They also separated and billed procedures that should have been included in the deep cleaning, turning what should have been around $65 into a $250 bill. When I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that the clinic's billing did not align with the covered services. I've been trying to reach the clinic for the past 4 days -- no one answers, and the number they gave me doesn't even connect. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. The deep cleaning itself was rushed and lasted less than 30 min. I strongly suggest double-checking every code and estimate before agreeing to any treatment here.

She recommended unnecessary dental procedures and was unwilling to perform the straightforward extractions I requested for the two unhealthy, decayed teeth and provide a partial denture to restore function, health and appearance. Additionally, she did not do the cleaning I originally came in for. It seemed her primary focus was on maximizing insurance payments rather than addressing my actual needs as a patient. She was willing to extract if I went with the implant but not willing to extract since I decided to go with the partial. Go at your own risk. The smiles are big but the lining of their pockets are bigger and your preferences for your teeth are disregarded if you don't choose what is being recommended.

If you are on the fence on finding a dentist or wanting to find a new dentist, congratulations you've just found your forever dentist. I am very picky about dentists, it takes time to build trust and know that you're in good hands. In fact, I kept the same dentist for ten years and traveled over an hour to make each appointment.
