Of course he takes insurance though. I smoke cigars and he takes the time to clean my teeth very well. He has never tried to do any work on us that was not absolutely needed. Even then he explains why we needed the work done. In cases of emergency he even answers his own phone. Once I had a cracked tooth and one morning it finally broke. He did a great job fixing the tooth by my requests. His secretary Melonie is also very nice. This is just a small office and he is very established in the community. I am just guessing but I think he may be close to sixty eight or so in age. What I am saying is that he is very experienced. He is very active physically still he runs marathons. We thank you doctor Homer for being there for us.

I needed to get a semi-emergent tooth extraction, and my dentist couldn't fit me in on such late…read morenotice, so I went to a referral of a referral. I got a bad feeling from the moment I walked in. The receptionists were not friendly, the place smelled funny, and from the look of other clientele, it was apparent that this was a very low-price-low-quality establishment. But my tooth was hurting so badly, I chanced it and went forward with the procedure. After a 45 minute wait, here is what happened: First, they took me to the consultation room, where Dr. Hill confirmed with me what medicines I was on, and tapped on the tooth to make sure it was the right one. I began to ask several questions about the procedure, and was told "my assistant will handle that after the procedure." Then, before answering any questions, they demanded that I pay beforehand. Another red flag. They also charged me a $55 "consultation fee" which they neglected to mention when I called about pricing. Apparently, the doctor checking which tooth he is going to pull counts as a "consultation." Also, important to point out that I heard the doctor and a receptionist discussing what tooth they were going to pull on another patient. She had written "13" instead of "20". So she scribbled it out and wrote the right one. Ummmm, that's a little scary! When I was taken back to the room, the doctor came in, and gave me several shots in a row. While they were 100% effective at numbing me (which is a huge consideration, I know), I think he gave me about 6 shots in 15 seconds. Literally just stabbing them into my gums. Nothing like I've ever experienced in my years of having dental work done. I was obviously very nervous about having a tooth pulled (almost hyperventilating) and he barely offered any assurances other than a quick "I'm the one that has to worry - not you." Gee, thanks. It took him 5 or 10 minutes to remove the tooth. Then I never saw him again. He said his assistant would answer all my questions, despite my request to talk to him. I should have been concerned when I was having a dental assistant answering questions about recovery from a major procedure. She knew nothing! I asked what I needed to do to prevent dry socket, and she said I didn't need to worry about it. I said "Well, I've heard I shouldn't suck on a straw. Anything else?" and she said 'Oh, don't worry. You can suck on a straw." WHAT?!? That's tooth extraction 101. No, you can't. I hated the practice so much that I refused to even go back for my checkup. I felt like a herded cattle being rushed through so they could charge as many "consultation fees" as they could. They could not care less about their patients. STAY AWAY.

My first experience with him was when I was in excruciating dental pain and desperately needed an appointment. I was honestly starting to have those "tie a string around the tooth and slam the door" thoughts because the pain was so unbearable. Despite his busy schedule, he saw me immediately and had me scheduled for surgery that same week. I have significant dental anxiety, an extensive dental history, and a true dental phobia after previous negative experiences. Somehow, Dr. Wallace recognized how anxious I was without me having to say much. He took the time to answer every question, addressed every concern I had, and never once made me feel rushed. His calm, reassuring demeanor completely changed what I expected to be a terrifying experience. The day of surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. His surgical staff was exceptional--kind, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring from start to finish. Later that evening, Dr. Wallace personally texted me to check on how I was doing. He was also quick to respond when I had questions after surgery, even later in the evening, and I was genuinely touched when I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. Those gestures may seem small, but they spoke volumes about the kind of physician he is. Unfortunately, a few days ago I found myself back in his office after breaking another tooth completely at the gum line while eating pizza. I was once again in excruciating pain and assumed I'd have to wait days to be seen. Instead, he squeezed me into his already packed schedule the very next day. Just like the first time, everything was outstanding. The surgery went smoothly, the staff was wonderful, and Dr. Wallace once again personally checked on me after the procedure. That level of care is incredibly rare these days. Beyond being an outstanding oral surgeon, Dr. Wallace is simply an exceptional human being. He has a calming presence, a wonderful sense of humor, and a way of making an experience that most people dread feel so much less intimidating. For someone with dental anxiety, that means more than I can put into words. I've had an extensive dental journey over the years--at one point alone I had 54 dental appointments in a single year with various providers. Because of that, I have a pretty good basis for comparison when I say that Dr. Wallace truly stands out. His technical skill is excellent, but what makes him exceptional is the compassion, empathy, and genuine concern he shows every patient. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also treats you with kindness, respect, and humanity, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wallace. I'm incredibly grateful I found him.

The staff took 100% great care of me and Dr.Robinson made sure I understood the process of removing my infected tooth. I was extremely nervous before the procedure and absolutely didn't want to have this done, but it was extremely necessary. The actual extraction procedure took only minutes and he made sure I was 100% numb before proceeding. I felt almost nothing during the actual extraction which was a total surprise! I would totally recommend this office and this surgeon to anyone needing any kind of oral surgery. They also got me in for this appointment quickly ensuring i didn't have a long wait in pain. They have several payment options available if you need that as well. Of course any kind of medical care can be pricey, but here at least you have options to pay for the service over time if needed. But one thing the didn't communicate with me Is that I bought the post op supplies which are just gauze，ice bag，teethbrush（there will be an injector for teeth wash if u are doing bottom teeth as well）which takes me 37USD. The scheduler originally told me that the 37USD pack should include everything including pills and mouth wash that I gonna need so I don't need to go to CVS again while for my pain pill and mouth wash I still need to go to CVS. If u need to buy post op supplies better ask them what Is included
