Dr. Dhawan is more involved with her patients than any other dentist I've seen, and she works with you to in terms of insurance and pacing your care that works best for you without compromising your health. I love that she can do everything from cleaning to root canals/implants in one office, and she doesn't gouge her patients. What upset me tremendously was after one routine visit, as I was clearing my bill, I was told that I owed them $1000, for a visit a year ago. I was never told of the potential for the bill, if insurance did not pay it. They said they tried three times to submit to the insurance, but everything is slow during the covid and blah blah blah. I owed them $1000. I did not appreciate the lack of courtesy, professionalism or ethics.

At 3 days old, I had my son's lip and tongue tie lasered at Enclave Dental in Southlake. I could…read moretell within a week that something still wasn't right, but Enclave Dental told me I had to wait four weeks before having the procedure redone. In the interim, I had mastitis twice and continued to experience significant pain while nursing. After waiting the suggested four weeks, I tried to make an appointment to redo the procedure at Enclave Dental, but there were no appointments for weeks and they were unable/unwilling to fit me in sooner. Desperate for relief, I called around the entire DFW area looking for someone who could fit me in sooner. Loveable Smiles was not only able to schedule the procedure for the same day I called, but they were significantly less expensive than anywhere else I called. As a point of reference, I paid $677 upfront for the tongue and lip laser at Enclave Dental and Loveable Smiles' price was only $375. Some of the other quotes I received were over $1000. Dr. Korenman did a fabulous job and the second revision was what ultimately fixed my nursing problems for good. It was clear from the first time I nursed the baby after the procedure that he had increased mobility with his tongue and his lip, but I can't say it was an immediate fix for the pain - it took about a week for the baby to relearn how to nurse and it took about 2 weeks after that for my nipples to fully heal. I'm just sharing that in case anyone else is doubting whether the revision actually improved anything for them. When you have severe damage going on, it can take a good bit for the wounds to heal. Ouch! Dr. Korenman and his office excelled at the follow up - they called the evening of the procedure to see how the baby was doing, saw us in office for a follow up visit, and then sent a thank you card a month or so later to let us know they appreciated our business. This was my 6th baby and because each one has arrived with a tongue and lip tie, Loveable Smiles was the 6th dentist I'd been to for this procedure. One downside, in comparison to the other dentists, is that the responsibility for filing the insurance claim fully rests on the patient. I've seen it done a few ways - some dentists will fully file for you and you only owe the coinsurance balance in office. Some dentists make you pay the full amount upfront, but file the insurance claim for you and reimburse you when the claim is approved. Enclave Dental in Southlake does not file the claim for you, but provides you with the completed ADA form and all required documents to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Loveable Smiles has you pay the full amount upfront and only provides the documents needed for the claim upon request. Because of this, and because health insurance companies are basically crooked and do their best to deny deny deny claims until you give up, it took multiple attempts for me to get the claim approved. In the end, persistence paid off and my insurance did reimburse me $300 of the $375 I paid. The insurance hassle aside, Loveable Smiles is my absolute favorite of the 6 dentists I've seen for infant tongue/lip tie laser. The office staff is so friendly and Dr. Korenman really seems to care. I wish we lived closer so I could use them as our regular family dentist! If you are experiencing problems breastfeeding and considering the tongue and/or lip tie laser, look no further. For the affordable cost and the outstanding service, Loveable Smiles is the place to go.

My 4 older girls are seen regularly every 6 months for cleanings. When I have dental emergencies, they are very good at working us in to the schedule as quick as possible. Dr Ben is very diligent with his exams. He reminds the kids what they need to do with their teeth and is quick to see what's going on. I just recently started seeing him too. Now I've caught up on all my problem teeth and I'm happy with everything.
