Last month they charged me $29 for a consult with X-rays and quoted me $150+ for a cleaning (and additional for root canal.) Today, I requested them to send my X-rays to a new dental clinic and they said unless I paid a $35 fee (which is "allowed" by the state) they would not send any X-rays. A place that charges $35 for dragging and dropping jpg files (digital X-rays) into an email - a process that takes under a minute - does not deserve my business. I don't need unnecessary radiation exposure at a new dental clinic when I had X-rays done a few weeks ago here, but they only care about your $ not your well-being. Good thing I'm taking my business elsewhere. They will nickel and dime you for everything! read more

Nice dental office - friendly and professional. Had my first cleaning and exam last month. Dr. Bui found a couple of known problems. I used him to get a second opinion and he didn't disappoint. His solutions were straight forward, complete, and reasonably priced. What I mean is that he found both problems immediately. One was easy. I needed a crown to repair a large old cracked filling. One was not easy to diagnose. The solutions he presented included more options than I had received previously. He explained the pros and cons of each option. I feel I'm on the path to a good solution that may not necessarily put money in Dr. Bui's pocket. He gave me quotes for the crown and the more complex procedure (if I choose to pursue the option that includes him). They were in the ballpark of previous quotes but both more reasonably priced. So today I had the crown done. Very impressed by how Dr. Bui insured my comfort, was very efficient, and worked stress free and respectfully with his dental assistant. Good dentist surrounded by excellent team. The anesthetic has worn off as I'm writing this and my temp crown is feeling just right. No discomfort or pain. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for almost 3 years because of my braces. I've had nothing but good experiences here (except for a few) over these years. It's always very clean and they offer complimentary drinks in the waiting area. The front desk girl(s) are always so nice and greet me with my name and a smile. DR. Bui and Adriana are the best! Now the other dental assistants are also very nice but sometimes I get frustrated because they are so slow. I understand some of them are new but I've been coming to do the same thing for a while that I loose patience and want to do it for them. Besides that they are very professional. I do not know English, and have chosen my home office. But it is wrong. I spent more than 10,000 for them. Cutting the gum is 500 1 tree.crown is 650 1 tree. And some other services. When they fixed their teeth, they did not reschedule to see if their teeth and gums were encouraging. About 6 months of use, my gums have returned to their original condition. The teeth have a painful, rotting phenomenon that they have done wrong on the bite. I went back to the announcement and didn't get any fun. I gave another doctor's examination of my dental condition that was a serious bite. They still did not agree. Please be careful when you come here. read more

Great neighborhood dentist. Very professional and clean. They give advice on dental work and pay very close attention to insurance capabilities. The doctor is very nice and his staff makes sure you are very comfortable. I've gotten cleaning, fillings and a crown done and leave with no pain. Plus I can watch some Netflix to keep my mind off of the work being done! Best dentist I've used so far. Don't think I'd switch to a different one, especially since they take most insurances so I have no reason to switch! They provide a full array of services. read more

I have been going here for about three years. Dr. Bui saved one of my teeth from getting a root canal when another dentist initially said I needed one - over two years later and that tooth is still good (along with the filling that is now there). I did need two other root canals, but I was happy to have one less. He did not push root canals on me as I saw another person mention on here. The staff is nice and frequently recognizes my voice on the phone. Dr. Bui is fast and efficient, but he has never made me feel rushed and he has heard me out during the times I have had questions and concerns. If there is ANY issue at all he addresses it and doesn't make me feel bad about it. I highly recommend this place. read more

Visted this dentist to reschedule an appointment and the front desk executive was so prompt that she took me in right away for a basic dental exam. To list GOOD things :- 1) friendly and courteous staff which makes you feel that you have made the best choice in life. 2) Wait time was less and while you wait for the doctor half job of taking X-Rays and basic check is done by nurse which was pretty cool. 3) Latest and modern techniques used for the detection of any dental problem going on. 4) Honest and upfront Dent on the pockets of a patient is well informed prior to any procedure. 5) The doctor was knowledgeable and accurately addressed my concerns To list NOT SO GOOD things:- 1) Actually i cannot think of any apart from the doctor looked a little confused when you ask out of the box ( less relevant) questions . VERDICT:- ITOOTH dentistry is not the only place to rule out your teethe in richardson area as you have quite a few nearby dentistry but coming here would neither be a big loss or disappointment. read more

I was getting my bracelets done today , i took me like an hour for cleaning and getting bracelets, useless. The doctor whom works with Dr Shawn, she got an awful job, she didn't get the whole wire in my down teeth, she just can't do and keep cleaning, i can see how hard because the wire strong, but at least just come and ask Dr Shawn please, don't try to be stupid professional when u don't. Also the guy who took my bracelets just got a liscense or just still in the training, taking over too long while im in hurry. Therefore, he forgot one place in my bracelets need to get a little band. I must request for another client in there next time. Overview, Dr shawn did good job, however cost a lot money, literally cleaning teeth 69$, another place costs less than 40$ from Irving according to my friend. They told me they treat by payment and money, like u pay more and quick they treat you better than u pay less and slow, they told me that. Not equality, even they just want the money read more

Everyone there only cares if they can get more money from you. I was there for a cleaning and the doctor recommended me to take Invisalign without even doing an assessment if it is good for you. Moreover they charged 35 dollars or.more if you want to send your medical records or xray result to other dental office. I told the doctor there that I have a cavity but he didnt even care to look at it. Worst experience ever. read more

Doctor may be OK for regular cleaning, but they try to push you for root canal treatments or for other dental procedures, doctor's spouse also interfere during doctor discusses on the options with the patient, I don't recommend to undergo any root canal treatments here. read more
