I've had Rose Park bistro on my must try list for a hot minute, and finally had the opportunity to grab a late lunch/happy hour meal. Maybe it was timing, maybe this is how it always is, but the overall experience was really weird. The seating hostess seem confused by our reservation, and then where we should've been seated. The booths are spacious, and fairly comfortable. The overall decor and the vibe of the menu don't really match up, and then add in the waitress, who reminded us both of a waitress from a 50s style diner, with the same attitude, and things just didn't really fit together. Sounds like it should be fun? Not really. Service was mid at best. The menus that we were handed, were for lunch, dinner and happy hour. What we weren't told until we were ready to order was that they're literally was two minutes left to order from the lunch menu. We ordered the chicken tostadas from the happy hour menu, a mixed green beat salad, and the recommended cheesesteak spring roll. The quality, quantity, and price point don't have up. The flavor profile of the food doesn't either. The chipotle chicken tostadas left little to be desired. The presentation alone was incredibly unappealing, and the taste wasn't much better. The cheesesteak spring roll: while the presentation was exponentially better than the chipotle chicken tostadas, this was essentially ground beef fried in a wonton whopper. The chipotle sauce on the plate actually made it taste worse. Two "spring rolls "for around $15 is in insanity, especially when they aren't worth eating. The beet salad: out of the three dishes that we ordered this was definitely the best of the three, but not worth ordering again. A cold salad should be just that, cold. If it's a meat salad, the expectation would be to have, I don't know more than a couple of beats that have been quartered and placed on the plate. Much to their credit, the vinaigrette that was on the lettuce was tasty and did compliment the beet and goat cheese bite. Service was pretty nonexistent after we ordered, and I don't know if this is a trend with restaurants now, or what the deal is. Glasses were not refilled, we were not asked about our meal or some of these issues possibly would've been resolved. There were quite a few people hanging out at the bar for both early as well as regular happy hour, and they do have a pretty full bar selection. I really wanted to be able to add Rose Park to my list of Roseville, restaurants, but sadly it won't be the list of places to return to
Finally made it to Rose Park Bistro after keeping it on my radar for a while! The inside atmosphere and decor are absolutely gorgeous, giving off a great vibe. They have lovely outdoor seating options too, though we sat indoors.Their drinks are a major standout. The Queen Bee is sweet and delicious, but you absolutely have to try the Rose Park Old-Fashioned. The pistachio foam on top is a total game-changer, it adds just enough sweetness to perfectly balance the drink. To eat, we had the crispy Philly cheesesteak rolls and tempura prawns, but the menu is huge with plenty of choices. Loved the look of the bar setup, so I'll definitely be sitting there next time!
Such a chic, beautifully designed space with excellent indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is everything, and the service was outstanding. The mocktails were amazing! The teriyaki steak with mashed potatoes is a must-try. The penne con pollo was a little underwhelming, but I would definitely come back.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I've been here three times this week, and Rose Park Bistro is still one of my favorite places to eat in Roseville. Every visit has been consistently amazing. I especially love their house made soups, which are always fresh, flavorful, and comforting. My favorite drink is the Queen Bee it's delicious and beautifully presented every time. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and perfect for anything from date night to happy hour with friends. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Their happy hour menu offers great options at reasonable prices, making it easy to keep coming back. So make sure to seat at the bar for the deals. It's rare to find a restaurant that makes me want to visit multiple times in the same week, but Rose Park Bistro has definitely earned that distinction. Great food, amazing drinks, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere make this a standout spot in Roseville. Definitely worth checking out.
Upon entering Rose Park, my husband and I were greeted with a pleasant young lady. She sat us in a nice cubby that had a great view of the bar, tv, and outside. We were then greeted by a host with water, followed immediately by our waiter, who was amazing and full of hospitality. The food was amazing, our drinks were perfection, and the service and ambiance was great. Looking forward to our next visit.
Came here for a birthday dinner with a group of 15. I ordered the Lobster Bucatini and a soda water, and the food was honestly amazing. Everyone at the table loved their meals. The only downside was the service. It seemed like our large party was a little overwhelming. We had multiple servers, drinks were taken before people were finished with them more than once, and my soda water was never refilled. Service was also a bit slow. The food definitely made up for it, and I'd come back. Just hoping for a more organized service experience next time
Came here for my birthday celebration for the first time, and the restaurant's decor is so cute! I loved the dim lighting when walking in and the overall relaxed vibe of the place. We ordered the cheesesteak rolls to start, and I had to try the popular Bubble Bliss drink. When the drink arrived, the waitress made the experience even more exciting by infusing the bubble right on top of it. Shortly after, our appetizer arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rolls were, as we weren't quite sure what to expect from a cheesesteak roll. When our entrées arrived, every single one of us enjoyed what we ordered, so we decided to share with one another. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. At the end of our meal, I was offered a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to end the evening. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. From the beautiful decor that's perfect for taking selfies, to the delicious food and drinks, and down to the excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a great spot for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion!
We've been to Rose Park Bistro a handful of times, and it never disappoints. Whether it's lunch, a special occasion, or a nice dinner out, the food and service are consistently excellent. I've tried several dishes, including the salmon and the paella, and everything has been delicious and beautifully prepared. The cocktails are also fantastic, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What really stands out is the service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely enjoys connecting with their guests. On one visit, our waiter spent time talking with us about traveling to Turkey and shared some wonderful vacation recommendations, which made the experience feel even more personal. Rose Park Bistro offers great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's one of our favorite local spots, and we always look forward to coming back.

