) in my cats water bowl in the garage. Danny came a few days later to do a general spray for water bugs, ants and spiders. Danny was very friendly, informative and even told me about the first time customer coupon on the Killroy Pest control sight. He was done within 30 minutes. Great customer service. I will continue to use Killroy for annual sprays and would recommend them highly to anyone. read more

We've been using Killroy Pest Control for over 10 years. They do a great job! They always respond immediately and take care of any pest problems that we have. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Kilroy provided excellent service. I filled in the on-line service request form and was called by a representative the next day. An appointment was set up for Termite Inspection. The service person arrived on time and was very experienced at doing inspections. His inspection was thorough and confirmed our guess that we needed to have the house tented. The price of the tenting was very reasonable - I had checked on-line prices beforehand and was actually expecting that it might be higher. We received detailed instructions for the tenting and the process went as it had been described. I would definitely recommend Kilroy in the future. read more

We have used Killroy Pest Control as needed for the last thirty years. We have always been extremely satisfied with their service and results. Primarily they have helped us with ants and spiders. In the past few years we have been helped by their sensitive solutions expert; and since following his advice we have noticed a dramatic decline in our "bug" population. Thank you Killroy! We won't hesitate to call if we need you in the future. read more

I was VERY pleased with the Termite service through Killroy. Everyone from the people I talked to on the phone to the person who came out for an inspection the very next day, to the gentlemen who came to tent my house were very patient and professional. This was the third company I called. They made everything from their inspection to their recommendations to the final instructions very clear. I was considering the orange oil and was concerned about having this done during my pregnancy and had everything well explained to me, and leaving the decision up to me. That alone would be enough, but their price and warranty was fair (without having to ask me about any other quotes to try to undercut them). I fully recommend this company and will be using them in the future for any needs. read more

Killroy responded back to me after the review apologizing for not being able to solve the problem and refunded my payment. They also said they have greatly improved their wildlife services. I appreciate their timely response and good customer service. read more

So I called two weeks ago for service in the Gilroy area. The woman that answered the phone said she needed to talk with the tech and would email me a quote. No return call, no quote, nothing. I just called back and what i was told by the same woman is that i should find someone. They have a tech on vacation and can't fit in new customers. Wow! That's pretty bad. Glad I found out early. read more

Feeling the need for a 5 year routine termite inspection in the Spring of 2007, I called Kilroy and scheduled an inspection, which I paid for. I was advised by the technician that I had a "very serious problem" because "there was a major infestation which required a huge amount of work" , the price quoted was $ 4000.00 The quoted cost seemed very high but based on the technician's statement that "it would take a major effort to correct the problem" I agreed to have he work done. When the job was completed, the "major effort" consisted of one small pick-up truck and one technnician (the same one that did the inspection) who spent exactly 7 1/2 hours for the remediation. On the invoice I was charged for 116 oz of material plus labor for a total of $ 4000.00 When I protested to the local manager about the exhorbitant charge for the amount of work done, he reduced the charge 5%. Assuming material costs of perhaps $ 100.00, it means that I was still charged $ 3700.00 for labor which consisted of one technician working 7 and 1/2 hours, or $ 493.00 per hour. As I have told both friends and neighbors, if you need termite work, I would suggest seeking it anywhere but Kilroy. read more

Cliff did an amazing job for me. After the first inspection, no more rat. I highly recommend this company if you have unwanted company of rats. read more

I am not surprised that this company was just as great as their first impression. Steve squeezed us into his busy schedule a day after I first called so we wouldn't also get colonized by the millions of ants in our ant-pocalypse. Steve saved the day. He was prompt, worked fast, gave us his cell in case the ant zombies resurrected themselves. He also was very conscientious about our dogs and explained how the product wouldn't hurt them. He is a dog lover himself so you know he is a great guy. Thank you to Steve and Killroy! read more

I went to contact Killroy because my grandmother used them for 25 years for a spray service and never had issues with termites. I filled out the online request form and left a voicemail at the office. No one has returned my call. Needless to say I'll be looking other places. read more

