From start to finish, the visit went very well. Scheduling was easy, filling out the new patient "paperwork" was online and easy, and once I arrived for my appointment, everything else went smoothly! I believe Dr. Jaouni provided a conservative treatment plan recommendation, which I very much appreciated. I mean, after all, who wants to have a tooth pulled, unless absolutely necessary?! My wife has been treated by Dr. Jaouni on a couple of occasions. She was pleased with the result and approved of my seeing him for my "emergency" issue. After being seen by Dr. Jaouni, I too recommend this endodontist. I hope you don't need to visit the Endodontist, but if you do and you decide to give this practice/Dr. Jaouni an opportunity to treat you, I hope you have a likewise very positive experience! Live well. Be well. Cheers!

I immediately called my dentist, Dentistry By Brand and they referred me to this Endodontic practice. They made an opening for me and was in the chair within the hour. The Dr and his assistant were amazing. No pain procedure because of the skill of Dr Ahmad Kassabji. His practice is all geared for your comfort and care. Root canals require know how and precision. If you have the need for such a procedure look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My issue comes in with the business office and their less then stellar practices. We've always paid our estimates at time of service and any additional balances in instances where the estimates may have been slightly off. They continue to state that we have a "family" balance that has to be paid before they will schedule follow up visits. This balance has been reviewed with the business office against the EOB from my insurance in which the EOB does not reflect any patient responsibility. They are trying to balance bill for amounts they should contractually be writing off. This alone has put a bitter take in my mouth and forced me to start looking elsewhere for treatment.

I was nervous how she would handle the process and ultimately was worried she would make a scene. The absolute opposite happened because of how sweet and thoughtful the staff was. Shout outs to Gretchen, Alexis, and Allison for going above and beyond for my girl to make sure she was content and happy while I was having my cleaning. They absolutely didn't have to do what they did, but it made all the difference for me and my daughter. I'm so appreciative and even more excited to bring my daughter in to their office for her first dental appointment ever next week.

I said no you can cancel that. If you're going to charge me to reserve my appointment I can only imagine you're going to look for any little thing and tell me "I need it" to charge or bill more. I've never heard or seen any dental office do this to their patients.

Please read before choosing this dental office…read more Before deciding to visit this office, I strongly encourage you to read all the negative reviews. There's a consistent pattern: patients receive an estimate, proceed with treatment, and then get hit with a surprise bill for significantly more than expected. Most people don't fight it--because honestly, who has the time to go back and forth with a dental office and insurance company? This office clearly counts on that, and whether through negligence or intentional misrepresentation, they take advantage of it. The same thing happened to me. I agreed to a procedure based on their estimate and paid what I was told was my portion. Months later, I received a surprise bill for hundreds more, already marked as 90 days past due. After checking with my insurance, it was clear that the policy hadn't changed. Which means the office either failed to properly verify coverage or knowingly gave me a misleading estimate. Either way--it was negligence, deception, or both. If you still decide to go here, triple-check every detail they give you and confirm it directly with your insurance. Get everything in writing. And if you've already had a similar experience--please report it to the Texas state dental board. That's the only way offices like this get investigated. It's frustrating and time-consuming, but unless we speak up, these kinds of bad practices continue unchecked. We all deserve better.