I will start off by saying they have one of the best social/happy hours. And their drinks are 10/10. I do wish I had taken additional pictures of my drinks and food. Their drink menu can change from time to time. I have visited a handful of times and have never left disappointed. I've tried their Queen Bee (delicious), La Vida - also so good! My husband is a fan of whiskey and they have an exceptional variety available. Their classic Rose Park Old Fashion did not disappoint. As for food, we have yet to have an actual dinner entree. But we did have some yummy chicken skewers, Brussel sprout chips, grilled asparagus, truffle fries, meatballs. All delicious. This is one of our staple go to spots for some delicious small bites and drinks.
Rose Park Bistro is a chic and fun vibe. Dined here for my birthday dinner and it was perfect. We were seating in the back part of the restaurant and had the corner to ourselves. The staff were very attentive and professional. Exceptional service! I came here specifically for the paella and it was perfect! The right amount of seasoning and flavor as well seafood portions. We ordered appetizer - each bite was so delicious! Presentation was amazing and well presented. Best part, they brought out sparkling candle with dessert an we ordered additional dessert with wine as well. The perfect birthday dinner and such a vibe.
I checked out Rose Park Bistro in Roseville last night for my best friend's birthday dinner. Rose Park Bistro is located on the outside of the Galleria and parking can be an issue during busy times. We made a reservation for 6:30pm and it was still very busy especially for a Sunday when we arrived. They seated us at a cozy table in a corner which felt private and intimate. I loved the interior - it was modern, but still felt inviting. There were tons of tables throughout and even a large eye-catching bar! I had a hard time deciding on what to order, but eventually landed on the Seafood Paella which I thought was pretty good. It was actually my first time having Paella and I didn't have anything to compare it to, but I do know it is supposed to have the crust on the bottom which it did not - it had more of a risotto texture. The rest of the table ordered the Pan Roasted Prawns, Char-Grilled Artichoke Hearts, Ribeye with Potatoes and Broccoli and Pan Roasted Half Chicken. Everyone loved their meals - 3 of us also ordered Dirty Martinis which were top-notch especially with the blue cheese stuffed olives! Heavenly! The restaurant also did a fun birthday celebration with a huge firework candle and a yummy raspberry cheesecake dessert for my best friend - on the house! My only complaint of the evening was our server - she was a bit rude at times and not just to us, but to another employee who was assisting her. She just was not very friendly and seemed to have a bit of an attitude whenever we asked her a question. We were not a fan and it almost affected her tip unfortunately. Overall, I really liked Rose Park Bistro - I would definitely come back next time I am in Roseville! They had so many entrees on the menu that sounded great and I would love to come back and try them!

We had such a wonderful experience at Rose Park Bistro! The food was absolutely delicious--every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were amazing and definitely worth trying. The service was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the evening. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing dinner or a special night out. We truly enjoyed everything about our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

The good - The Octopus Carpaccio was very good The Short Rib was delicious They have bread and butter if you ask, the butter was a garlic truffle, also very good The restaurant decor was very nice, the seating was very comfortable. Always get a weird vibe sitting up at the bar when the bartender pictured is working. Zero warmth & always seems annoyed. Other bartenders are nicer but always seem distracted. Food-wise, I've only had the pappardelle & gnocchi. Fine but wouldn't go out of my way to get either of them again. At least they have happy hour all days of the week lol. read more

First time going to Rose Park and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the food were 10/10. We ordered the prawns (appetizer) and chicken. All of it was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. I would definitely go back. read more

