When my husband arrived for the 3pm appointment, he was told that both of the boys' appointments were at 3pm. Which was incorrect. I have the email confirmations showing the dates and times for each child (see below for pictures). My husband had to leave A. at the dental office while he was getting his cleaning to go pick up Z from school. They then proceeded to wait in the waiting room until approx 4:30pm before Z was seen. He was only able to complete the exam as they stated there wasn't enough time left for the cleaning, resulting in us having to schedule yet another appointment. Apparently, they did not have any availability for after school hours, thus Z will have to miss school for this additional appointment. A., my 9yo, told me and his Dad, unsolicited, that the people who worked there were mean to him until his Dad came back from picking up his brother. A. has never said that about any other appointment or interaction with adults before. Additionally, I have an email confirmation showing my personal appointment for Friday, 10/2 at 3pm (see below). I received a phone call on Thursday morning, 10/1, from the dental office asking if I was coming to my 11am appointment that day. I explained to them that I had scheduled it for the next day. They claimed they did not have any record of this and since I was not able to make the 11am appointment due to work, the next available appointment wouldn't be until October 23rd. During this phone call, I confirmed with the staff on the call that both my sons were scheduled for today for 3pm and 4pm appointments. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this office. They need to investigate what is malfunctioning with your online booking system. I rarely submit reviews, however, the appointment errors combined with the rudeness of the staff, especially how they made a young child feel uncomfortable, warrants a post.

Update update!! One…read moremonth left with braces.... I don't think I've ever been to a doctor or dental office that made me feel so welcome. Every time I walk in, it's like they know me. They talk to me like we're friends. Every member of the staff. I would usually prefer to not get poked and prodded once every six weeks, but, I can handle it when I'm treated so well. They listen. They're respectful. They're funny. It's been about two years of seeing these women on a regular basis. And I don't dread it. Ever. I've recommended that everyone looking for some kind of orthodontia go there. And I mean it. Dr Fleming is just a beautiful person, with more knowledge and confidence than I've ever experienced. And you can tel she educated her staff, and treats them well. I'll miss them! But I don't miss these wires in my face!!

She was able to fix my daughter crossed bite in a record time! The other doctors I've encountered here are ok. Currently I have had to pay an extra $15 (they said it's a one time fee) to cover PPE due to covid. I deleted my original review written a year ago when the dentist threatened to not complete the bridge and crown she had ordered and prepped in retaliation for my poor review. I'm currently sitting in a dentist office in Washington having to replace the substandard work by this dentist. All 3 of the crowns and 2 bridges she did have all failed because she cut the teeth too short for the crowns and bridges to stay attached. New dentist says they've never seen such terrible work. She is having to drill out my tooth, install a post and build up the tooth before making new crowns and bridges. Sadly since my insurance just paid for this work a year ago they won't pay again so I'm paying cash. Nearly $20,000 now. Woodbridge should have to refund me that money. Maybe I need a lawyer.

We have had a few accidents with our braces, and the staff has gone above and beyond to show up after hours and fix the problem. They always put my kids at ease and answer all of our questions. Went in for a 6 month cleaning and questioned a charge on the bill when I went to prepay for the service. I was told it was because of my dental history of having a root planing, but that had been years ago and I have been on a 6 month, normal cleanings for at least the last 2 years. The dentist had said everything was fine at each cleaning and they were not doing anything different from a normal cleaning. I asked what the charge of a normal cleaning was since I assume I'm being charged more and they wouldn't tell me. Then I told them I was going to file a complaint, but would pay for today. They initially took my credit card, but then refused to provide service and do my cleaning.
