Despite him sitting as still as you can ask a toddler to sit, this is what his hair looked like when we returned home . It was completely choppy and uneven with long scraggly hairs sticking out all over. I even pointed out a few of the problem areas so that she could attempt to fix it. We ended up having to use my husband's beard trimmer to fix and even outt what we possibly could. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I brought our daughter back to the store a few days later to ask if she could make corrections. At first she claimed she didn't remember serving her and then oddly seemed to remember (and lie) about several details. She refused to provide even a partial refund and said to make any correction would cost more. Kristina is clearly trash. She took advantage of a child, and then refused to make it right. We were greeted and taken care of immediately by Alyssa. She was so kind and accommodating from start to finish. My 2 year old son is autistic and this was his first real haircut. His dad had butchered it at home so we needed to get it fixed asap. She led us into the play room where my son was most comfortable with with all the toys and quietness. She took him right on time and explained the process. She was so quick about the whole haircut, used a calm voice and had a reassuring demeanor and she had animal crackers ready!
