I've only been here twice so far, and both visits were the result of me dropping the ball and not having dinner prepared. I usually think of this place on a whim because I'm already in the same parking lot doing a kid pick-up and said kid happens to be a picky eater who can absolutely get down on these sliders. I've always ordered through the app, and the food has consistently been ready before the stated pickup time, which works great for us. The food is always well received by the little mouth I'm feeding, and the service has been friendly, welcoming, and efficient both times. Do we recommend? You bet! read more

Good food. Absolutely awful service. Everytime I come in here all the ladies do is talk. They should all be fired. The girl in the front is so slow at doing anything. They are all so incredibly lazy and incompetent. I saw my food sit on the counter for what felt like forever while she was having a nice long talk with her co workers. Ordered for curbside pickup. 10-15 minutes after it says it's ready they still haven't put the sweet tea drink in a cup. Had to go inside and get everything myself, which I was intentionally avoiding after just having a procedure done. Limited to no acknowledgement from staff inside - customer service is limited. Disappointed this time. I ordered through DoorDash, with instructions to leave all the sauce on the side and to not add sauce on the chicken tenders (for the burger), then tipped. When we went to pick up the order, I saw that the burger had sauce, which I explicitly instructed them not to add. It was confirmed after I took a bite, buffalo sauce with ranch in the burger. I came here for the second time. The first time they got my order right. I was happy. This time not so happy. I had to pay $18.00 and .50 cents for this what you see in the picture. That's it 6 drumettes and a small container of bad tasting coleslaw. And I love coleslaw. No fries and no sauces I thought I got some shoestring fries with that for $19.00. I guess not. I called them the young boy is on the spot. No manager there on a Friday night to help them. Kikis loss I'm done there and I live close. $19.00 for one meal like that no thanks. You can get two wonderful tacos at Don Qui7 otos for 8 bucks. Plus chips for free and salsa.I could have feed myself like three times, for that much. I dont even have one sauce. Now that's cheap. The chicken was fine. We also got the Bone In Wings Combo. I felt the wings had too much cheese. The Kiki's sauce tasted good, sweet and savory. Nope! Been here quite a few times and the wings are very good. I give two stars for the service and the ambiance. It's New Year's Eve and we decided to get a dozen of the yummy overpriced wings. While I was sitting inside the restaurant was playing some weird kind of music that I couldn't even understand. It was like some crazy beat and then it got really super loud. So loud I couldn't even hear myself think and the worker couldn't even hear me when I asked for assistance. When I finally got his attention I asked him to turn down the god awful sound coming out of the speakers. After I returned to my car it seemed they all got a chuckle at my expense. The 6 wings and tots meal could feed 3 ppl easy. Guy working front counter was very nice and helpful. Food came timely, all delicious. Every time we go here we pay extra for something wether it be extra chicken on our Kiki fries or extra sauce. If you don't they give you barely any chicken and barely any sauce. This time I asked for extra blue cheese and ranch and instead they only put Buffalo.
