Three out of the four fillings we had done to our child failed within five months of the procedure. Which caused us to have our dentist extract those 3 pediatric teeth. Recently when seeing our primary dentist they informed us that the final filling that was left from the dental work was done improperly and needs to be redone. We called the practice about them examining the tooth and the front desk said they would, but there would be a consult fee for it. We spent approximately $4500 dollars for the work and the anesthesia combined. It's very disappointing they won't check on their own work where they made a flaw without charging a fee. Do not come to this practice. Would give this practice 0 stars if it was an option.

While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. He took a panoramic x-ray of my daughter on our first visit. He noticed that my child had an impacted tooth. This is something that should have been identified with the first dentist we tried when we moved to Texas, and also with her dentist in Virginia. Due to his discovery and him telling us we needed to take care of it asap, we were able to quickly get my child to an oral surgeon and the impacted tooth is now in place and looking good! It caused no damage to the other teeth. The orthodontist we chose said that most dentist do not pick up the impacted canine's in the x-rays. And, that she is usually the first one to tell the patients. My child has also had cavities filled here and he makes every effort to make it as pain-free for the child. My daughter is set to have two teeth removed by Dr. Jaded in a few weeks. He can do more than just cavities!!! Dr. Jaded really cares about his patients and making sure they are comfortable. He is extremely thorough. And, we are so thankful to have found him!

But when I heard that he needs some filling I just wanted to take him to a pediatric dentist and get another opinion and if needed to be taken care off at this office as well. The staff was very nice and friendly from scheduling to helping me out filling out each form. Dr Kwon is amazing with children. I have three boys and this is not the first time I am taking one of my child to a dentist. But I have never met a dentist who is patient and also great in explaining each procedure to the children. She even showed a little YouTube clip to my 6 year to ease some fears he might have before sealing some of the molars. And of course she explained everything in detail to me and checked in if I have any questions. After everything was done. The decision to move my little ones to her was easy. Even though we love our family dentist. The next day I called the dentist somewhere else and there's no time to see me, but he recommended Dr. Jang and I made an appointment with him right away, he wanted to see me even though it was a lunch break. The reason people come to the doctors office not only to remove the pain, also to feel safe, and at ease from all the extreme concerns. He checked all my teeth with taking Xray and doing various exams. Even though I looked so ugly as if filming ' Mr. Bean', opening my mouth twitching, showing inside my mouth, drooling water in front of dental hygienists, doctors assistants, and the doctor with Medical Surgical Dental Headband Binocular Loupes with Head Light 2.5x, I've been relieved because he said "your problems not a big deal. You'd make an appointment next Monday early in the morning, and today I will give you a prescription with tyrenol". On Monday I got all the treatments he mentioned and am fully restored, clean and fresh, no pain, no worries. He is young like summer grapes, green, flawless, fresh in field of Texas.
