This review is difficult for me to write as I have so many great things to say to the point that…read morethe average person would think I was paid to write this. Believe me, no embellishments here, my service was beyond GREAT! Everyone from the new-fresh out of dental school assistant to the billing clerk made me feel welcome, comfortable and as if they were really happy I was there. The care and concern everyone had for me (an expectant mother), was AMAZING!!! I would proudly and willingly refer anyone to this practice. I've bounced around from dentist to dentist, but I feel like I've finally found my family dentist.

I initially began care with this office for general dentistry and was referred for an orthodontic…read moreconsultation. I chose to proceed with treatment, and my braces were bonded. At my very first adjustment, I was told that all eight of my front teeth were at risk of falling out unless I underwent bone grafting surgery, which would delay treatment by at least three months. This concern was never disclosed to me prior to starting orthodontic treatment. Had I been informed, I would have addressed any surgical needs before beginning braces. I sought a second opinion, and that provider advised that bone grafting was not necessary at this stage. When I called to have my braces removed and to discuss my concerns with management, I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back. I did not. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the COO, Samantha Green, had reviewed my chart and decided I would not be receiving a refund -- despite the fact that I have never spoken with her directly to express my concerns. If you value clear communication, informed consent, and access to leadership when serious concerns arise, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

My two boys, myself, and my hubby have all had orthodontic treatment by Dr. Fleming. She is so…read moresmart and really takes the time to plan and execute successful plans for her patients. The office is clean and beautiful and the team members have always been kind and considerate. I highly recommend Fleming Orthodontics for patients of all ages and stages!

I have been a loyal customer coming to this orthodontist, it used to be way better in the previous…read moreoffice, before they moved into new location. Since then quality and service has gone down tremendously. The front desk lady is rude & is always rolling her eyes when you ask questions; snarky remarks, very unwelcoming. I went in for my basic cleaning appointment at another Dental Place, which they pointed out I had LOTS of cement still glued on my teeth from my Herbst Appliance & Braces. I then was told my retainers were way too thick by MULTIPLE people. I was concerned since they took the scanning impressions with my braces still on.... Once I got my retainers, after a few months I've noticed some of my teeth were shifting. I wore my retainers religiously. All the time. So while I was at my basic cleaning appointment I went ahead and asked "Why are my teeth shifting while wearing retainers??" It was pretty noticeable. Since they were too thick for my mouth, there was a lot of movement areas in my retainer. Causing my teeth to shift slightly overtime and is now noticeable. I went to Dr. Fleming with these concerns & was told since I didn't go back to them, they cannot give a partial refund for incorrect retainers that they made. ( Not even for the $200 retainers ) With all the incorrect errors in this whole process all these years I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in what this place has become. *Why would I go back to the place that has made multiple errors?*

I haven't really had to see the dentist here thank goodness other than the annual mandatory visit…read morepost xrays, so I can't really comment on how the doctor is. I come here to see Tran for my teeth cleanings, and she is awesome! Always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend her. Front office staff is nice and welcoming. When I've had other work done in the past (deep cleaning, implant, crown, etc) they have gone over all the fees so I know what to expect. No hidden charges. The other doctors I've encountered here are ok. Currently I have had to pay an extra $15 (they said it's a one time fee) to cover PPE due to covid. However, I feel this is now a norm with any medical office. However, I will say if Tran ever leaves, so will I.

Stay away from this place. This is a review for care I got…read moreat this office a year ago from Dr Sabzwari. I deleted my original review written a year ago when the dentist threatened to not complete the bridge and crown she had ordered and prepped in retaliation for my poor review. I'm currently sitting in a dentist office in Washington having to replace the substandard work by this dentist. All 3 of the crowns and 2 bridges she did have all failed because she cut the teeth too short for the crowns and bridges to stay attached. New dentist says they've never seen such terrible work. She is having to drill out my tooth, install a post and build up the tooth before making new crowns and bridges. Sadly since my insurance just paid for this work a year ago they won't pay again so I'm paying cash. Nearly $20,000 now. Woodbridge should have to refund me that money. Maybe I need a lawyer.
