Amazing dinner date at Fourk! We loved everything on the menu (first day of the April menu) and had such a wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly and engaging. We had a wonderful time speaking with one of the owners, his daughter who served us, and the chef. We will definitely be back!!

We knew that Fourk had undergone a change in ownership last year and that the prices have gone up since we first started coming a few years back. But we had a free night come up and had been saving to be able to try it out again. We were one of only four parties there on a Thursday evening and we sat at the bar. We always enjoyed doing that in the past and once again loved the experience because we got to chat with the host Vincent and the chef Charles throughout the evening. We also were glad to see that many of the old elements of the Fourk experience have been upheld despite the change in ownership. Now, to the good stuff- the food was absolutely delicious. You can tell Chef Charles nerds out on coming up with all the dishes, how they work together, how they work with the season and also how the wines will pair with them. We had the Classic wine pairing which gives you a nice 1/4 glass pour with each of the four dishes. Believe me, you will be satisfied with the amount of wine you receive. Our four courses included a delicious winter greens salad with sweet persimmons, creamy goat cheese and candied pecans, a creamy potato leek soup with complex layers of flavor including a Chantilly cream and chive oil, a pork roulade with a filling with garlic and herbs paired with the yummiest apricot/mustard pan sauce, truffle mashed potatoes (with real shaved truffles!) and a sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Every single dish was scrumptious and we left feeling very full and satisfied. A five star experience from start to finish. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. We will be back after we save up for the next time

The guy I was dating made a reservation here for a romantic dinner, and I found out it was a prepaid four-course meal (paid reservation as well) with a set menu that changes monthly. It's a small, intimate spot--which explains why they book up quickly, especially on weekends. He was smart to reserve for a Thursday night. It was quiet and cozy, great for an intimate evening. The food was definitely good. The meal included a caprese salad, asparagus soup, your choice of lasagna or filet (which you have to choose ahead of time), and dessert. Each course was well-prepared and nicely presented. They start you off with a small glass of their house red--it was tangy with a sweet finish, definitely something unique. I ordered a Chardonnay afterward that paired nicely with everything. There's also a fun, thoughtful theme: Forks & Four hence "Fourks." There are only four staff members working each night--the chef, hostess, server, and runner--and they all introduce themselves at the start of the evening. The vintage fork decor adds charm and character, and the team was genuinely nice and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. That said, there were a few things that impacted the overall experience. We were seated at a small two-top table against the wall, even though there were open four-tops. I felt boxed in, and unfortunately, I was facing the front door, where sun poured through an uncovered upper window for most of the meal. It made it hard to see my date--it honestly felt like I had a film over my eyes. Not ideal for a romantic evening, especially since it ended up being the night he asked me to be his girlfriend. It was a special moment, and the ambiance just didn't quite support it. What made it a bit more frustrating is that staff walked by several times and didn't seem to notice or offer to adjust anything. To top it off, there must've been a staple or sharp piece under my chair because it snagged my stockings and caused a run. I had to toss them afterward, which was annoying--especially at a place considered fine dining. Would I go again? If I were being taken on a date--yes, I think it's a sweet, unique experience. But would I personally pay for it again? Probably not. The food was good, the concept is creative, and the staff was lovely--but for the price point, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and attention to detail. If you do decide to go, I'd recommend asking for a seat away from the door if the sun's still up--and maybe skip the delicate outfits, just in case.

A delightful and unique dining experience, arrive early to enjoy the happy hour, then dinner is served altogether at 6:30. All of the staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was bomb, especially the incredibly tender skirt steak and savory French onion soup, finished the meal with coffee and light dessert. Excited to see what menu they come up with next time!

Tonight was my fourth visit to Fourk, and it was without question my best experience there. I visited once before the current owners took over and enjoyed it, but this dinner with the current team completely outpaced my previous visits. Each course was thoughtful, beautifully executed, and clearly made with care. You can feel the passion behind every plate. My only regret is that I ate far too much and the menu will change before I can return for another round. If you can make it in for January's menu, I highly recommend it. Fourk is absolutely worth the trip.

We had an excellent dinner, late December prior to New Year's. The staff is always incredible. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. It was a great date night for my wife and I. This is the fourth time that I've been to the Lincoln location and I absolutely love it. I still have two grandchildren to bring to experience this innovative feast. The garden to Fork concept is amazing. Their steak is always incredible and the little touches. The chef adds as the chefs create their own menus for the month are always surprising unexpected and delicious.

Highly recommend! We have been two times now and all of the food has been wonderful. Our favorite was a Chicken Verde Pozole. The desserts are amazing too! The restaurant is small and intimate, which makes the service great! Perfect date night.

Wow! The February menu is outstanding! Each course was delicious - but the second course, Chicken Pozole Verde, was so good we want to come back this month. Kudos to Chef Phillip for serving this dish made from his family's recipe. Keep up the good work!

Updating stars to reflect most recent experience and adding more photos. The Mexican chocolate pecan pie was the best pecan dessert I've had. We arrived promptly when they opened their doors at 5:30 and started with their charcuterie board that had some variation from the last visit. The flavor combinations were still delicious. My favorite was the strawberry jam and goat cheese. They have a happy hour for drinks before they serve the first course that comes around 6:45. If you can't finish anything, you can ask for a box to take home leftovers. It wasn't completely packed this time so it was slightly quieter and still had an intimate feel. I brought my own bottle of wine and they offered a decanter, which was a nice touch. I'm looking forward to the upcoming changes with new ownership, but the food has been amazing every time.

