She made nice conversation. It took a reasonable amount of time, and I felt comfortable. I cannot speak for styling so much, since my cut was so straightforward, but the people ahead of me all left looking nice. I didn't feel pushed upon with upselling of services or products, which I feel is the worst. (I'm just there because I can't buzz my own hair without looking like I've gotten my head stuck in a lawnmower.) In short, I felt comfortable and received the service I needed. Everyone was pleasant.
