She will not force you to think about cutting it short or adding something you didn't want. If you say, I just want a trim, then that's what you get. Lots of layers, however my thin, barely there hair got way too chunky (and not blended) in some areas rendering HOLES in my hair. It took me a minute to write this review and the cut thank goodness is growing out. Will I return, probably not. Finding a new hair cutter that works for your hair is one of the hardest things out there.

One of the things that has been hard for me when visiting most salons- I have moderate hearing loss and the stylists have always been super chatty and ask tons of open ended questions. I usually can't understand 70% of what they say after Ive removed my hearing devices. That always takes makes me feel embarrassed when I keep asking them to repeat themselves or answer something they didnt ask. After showing my stylist my desired cut, she saw me remove my hearing aids. She did not make me feel pressured to make small talk. The head massage she gave me while shampooing my hair was wonderful and relaxing. She was gentle with my hair and took great care with cutting the layers. The front door was propped open and there was a nice breeze coming in. She made me feel happy, relaxed and at ease. I have never had such a quiet and relaxing salon experience. I look forward to visiting her again when I need my hair cut in the future.

Three times before my next appointment, the salon called to tell me that my stylist was "no longer with us" and they would need to reschedule me with a different stylist on a different day. After this 3rd time, I nicely told them how frustrating this was, and they accused me of having an attitude. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry this has happened again, let me schedule you at our next available appointment." The person on the phone (owner?) became very rude to me. If this is how they treat their clients, I can only imagine how they treat their stylists. I guess this explains why so many are leaving. I will not be returning either.
