From start to finish, the visit went very well. Scheduling was easy, filling out the new patient "paperwork" was online and easy, and once I arrived for my appointment, everything else went smoothly! I believe Dr. Jaouni provided a conservative treatment plan recommendation, which I very much appreciated. I mean, after all, who wants to have a tooth pulled, unless absolutely necessary?! My wife has been treated by Dr. Jaouni on a couple of occasions. She was pleased with the result and approved of my seeing him for my "emergency" issue. After being seen by Dr. Jaouni, I too recommend this endodontist. I hope you don't need to visit the Endodontist, but if you do and you decide to give this practice/Dr. Jaouni an opportunity to treat you, I hope you have a likewise very positive experience! I immediately called my dentist, Dentistry By Brand and they referred me to this Endodontic practice. They made an opening for me and was in the chair within the hour. The Dr and his assistant were amazing. No pain procedure because of the skill of Dr Ahmad Kassabji. His practice is all geared for your comfort and care. Root canals require know how and precision. They help figure out the best ways to work treatment plans in with our insurance, and have adjusted payment plans for services as we've needed a LOT of dental work recently. The quality of dental work itself has also been excellent- we've had crowns, root canals and cavities filled, and haven't had pain during or post treatment. And in cleanings Dr ghandi has been really gentle. Even my kids don't complain about going to the dentist anymore.

The other doctors I've encountered here are ok. Currently I have had to pay an extra $15 (they said it's a one time fee) to cover PPE due to covid. I'm currently sitting in a dentist office in Washington having to replace the substandard work by this dentist. All 3 of the crowns and 2 bridges she did have all failed because she cut the teeth too short for the crowns and bridges to stay attached. New dentist says they've never seen such terrible work. She is having to drill out my tooth, install a post and build up the tooth before making new crowns and bridges. Sadly since my insurance just paid for this work a year ago they won't pay again so I'm paying cash. Nearly $20,000 now. Woodbridge should have to refund me that money. Maybe I need a lawyer.
