I simply just needed copies of some documents that we were told to do so as an advice and took it and headed to a place that I've passed several times is this FedEx location right across from Ala Moana Center in the Heald Building which is nice as they have lots of free parking making easy access with just steps to their front door. Walking into this spacious place you see many shelves of supplies, ship and go center and right beside the entrance are several copiers which is probably the most used services and is very cool how it's all set up for you to use on your own. You first can add funds to the machine with your credit card as you calculate the approximate amount you will be using and will be calculated at the end of the acutely amount is quite impressive and very easy to use though my first attempt was fail by placing it in the wrong direction lol but at least it's not a huge costly error but one that I learned very fast and with just a few copies needed I was done just as fast to be on my way but loved the convenience they provide as I did have a copier in the past which came obsolete as technology has changed though every once in awhile we do need to some hard copies of items to keep on hand for reference is good to have places like this to use for very little cost. They scan the QR code, ask if you want a receipt, and then they take and process your return. It's in a fairly convenient location but parking can be a little tough if all the street-side spots are taken. I usually choose to take my Amazon returns here instead of Whole Foods just because it's more convenient, close to my house, and quick.

While I was there and waited for someone to serve me, they tool awhile because they had lost a customer's order and couldn't find it in their shop. When I told him I just need the copies, he insisted on stalking them and couldn't be convinced just to give me the copies. He wanted to do the entire job himself, and did it anyway despite my insisting I wanted to put the project together myself. Then he charged me 4 times the first time he said my book would cost. He also took a very long time and made several mistakes before he finally got it right. I asked to use the copy machine when I first walked in and he ignored me to look for the customer's lost order. They still hadn't found it when I left an hour and a half later without what I asked for. ​ A day after posting this review I got a phone call from aloha graphics. I did not give my phone number to them. Why did he call me? How did he get my phone number? That is to put me on notice that they read this review and are letting me know they can find me wherever I am. Be aware, this is not your ordinary businessman. These guys go above and beyond.