Killroy was very helpful in identifying the pests that were devouring my yard. They suggested I first try some "over the counter" remedies, and then check back in with them for more extreme measures if needed. I felt they were really interested in helping me solve my pest problem, rather than just sell a service that I might not need. Hard to find such honest, considerate service! read more

We used Kilroy for an ant problem we were having and I couldn't be happier. Both the technician that came out and the woman I spoke to on the phone were nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I was meeting the technician on my lunch break so I really appreciated that he was on time. I will definitely call them next time we have bug problems. read more

Very unprofessional. The technician said he'll be at my house in the morning to spray but he never showed up and no phone call to let me know. My time is as valuable as anyone else's. I suggest that others look elsewhere for your pest control needs. read more

We used Killroy to get rid of ant problem several years ago at our house. The ants were falling through the ceiling ! (we are in an eichler with no attic). Well it took them 4 months but they got rid of the ants as they were on the roof and a big nest under the house. We now use them for maintenance and our technician comes quarterly and is very dependable and super personal and friendly. I highly recommend Killroy. read more

I contacted Killroy Pest Control Monday at 8:00 AM and Rick was at my place two hours later. Great! My problem: subtle smell of dead rat in the house. Rick checked all the vents inside the house, the heating cabinet and then proceeded with a complete combing of the attic. I knew I had rats in the attic because (a) I can hear them from time to time (b) during the last few months I killed four of them (actually recovering their bodies). Rick found three more dead rats (including one that was still smelly). It's probable I may have one more stuck in a wall, so I will have to endure the subtle smell for a few more days. I found Rick quite professional, clearly knowing what he was doing, courteous, helpful and replying to all my questions i.e. use nuts on your traps, not cheese! Forget about Ratatouille. I will definitely use Killroy Pest Control services again and I definitely recommend them. Rick left after placing three new traps in the attic where I can easily check them from time to time. Pricing was adequate, nothing outrageous as you may read in some other review. read more

We've used Kilroy for about 9 years now. They were recommended by a friend who has used them a long time. Garrett is our technician and he is awesome. He made an special trip out today due to an ant problem we were having. Their service is exceptional. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pest control service. read more

They found few rats, but seemed expensive for the service. They referred to someone else for sealing the entry ways. After sealing them, the rats still came back within a year. read more

We have been using Killroy for many years. They are the only pest control company that has ever been able to completely get rid of ants. Recently we had a problem with rats in the attic. We had techs come out to set traps, check all through the attic, in the crawlspace under the house and all around the perimeter to see where they were coming in and sealed everything up. They came back several times to check on progress, until we were rodent free. They were on time, friendly, cleaned up after they were done and obviously knew what they were doing. read more

We have been using Killroy for over 20 years. We first called them to help us with an ant infestation, and they really helped get that under control. Killroy had the best price for subterranean termites out of the 5 pest control services we called. Gabino from Killroy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked quickly and thoroughly. Thank you! read more

We called for a termite inspection in our home. Killroy Pest Control staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We received an appointment convenient for us and it was during a heavy rainstorm. My husband said "I wonder if they will keep the appointment in the rain." Michael Flowers arrived and was so professional and efficient. He explained where he would be and why. He was courteous and shared his knowledge with easy to understand words and actions. He discovered termites and we were able to complete the process to be "termite free" with ease. I highly recommend Killroy Pest Control and Michael!!! read more

Daniel from Killroy Pest Control is very knowledgeable and resourceful. We had rats in our attic and crawl space. He came and found a broken vent in the crawl space. Since it was underneath our deck, we either had to pull a few planks up or he would have to crawl underneath the house to fix it, which would cost a lot more. He gave us several options so we could pick the one that saves us money. After 4 visits, our rats problem is solved and we also learned a lot more about how to prevent this from happening again! read more