December 20, 2025: 3rd re-visit since my 2024 review. Tuesday night dinner. My birthday! Impromptu reservation. Easily got a 5:30pm table. Servers were all gracious, friendly, efficient, nice. Timing for drinks and food was perfect. Fall salad with all the various ingredients was enjoyable. We shared. Each of our portions was plenty big. I got lamb chops. Bambie got branzino. Verdict? My bah-bah black sheep was tastier than the sea bass. Though the fish was fine enough. Drank glasses of red wine. Good labels, not too expensive. Satisfying. Surprise was the complimentary dessrt. Panna Cotta with a giant roman candle fireworks streaming on the plate. I screamed with delight. How exciting! Fun evening. Thanks! read more

Great food! We loved their pasta dishes. Perfect level of creaminess and full of flavor. Their roasted chicken was moist and great portion. Loved their appetizers as well, the artichokes with pesto, the beet salad and calamari were all delicious. We didn't care for their paella. It was still wet and mushy not the typical way of how we enjoy them. Service was also slow, they were busy but it took forever to place an order. We had to skip dessert because we were waiting too long. It's a beautiful restaurant and plenty of parking in the back as it's in the Fountains. read more

Made reservations for 8:30 for two and we were seated right away, which was a great start. Our table was up against the wall, which isn't our favorite type of seating, but it still worked and didn't take away from the experience. The restaurant has a really nice, elevated style and the overall vibe felt modern and inviting. The music was a solid millennial-style playlist, which set a great tone for the night. It took a little while for us to get waters and a waiter to greet us. Once we got our server, they were attentive and everything moved smoothly. I forgot her name, but she took good care of us from that point on. We ordered drinks from their menu. My partner got the Oxacillin and I tried the Rose Park Old Fashioned with pistachio foam. The presentation was unique and both drinks were well crafted, though I'd probably stick to a traditional old-fashioned next time. For starters, we had the calamari and the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls. The calamari stood out big time, possibly the best I've had. It came mixed with fried green beans and onions, which added great texture and flavor. The eggrolls were very good too, though I do think one more piece would've matched the price better. Reminded me off the hamburger eggrolls from WDW Magic Kingdom. IYKYK. For our mains, I had the lobster bucatini and my partner ordered the mushroom risotto. The risotto was cooked perfectly, very creamy and balanced. The lobster bucatini had great flavor and a generous portion of lobster, which was appreciated. We ended with an affogato, which was a simple and delicious way to finish the evening. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by how good our experience was. Rose Park is such a lovely, upscale and elegant bistro. Definitely a wonderful addition to the popular Fountains at Roseville shopping center. I had heard the buzz about this fairly new cocktail bar and restaurant. The Yelp reviews were all very good. Drum roll! I have now had the pleasure of dining at Rose Park Bistro not once not twice but three delicious times. The GF and I were lucky to get the last two seats at an energetic happy hour with appetizing HH bites and a nice glass of wine. The bar is ahhhmazing! Off to the right as you walk in. You cannot possible miss it. The longest bar top I have ever encountered. Dramatic and classy. Trendy. And lots of fun. Lunch with three friends on another occasion. The meal was a standout. We were seated at a table for four in a sophisticated area of the restaurant. We were able to leisurely dine while enjoying conversation amongst ourselves. Mostly about how fantastic the food was! Lastly, a lazy Sunday early evening dinner outside on the patio. Sooo very relaxing with exceptionally well prepared food. One thing I know for sure. Customer service matches and is totally in sync with the high quality food items. Upper tier staff and service from walking in the door to dining and walking out the door. If you are in the mood for some fresh seafood, chops, and prime steaks expertly cooked... you will love Rose Park Bistro. Vegetarian friendly offerings too. So many choices. I have visited Rose Park Bistro twice now. Once for happy hour with my daughter and also for my birthday dinner. Both times I visited the food was absolutely delicious, drinks were great, and so was the over all dining experience. Let's start with happy hour. It is available EVERY day between 2:30-6:00 PM. They offer six delicious appetizers, plus $10 well drinks, and a $3 discount on cocktails. The appetizers range in price from $10-$12. I went with the Tempura Torpedo Prawns and the Chipotle Chicken Tostadas, and let's just say they didn't disappoint. I loved the perfect