So happy to be coming here each time my kids (boy and girl) need their hairs done. My toddler boy got his first cut here. Since then we've been coming here and he always looks fantastic especially with Ms Katherine. My tween daughter has been getting tinsels here since tinsels became a thing along with trims and sometimes shampoo and blow dry. She's always felt awesome afterwards. My almost 3 year old used to hate when I would try to cut or trim his hair, and he would throw a major fit. For almost a year now I've been bringing him here to see Miss Catherine for his haircuts. She is so sweet, actually the whole staff is. Miss Brandi was very sweet also and the kiddies can watch their favorite movie or show and they get a treat at the end. Today my son got his first hair cut and Kidtopia made this anxious mom feel so much better. The team there created a fun atmosphere for my son. He was ok at first but then became upset but the team worked with him and won him over with animal cookies! He got a great haircut and I got a souvenir photo with a locket of his hair. Honestly, I was super anxious about bringing my kiddo here because he's pretty specific about his hair (hates having it combed, hates us swiping his bangs from his face). This place was amazing for my daughters first haircut!! She is three and well we all know how three year olds can be when doing something new and scary! I was so nervous about how she would do but the minute we walked in Jessica made her feel so welcome! They let her pick where she wanted to sit and also gave her a lollipop which helped so much break her out of her shell! They had cartoons on and offered to put on whatever made her happy. I love that they offered a first haircut package which included a before and after picture along with a lock of her hair! So adorable and they truly made her feel so special. My daughter had an appt here and I added my son as a walk in when we arrived a little early to get his hair trimmed up. They were able to take him right away and still see my daughter right on time. Both kids look super cute with their new haircuts and my daughter absolutely loves her Elsa braid and pink butterfly clip. Catherine was great with both of them despite my son wiggling all around and my daughter being locked into the movie. My son loved sitting in the airplane for his haircut. I'm really impressed with how quick, efficient, friendly & helpful they were. Had appt on 12/30 which was cancelled by the salon with no reason cited for $19 boys cut. Scheduled new appt for 1/2 for boys cut and misread appt thinking it was 10:30 not 10:00, so got charged a "no show fee" even though my husband arrive by 10:20 and the salon was not busy AND haircut is now $23! Crazy! I will be taking my son elsewhere from now on. I can take him to my salon for that kind of money. Done! read more

Took my daughter here for her first haircut this morning. We didn't have an appointment, but thankfully they take walk-ins! The salon is super cute inside and Allison was great with my daughter. She kept the process fun but also efficient, which is everything when you have littles. The playroom for siblings or other kids waiting was great and the free coffee was a nice touch. For the first haircut package, you get a cute keepsake card with a before/after pic and a lock of your child's hair. I will definitely be bringing my other littles for their first haircuts. The two ladies working were super friendly and got us in and out in about 15 minutes. I was afraid he would freak out but they gave him a lollipop and he barely noticed what was going on. They gave us a little keepsake with a before and after and a lock of his hair and sent us digital copies as well. He doesn't have a lot of hair but they successfully eliminated his baby mullet and he is looking sharp now! Great place. Pigtails and Crewcuts was hit or miss when it was open. We had a wonderful experience here! It was a first haircut for my 18 month old son and a trim for my 7 year old son. They have thought of everything to keep the little ones distracted! I knew my 18 month old would be a tough customer and unfortunately, he really didn't care about sitting in a fun little car or watching Paw Patrol. But he did like the animal crackers they passed out! They have coffee/tea/water for the parents and a whole room full of toys to occupy siblings while they wait, which wasn't long at all -- Ashley was our stylist and she was super fast! She did a great job even though my little guy was bobbing and weaving pretty much the entire time. For my older son, she offered to rinse his hair out which is a really nice touch for those kids who are bothered by all those tiny hairs that hang on to their neck after a haircut. They were running a $10 special for October but it's usually $15 for a haircut. We walked right in after school on a Thursday; I saw they take appointments as well. And, of course, they have a treasure chest for prizes post haircut and dum dum pops! read more