Bold flavors, expert preparation, pretty on the plate and generous portions. Bambie had the 1/2 chicken fried southern style. Crispy ouside, soft and moist inside. Side of mash potatoes, side of perfectly sauteed carrot slices. I had a cesar salad. Fresh, crisp, again a big portion. The dressing was a perfect balance of creamy, piquant and a tad peppery. The croutons were crisp and flavorful. Best Ceasar salad that I've had in years. My main dish was the pork carnitas tacos. Topped with heaping mounds of shredded cabbage. Creamy sauce on the cabbage. A side of mild-ish chipotle salsa served on the side to pour on the carnitas. The tacos were so big that they were almost too unwieldly to hold. But I persevered and gobbled them like there is no tomorrow. Satisfying. A big hungry guy will be perfectly happy after polishing off the plate. Wine selection is small but has the usual good suspects in the reasonable price range. Mostly California wines. I live 2 miles from this place. Tonight was my first visit. Oh yeah I'll be a frequent return customer. Highly recommended.

It's the type of low key establishment you'll find in neighborhoods of many big cities. Their hours good too, especially for folks like us who eat meals at atypical times... with a broad menu available most of the day for whatever you choose. We came with friends and sat outside on the patio for the first time. It was absolutely delightful with a nice cool breeze and just the right outdoor temperature. Coming here for a very late lunch, after 2pm, there weren't many patrons which meant we didn't feel rushed or crowded and settled in for a nice long stay, which was quite fine with the staff and manager who seemingly welcomed it while not needing a table. The back of the menu has lunch specials, available until 3pm. Right under the wire, we ordered. I got the Veggie Sandwich with a side salad and my choice of Italian dressing which came on the side. My salad arrived first and was larger than expected and quite good. I liked the variety of greens and the addition of a couple types of beans, pinto and garbanzo. A very nice hearty and fresh salad. The Veggie Sandwich was delicious with a blend of vegetables, melted cheese and a robust sauce (mayo & mustard). It came warmed on foccacia bread. Being a bit difficult to eat and messy as things slipped out onto the plate an ample amount of paper napkins were provided. They just know and prepared in advance to be asked for some! It was a very enjoyable meal and the only reason for one less star is how mainstream it is as a restaurant, very consistent yet nothing out to have a 'wow', unique factor; which frankly is very OK. We kicked things off with the artichoke dip, which is always a fantastic starter--warm, flavorful, and a perfect way to begin the evening. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and made a substitution to linguine instead of potatoes, which turned out to be a great call. The dish was well-prepared and satisfying. The only slight question mark for me was the sweetness of the sauce--it had a different flavor profile than I've experienced elsewhere--but it was still very good (I cleaned the plate). My brother went with the Italian calzone, served in three generous portions, and he absolutely loved it. The marinara sauce deserves a mention on its own--rich, well-balanced, and a great complement to the dish. My wife stuck with her usual Pasta Toscana (no surprises there), and as always, it delivered. It's a consistently excellent dish and clearly a favorite for a reason. My sister-in-law really enjoyed the gnocchi, and my nephew, who's vegetarian, was very pleased with the Eggplant Parmesan--he said it was flavorful and hit the spot. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent--attentive without being overbearing. We dine here regularly and enjoy working our way through the menu, trying something new each visit...well, most of us do. All in all, another great experience. Siino's continues to deliver a consistently enjoyable meal, and we're already looking forward to the next visit.

When we arrived, we were seated quickly with no reservation and no wait, which was the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. Our server introduced himself, but communication was difficult throughout the meal. We ordered drinks and asked for a few minutes to review the menu. When we asked what the soup of the day was, he initially told us clam chowder, then immediately said he needed to go find out. More than 10 minutes later, he returned, and when we asked again, he admitted he had forgotten and left once more. After another lengthy wait, he finally informed us the soup of the day was split pea. We then attempted to order a pizza and were told that pizzas could not be ordered until 10:30 a.m. At the time, it was only around 9:30 a.m. I decided to order the Peach & Prosciutto Flatbread appetizer instead, only to be told that couldn't be ordered either because it was made in the oven. None of this was communicated when we were first seated, nor was it noted on the menu. It makes little sense to open at 9:00 a.m. while offering guests a menu containing multiple items that aren't actually available for another hour and a half. Had this been clearly explained from the beginning, it would have saved a great deal of frustration. By this point, I was hot, irritated, and no longer interested in ordering food. Had we not already received our drinks, I likely would have left. The other members of our party ordered the $21 breakfast burrito and the $25 smoked prime rib sandwich. Both were extremely mediocre for the price. The burrito was wrapped in a corn tortilla rather than a flour tortilla, had already come unrolled, and quickly became a messy, difficult to eat disaster. The prime rib sandwich was served on very dry bread and lacked flavor. Neither dish justified the premium pricing. The dining environment was equally disappointing, there were flies everywhere. We spent much of the meal swatting flies away from our food and ourselves, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy the experience. Management should seriously consider addressing this issue with proper fly traps or Quikstrike. After our food arrived, our server never returned to check on us, ask how the meal was, or offer water refills. When the bill was finally brought out, we waited another 10+ minutes before he returned to process payment. By then, we simply wanted to leave. What was most noticeable was how many people were waiting for tables while service moved at an incredibly slow pace. Faster, more attentive service would have allowed tables to turn over more efficiently and reduced wait times for other guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had here. Between the poor communication, lack of attentiveness, unavailable menu items, mediocre food, uncomfortable dining conditions, and excessive wait times, the value simply isn't there anymore. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The service we received warranted a $0 tip, and for the first time, we're questioning whether we'll ever return.