crispiness of the prawns, while the sweet chili sauce partnered perfectly with them. The beets complimented all the flavors in the tostadas. Let's talk dinner at Rose Park Bistro, and better yet BIRTHDAY dinner! I made a phone reservation for ten, and they easily accommodated all my guests. Everything was set up lovely and there was no wait time. I ordered a couple drinks: Bubble Bliss and a specially requested birthday drink. I asked for something girly and pink, so I was delighted when they perfectly filled my request. For dinner I ordered the filet mignon dinner and my daughter ordered the Lobster Bucatini. Several of my guests ordered various entrees and appetizers, and all commented how delicious their food was, including myself! Rose Park Bistro surprised my friend and I both with a compliment birthday dessert, which each included a big sparkling candle. Yes, my best-friend and I both share the same birthday and it was our actual birthday! You may choose to eat outside on the patio or dine inside. Eating outdoors was perfect for my daughter and I. They have greenery and big hanging lights. Indoor dining was perfectly suited for a dimly lit intimate birthday dinner with my friends. If you're more in the mood for the bar, dine at the bar and have a tasty cocktail or two. This is a family friendly restaurant, so bring your kids along if you would like. They even offer a kids menu. Rose Park Bistro is an exceptional choice for a date night, dining with family, birthday dinners, or even to grab some cocktails. Never have I ever been to so many ahhoy hours within the span of two days! Although I enjoyed every one of them in their own way, wow what a beauty with the Rose Park Bistro. My cousin talked about this establishment reminding her and her husband of something in SF and its's something I could totally see. It's an upscale vibe and whoever did the decorating has awesome style. We ended up doing bar seating and grabbed two seats easily. It would have been nice to sit outside but there was no music, but boy is it beautiful out there. We talked about doing drinks and dessert. It became drinks plus many desserts. Our waitresses were really cool, so busy but they took time to chat it was one with dutch braids and one with pink hair, really cool and down to earth despite this place feeling upscale. I loved how every few minutes there was a sparkler drink popping out. I think this would be so fun for a birthday or just any celebration. I was set to do one dessert but my cousin suggested we do three! Go big or go home lol I was scrolling yelp and what caught my eye and I exclaimed out loud was the beautiful poached pear We also went with an affogato and a season dessert and spumoni. The staff was helpful in us deciding on the creme brulee or the spumoni given the weather and feels. We both agreed the star of the show was the poached pear. I ordered a pulp fiction which I found to be perfect. We both felt that we saw each drink being made and they were all amazing to look at. I was peeping that they have a wonderful happy hour that if I lived closer I would be trying to figure out how to get t. I'll be sure to share with my cousin. We had tried the chef's appetizer at the Tower Bridge Dinner recently and knew we had to come and try the restaurant. It's always a tough decision to try a new place for a celebration and I was happy that it turned out to be a great choice. We started with the burrata on crostini, the big brother of the appetizer we tried, and it did not disappoint. Lots of yummy burrata and deliciousness, drizzled with a fig basalmic. A generous portion that we could have easily shared with another couple. For our main course, I had the mushroom risotto which looked small but was quite a good portion, perfectly cooked. My husband was torn between the filet mignon and the burger, which sounded amazing, but our waiter luckily steered him towards the filet and he loved it. A nice portion, perfectly cooked medium rare. When we checked in they came with a little sign that said happy birthday, which was a nice touch. And the final birthday dessert was served with an amazing flourish, a sparkler! My only feedback was that for dessert my husband wanted the sticky toffee pudding, and instead we got the chocolate lava cake. I don't know if that is their automatic birthday choice? It was good (plus free!) and he didn't want to complain, so we didn't say anything. It did bug me and I wish I had said something then - I am sure they would have fixed it and I would have happily paid for it. Speaking of paying, I thought the prices were very reasonable for this caliber of restaurant. Lately it feels like we can't have a fine dining meal for under $200 and this was well under that. The place itself is beautiful - certainly not what I expect from a Roseville strip mall restaurant. It had more downtown/Vegas vibes. We got there on the early side on a Monday and it was pretty full when we left, so make sure you plan ahead and make a reservation. read more