This company was highly recommend by one of their former employees wife, I am going to tell this wife, she needs to stop recommending them. Because I will not be recommending them to kill a fly. They came out and the man seem to be experienced in what he was doing. Well 2 months have now past and we called for a re-spray because we saw ants and some roaches, we were told the exterminator would call us it has been a month and we have called 3 times and still no call. So this company is not reliable and you can not trust their word. Even the office people have not called to check in since we have been calling 3 times to make sure we have been taken care of. I guess when the younger generation take over the company they do not have the same work ethic. read more

I used Killroy Pest Control for the first time this summer for an ant problem in my yard. They happened to be spraying my neighbor's yard and I walked over and asked if they could come and spray mine as well. They only sprayed for ants - no spider treatment - they didn't spray very much - they were here for 10 minutes and charged me $180 - yikes! Within 2 weeks the ants were back in full force. I called them to have come back out and re-spray which they guarantee to do if pests come back within 30 days. It took 3 persistent calls - left 2 messages and then told the person who answered the third time that someone needs to call me back or I'll report them as a scam. Finally I get a call back - they come back out and respray for all of 2 minutes. Guess what, the ants were back in 2 weeks. I've called back. No reply. My boyfriend called them and demanded to talk to the manager. The manager said he would personally come by to inspect and see the problem. Do you think he ever came? Not a chance and we've never heard from him since. This business is one of the worst I've dealt with in a long time - they are rediculous. Do NOT even bother with them - their staff does a cheap job that does NOT work, they charge very expensive rates and they will never call you back. read more

Not a fan!! Called to schedule an appointment for ant problem in my townhouse. I only called them at the recommendation of another pest control company given Kilroy was hired by our HOA to service the outside common areas and they thought perhaps I should contact Kilroy first to give them an opportunity to re-spray or to offer a discount since less than a month later I am experiencing a major ant problem in my unit. Upon my call I spoke with a very rude lady who told me that the treatment was done outside not inside but I thought the reason for spraying outside was to prevent them from coming inside, which obviously didn't work. I was told "no" so I guess our HOA is wasting their money with Kilroy since I am sure they were hired to kill the ants outside to help prevent ants from coming into the units, by the way, I still lots of them outside. Also, upon asking what did they use for treatment, the answer I received was"I don't know but you will have to be out of your house for 3-4 hours". Again not helpful. Needless to say Kilroy obviously does not need my business so I therefore went back to the original company I had called since they are more than helpful, able to tell me exactly what they are using to treat my house and did not require me to be away from my house for 3-4 hours and the customer service was awesome! So awesome they did apply a discount to my treatment since they felt bad that Kilroy didn't get the job done or try to help. I also will be speaking with my association about my experience so they can re-think their choice in pest control! read more

Last September, when I'd been in my house for only 2 months, I found an invoice on my door for service. Apparently the previous owner hadn't called to cancel. And I'm glad she didn't. I called Killroy and after a short and pleasant discussion about their service, I decided to sign up. They graciously insisted that I not pay the current bill since I had not contracted for it. Ever since then, the faithful Garrett has shown up every 2nd month and sprayed around the house and shrubs. I can keep my door open (I don't have a screen) and I NEVER get flying pests inside. And I mean NEVER. Once in a great while I find a dead mosquito. A dead mosquito is a good mosquito. Early in the spring, I had a gopher problem and Garrett told me what to do but if the problem persisted he'd come on out. I did as he said, and no more gophers. This seems to be a small family-type operation that knows what they're doing and their rates are more than reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

The guys at Killroy Pest of Campbell are miracle workers in my opinion. We had a major ant problem for 5+ years. In spite of being very careful about unsealed food, we had ant scouts daily, trails of ants weekly and swarms of ants on any particle of food we happened to not clean up before sitting down to eat. VERY annoying. We tried all sorts of baits and my husband went under the house several times to poison the nests. The ant invasion would slow temporarily, but then return full force. Finally we called around and talked to different companies, and luckily chose Killroy. They were knowledgeable and listened to our concerns about toxicity with a toddler in the house. Amazingly, from the day Killroy came we did not see even a single ant either inside or outside. It's now been over a year and I did see one lone ant inside the house a few weeks ago, but none since. At least if the ants start showing up in numbers I'll know who to call! read more
