Came back after I had a deep clean in the past year and as usual, everything was exceptional. Had a wonderful experience again this time with Teresa (hygienist). She was very attentive to me and definitely carefully and patiently worked on my periodontal cleaning. I'm not very good when it comes to taking care of my teeth but she was really positive and motivating. Gave me all the important information to keep my gums strong and healthy. Dr. Beth is a personable, skilled professional who takes great pride in her work. I have had teeth cleanings, fillings and crowns done in her office with excellent results in all procedures. I had developed gum issues. Along with treatment from the periodontist recommended and teeth cleanings at GF Dental, I have a healthy mouth now. Dr. Beth, Dr. Melanie and Dr. Davis and the entire staff are concerned with patient comfort including pain elimination during procedures. They ask for and answer questions of the client. The front office was friendly with the appointment and insurance, the hygienist did a thorough job with the dental cleaning, and the dentist was friendly. I never felt like I was being sold something extra or being told I needed things for an additional cost. I had asked around to see recommendations on a dentist since I had just moved to Rowlett and my previous dentist had just retired due to COVID. I have absolutely no complaints about GF dental. Everyone there is super nice, helpful and extremely attentive to any questions I might have. I even sent my boyfriend to this location recently because he was having major tooth pain. I went here for the first time yesterday and the experience was amazing. When I first got there I was greeted by the receptionist and ironically enough they all had beautiful smiles. My appointment had already been set up and they just needed my information.the entire process only took a few minutes. Once I went back to see the dentist, my teeth were cleaned and xrayed. The orthodontist made me feel extremely good about my smile and the options I had for braces. Their payment plan options are also extrmely amazing as well. This is one of the best dentist offices I have been to and it may very well be my most frequently used location. Like a home dentist office, every employee here is amazing and helpful. Excellent experience at GF dental - excited to make this our family dentistry going forward. We've visited a LOT of dentists over the past several years. From living in four states over five years, and having a change of insurers in between a few times, it means we've probably seen about 10 different dentists and a multitude of hygienists between my husband and I. Our experience for our first visit at GF Dental was hands-down the best experience we've had so far. The office was organized, well-staffed, clean as a whistle, and everyone was so warm and welcoming. The process to make an appointment was easy and I love that you can fill out all of your forms online. I absolutely hate spending 20 minutes filling out forms and needing to arrive early before my appointment, so this is a huge plus. Their covid-prevention measures were also impressive. They have a system where they retrieve you from your car at your appointment time and then take your temperature, blood pressure, and other vitals upon arrival. They took tons of extra precautions during the appointment to sanitize everything and keep you and their staff safe. My husband joked before we arrived "this is going to be a weird dentist visit since we're wearing masks..." but of course they had all of the bases covered of course, so it was otherwise a "normal" visit to the dentist. Dr. Loehrlein spent her few minutes with each of us actually talking to us in depth about our dental health and also made an effort at small-talk with each of us. I know dentists are super busy when they're making their rounds and it was a full load of patients in the office from what I could tell, so the fact she even made an effort to chat about something other than teeth really speaks volumes about her as a professional and someone who is clearly invested and interested in her patients. Our dental hygienist Lisa was also FABULOUS - she was SO friendly and reassuring throughout the cleaning and pre-exam process. Neither of us are particularly squeamish nor fearful of dental work; however, in this staff's hands, I think even the most dentist-averse patients would feel totally at ease and calm. As mentioned, this is our latest choice of dentists in our new home in Rowlett, but am glad we made the choice of selecting this practice and looking forward to many good years being patients here. read more

I have been using GF Dental for many years. The staff are wonderful from front office, hygienists, dental assistants to the doctors. They have taken very good care of my oral health. Jared has been cleaning my teeth since the old days at the Little Blue house in Garland with Dr. Jackson, (RIP.) It's not new teeth, it's a whole new confidence. Dr. Williamson runs an office of amazing women who love what they do and more importantly- they are really good at it. The cost is unbelievable for the attention you receive. I moved to Chicago halfway through my experience and they were far too generous in how they accommodated me. I've had more compliments on my smile in Chicago, where it cost $2k a tooth and close to $20k for what I did. I'll be flying back to Dallas should I consider more dental work. I am so afraid of dentists. Any kind of Dr. But I have to say I LOVE this office. Dr Heaton is amazing. Jen is caring. Mckayla is wonderful and Sara is great! I called a week ago because I was in so much pain. I could hear compassion in Jen's voice when I told her my problem. She spoke to Dr Williamson and with the Dr permission. She called in medication to help me. I went in today. Had a root canal done. And teeth cleaning. They made me feel so comfortable and made sure I wasn't in any kind of pain. I am very very afraid of the dentist because of MANY bad experiences with dentists, but had to have some urgent root canals done because I could not take the tooth pain anymore.I decided to give this place a shot because I was in SERIOUS pain and they were close. She is kind, patient, straigh forward, accomodating, gentle and cares very much about you as a patient, the quality of her work and your comfort level. All of the assistants are great too. I got Clare and she is very kind, patient,gentle,knowledgeable and skilled. Because I am so scared of the dentist, I asked them to cover all instruments and take them out of sight (yes I am that freaked out). They did it without hesitation and were VERY understanding of my odd request. Dr. Beth is so kind, she even explained what I needed (root canals) and why I needed them without getting too graphic (at my request), but still being very informative. Also, since I did not have dental insurance, they worked out a very affordable payment plan so I could have the work done I so desperately needed.Even better than Monarch! Me and my family have been going to Dr. Beth for about 6 yrs now. I hadn't been to a dentist in probably 10 years before that. I needed a bit of work done and was really not wanting to go back after she told me what all I needed. I'm so glad I did, she was amazing. In the past 6 years and all the work I've had done, I've had no issues with any of it. The staff is kind, informative, and the atmosphere is just welcoming. Her team has become family. They are great with my kids too. When my son went for his first cleaning and checkup they were very patient with him and they let him hold the water and air blower so he would feel better about what they were doing. It made his first experience with the dentist a fun and exciting adventure. He loves to go now. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Beth and her staff. Wish I could give GF Dental 10 stars!! I found this wonderful place about 6 years ago when I chose them as my kids Dentist. My youngest daughter was 4 at the time. She had a tiny mouth and was hard to get X-rays on and also had a fear of dental procedures. Dr Heaton aka "Dr Teresa" as she still calls her, was so patient and loving with her. She spent the extra time with her to calm her and then thought outside the box to come up with solutions that allowed her to get it done. She sent my daughter a hand written note in the mail afterwards, telling her what a big girl she was and how proud she was of her. To this day, my daughter refuses to see anyone but Dr Teresa and I would never take her anywhere else! The office is clean and welcoming, the office staff is super friendly and well ran and our appointments always run on schedule. They explain what is needed in an understandable way and they never push unnecessary procedures on you. They will be honest and if something isn't an absolute must, she will tell you so and let you decide. We love GF Dental!! read more

Amazing staff, and an amazing Dentist. My son has aspergers and was afraid of going to the Dentist; so much so, that he had not been in 11 years. Sara cleaned his teeth, and walked him through how to do a better job of keeping them clean in the future. He did have a cavity; and a week later Dr. Beth filled his cavity without gas, shots, or pills. He didn't even realize what she was doing. He's no longer afraid of the Dentist, and we are heading back in December for his six month cleaning. Couldn't have asked for anything better. read more