This was an incredible and lovely place!! The food was amazing I started off with the Caesar salad and it was fresh crispy with the perfect amount of dressing a great start! I also tried out their filet I enjoy it medium well and it was cooked beautifully really tender juicy and packed with flavor! I really enjoyed the dish I could not get enough. For dessert I tried the chocolate lava cake a la mode and it was soooo amazing rich chocolatey with a hot oozy center that was balanced by vanilla ice cream which had a creamy and smooth flavor! Whole experience was amazing I can't wait to be back, our server was super kind helpful and fast! Rose Park Bistro is my go-to spot whenever I'm visiting family in Lincoln, and once again, they delivered an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, The hostess Alley recognized us and made sure we were seated at our favorite table in the back room by the wine cellar--a thoughtful touch that never goes unnoticed. Yakin was our server and struck the perfect balance of personable and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions throughout the evening. Our drinks and appetizers arrived promptly, each one perfectly crafted and beautifully prepared. The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the bruschetta was honestly some of the best I've ever had. The gnocchi--pillows of pure goodness--could have easily been our entire meal. Portions were generous and everything was served at just the right temperature. Alex the manager stopped by our table to say hello and even offered a tour of the wine cellar after noticing we had brought a bottle to cork. We had a wonderful conversation about their Napa and Sonoma offerings, which added such a personal and elevated touch to the evening. Before we ordered our entrées, Chef Nick Novello came out to introduce himself. He took the time to talk about his menu and the seasonal ingredients he sources, which made the experience feel even more special. At his recommendation, we ordered the salmon--and it did not disappoint. It was a beautifully balanced, flavor-packed dish that truly stood out. This wasn't just dinner at RPB it was a full culinary experience. From the front of the house to the back the level of care and quality service is exceptional. Make a reservation--Rose Park is hopping! Came here with a large group and they were very accommodating and helpful and patient. I love the look of the bar and the dim lighting makes the experience feel upscale. I enjoyed the Seafood paella as my main, Calamari as an appetizer, and my partner liked the lamb chop. Portions were large. Personally, I felt that the paella was the best bang for your buck. Prices are fairly steep and the paella had a nice amount of shrimp, scallops, and mussels. There's outdoor seating too, but it was so hot that no one was eating outside. I think it'd be nice in cooler months. Drinks were strong. Service was helpful and patient with a large group. It gets busy and was packed but they handled it all well! read more

We went for a cocktail one early evening. The place was empty--we figured it was the time of the day. The bar is very nice. Stocked with premium liquors and lots of chairs to sit in. Kind of surprised not more folks were there. The speciality cocktails always disappoint me now a-days (unless at Josephine's!) so I won't judge on that, but the Pinot Grigio Scarpetta is very good!!! Last night, we decided to go back again for food. As mentioned, the bar is nice so we sat there. A Preferred spot. It's Not the best for 5'6 and under to eat at lol as the bar top a little higher than the chairs! But not a big deal. We ordered small bites so review is based on that. We did not have dinner. We had the soup of the day for starters which was a zucchini soup I believe. That was good! Nice flavor. We also ordered the artichokes dish and beet salad. Both small bites. That's where it went downhill. The beet salad appeared to be premixed ahead of time with the dressing. Why do I say that. Because the lettuce was wilted as though it had been sitting in the dressing too long! Haha Overall, the flavor of the dressing was good, and I liked nuts added, but wilted salad is not enjoyable. The beets were unique, as they had a type of creamed cheese (not cream cheese) in between the beets. I prefer just beets but it wasn't the worst. The wilted salad was the worst. Next the grilled artichokes. Not grilled and definitely not fresh. Came out of a can for sure! Watery. There was a pesto base on the bottom which was not necessary. Salty and took away the fresh (canned) flavor of the choke. It had sliced radishes which should have been pickled red onions instead for better flavor. In my opinion, But the sliced radishes were not consistently cut so some were big and others thin. It didn't go because those too felt a little "old." Flavor was not fresh and you know how a radish taste when it's not fresh. However, even if it was fresh, I just feel a pickled red onion would've been better. Total for 3 Glasses of wine, 2 soups, artichoke dish and the beet salad--$87. I guess stopping in for a cocktail is still Something I would do! Maybe try the soup again! But if small bites disappoint not sure how the main meal will fair out And at a higher price point. read more

We went here for a friend's birthday dinner. I was looking forward to it based on the reviews. Pros - nice ambiance. Staff were friendly. Con - food was a little pricey and it was just okay to decent. I got the paella. It was a good size. However the taste and texture was ordinary. It wasn't particularly flavorful, I felt like it was a little moist. The seafood was a little overcooked. I had a taste of my other friend's dishes - roast chicken (okay), branzino (okay), lobster bucatini (pasta texture was good, but a bit salty). We were going to order the ravioli but at $22 for 3 pieces it seemed pricey. We received a complementary lava cake as it was one of the friend's birthday. The flare candle was fun and the cake was rich and good. Overall we had a nice night out. I'd come back here if friends wanted to go but I wouldn't seek it out. read more
