While the interaction was not unpleasant, the front desk team member showed no sign of "oh wow, I'm so sorry" , "that's not typical for us", or even any urgency to figure out a remedy. She simply took my number and said the manager will call me and that's where the conversation stopped. I can completely understand the occasional cut due to different skin types and a sharp razor, but seeing my partner return with 4+ significant cuts on his face is unacceptable and barely a response when this was brought up to their team. Another note...I have used yelp for 10+ years and don't believe I've ever been frustrated enough to write a review. If you book with this barber, proceed with caution and bring your bandaids.
