My husband went here a week ago for 2 root canals and one was fine but the other there was also a cavity on that they somehow missed even though they did x-rays (found this out when he went in for his temp crowns today) Apparently all they care about is money and racking up the bill. It was $400 just for them to look at his teeth. They should have pulled that tooth but instead went ahead and did the root canal anyways. They do not care about patients at all. Everything.... First of all came in pain ... as I'm sure all emergency patients are... the technician was very cordial, concerning and conscientious... she would get a 3 star review... started with very poor custom service at the front desk ... seems like they really did not want you be there... needless to say... I was a nervous wreck, came in with a chipped tooth in the front of my smile ... now granted my dentist did tell the Dr that there are 2 teeth to look at but OBVIOUSLY, I would want the front, more pressing tooth to be fixed before the non emergency back molar... the receptionist came to me to discuss payment options , was not very clear and didn't explain anything... spoke in dental language, unfamiliar to me, had me sign papers... then the dentist comes in the work on the non-critical tooth in the back of my mouth... I immediately stopped him... explaining that it was the front tooth that split and that's what he needed to work on... Then the very young immature receptionist came back to me with an attitude asking me which tooth I wanted worked on... she never explained that the cost of this procedure was only for one tooth Are you kidding me... it just got worse from there ...the dentist Dr Nick has Zero bedside manners and I will NEVER be back It was a traumatizing experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy Never go there, You Will Be Sorry!!! read more

I was charged $1270 for a root canal prior to my insurance claim. My insurance sent me a statement of benefits saying my part was much less. After a half dozen phone calls and no luck I sent an email. They did respond and admitted yes I was over charged. They said call the office and they will refund my card. The problem is I've made another half dozen calls during regular office hours and get voicemail and no return calls. The work they did was good but the professional/business side will keep me from ever going back and I will let my dentist know to stop referring his customers to Sigma as well as my insurance company. read more

The staff and doctors are all wonderful. They do an amazing job to walk you though what is being done and show you alternative procedures that work best for your lifestyle and budget. I highly recommend Sigma Endodontics in Murphy, Tx. The office staff is professional and friendly. The office space is open, bright, and clean. And with Covid still around, this is important. No one "enjoys" a root canal but Dr. Nick and his assistant, Shakeema, made it an enjoyable experience. They were patient, helpful, informative, concerned about my comfort, and very skillful. They were so warm and caring that I felt like an old friend. And there was little to no pain during the procedure. Dr. Nick and Shakeema both deserve big "air and/or virtual" hugs. I would recommend this office to every single person I know!! I found myself in need of a root canal right before Christmas (go figure!) and this office went above and beyond to take care of me and get me out of pain before the big day. The front office staff was warm and engaging, they did a great job at making me feel welcome. Once I got back to the room, I was given a pair of my very own ear buds, and a remote to watch whatever I liked on Netflix. I highly recommend this office! The best experience I have had with the root canal, and, sadly, I have had MANY. The prices are reasonable, the quality of service is exceptional. Dr. Nick takes time to walk through the options, explain potential complications, etc. The office staff are excellent with the follow-ups. I would like to give my highest recommendations to Sigma group. I am a surgeon myself and when it comes to choosing who does procedures on me I try to do due diligence. This was the second time I had a root canal on one of my molars and the experience when Dr. Daghighi, (who I was impressed by his credentials on the paper) performed my root canal was far superior to what I had experienced a few years ago by another endodontist at a pioneer academic institution. The office organization, attendance and caring attitude towards their patient, confidence and efficiency of the surgeon, and responsiveness to follow up care have all been impressive. I'm not a fan of the dentist by any means and had lots of anxiety getting two root canals done. For one, i don't numb easily, and I have very sensitive teeth. They were so patient and worked to make sure I was comfortable as possible getting the root canals done. They have gone above and beyond and highly recommend them. Staff & Dr. were competent and professional; but, they required a 3D X-ray at a cost of $175 out of my pocket. Friends that I have talked to tell me that a 3D X-ray was not required at their Endodontist and was not required when I had my last root canal from my Endodontist who has retired. I was referred on a Friday afternoon for a root canal repair. They were so accommodating and saw me so quickly. They explained everything they were going to do as well as cost and were so patient. They went above and beyond to give me the best care and correct my issue. The correction was taken care of and I had very little pain. I am just so impressed with the level of customer service and care shown by their ENTIRE staff. Its rare to see that everyone likes their job and it spills over to the patients. read more

Recently I had a root canal and Dr. Jung did an amazing job. He took you to step by step process and told you what is going on. His office staffs Julie and Ryan are warm and friendly and even follow up you next day to see how are you doing. They also provide the doctor cell phone number incase you need to contact the doctor after office hours. The office is very pretty, clean and very modern. Water bottles and juices and coffee available for customer at the waiting room at all time. I give this place a 5 stars and will recommend my friends. read more
