Worst ever! Had a party of 8. Tried to make a reservation. No go. Tried call-ahead seating. No go. Showed up at 6:00. At 7:00, we were offered a table outside. Before we could be seated, group came in, party of 11. They kicked us to side saying area was RESERVED for party if 11! REALLY? Too bad! Our group meets weekly, and usually spends about $300. Also convenient to our home, so we most likely would have frequented. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! And will recommend the same to anyone who mentions this poorly managed restaurant! read more

My husband and I always love the wings, and the quality of food we get is always great, however, this was our first trip to this location and it wasn't a very good one. It was very busy so we opted for a table in the bar/patio area for a shorter wait time.. Not a good decision. We didn't get much attention from our server, I'm guessing because we didn't order any alcohol. We got our wings but the sides we ordered were never brought out, and we never got refills. Next time we get a date night we will opt for a table inside no matter the wait so that we don't have to listen to college aged children run around their tables yelling profanities and we actually get a server. read more

Although the food was good the service was not so great. We were seated and after several minutes a waitress asked if we were helped we said no she said ok I'll find your server. Another several minutes went by she came back and said she couldn't find her she would help us. Although she was very pleasant and it wasn't very crowded it took ten minutes for drinks. Our appetizer, pretzels took even longer and only preceded our meal by about 2 minutes. I ordered the lunch special half puzza and salad. They forgot my salad until we told another server who finally brought it to us. We had asked for some mustard when we got the pretezels it came out half way through lunch. Was disappointed especially since it wasn't busy, hate to see it when it crowded. The food was good and cooked as ordered but will have to reconsider another visit. read more

The last two times will likely be me LAST visits. The district manager John was helpful when I dined in and had a terrible experience it was mostly involving a waitress who seemed to not want to be at work. This last time (tonight) I ordered food online. I called because. I didn't see what I wanted and the girl on the phone wasn't helpful at all. "I don't know" is not a great response. And apparently she went to ask the manager and still came back unsure. If I one else in the store knows the ins and outs of a business it should be the people in charge right? Whether the online ordering is something you handle in a daily basis or not it should still be something you're at least slightly familiar with .. after all it's still connected to YOUR business. I wish John would've been there he would have certainly been a lot more helpful. But it doesn't stop there with the terrible service -- walked in to pick up my order and all 4 of the ladies in there were bent down looking at a video one greeted me and continue to watch, 2 continued to be glued to whatever video they were watching and 1 grabbed my food and asked the others to pause the video so she could watch when she was done with me. WHAT?! In what customer service world is that okay? OH and one last thin--- check the photo attached. Why on earth would that even leave the oven?! Their website claims to make baked potatoes fresh every 30minutes... this one must've stayed in too long AND been over 30 minutes old. Why would that even be acceptable to hand to someone to eat? It's literally burnt on the outside and scorched on the inside. The smell reeked of being burnt. I'd travel to Greensboro before I come back here for food or service. Drinks? Maybe I'll swing by. We were sat at a table, waited 15 mins before I had to go back to the hostess and ask how come no one has come to our table and get a drink order. The place was empty only a few other people, so it was not busy. So finally a server came over and took our drink order and food order. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich, it was supposed to come with fries. The Philly cheese steak sandwich came out with no toppings, and missing the fries. So I had to ask about the fired and the onions for my cheese steak. I was told they ran out of onions and had to wait an additional 10 mins to get my fries. So we get stuck in a side room with a corporate party that was understandably loud but the acoustics in the room are beyond excruciating. I really wanted to like this place, so much that I gave them two chances. My first visit yielded dry, overcooked wings. To their credit, the manager made up for the order. So yesterday, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a side of broccoli with my wings and salad for lunch. I get all the way back to work and instead of broccoli, they gave me baked potato. The order receipt even CLEARLY said broccoli. I called and spoke to a manager who offered only to refund for my broccoli. Wow really? I go back to my desk to eat my salad and guess what... NO FORK!!! On Saturday, I took my family to KBJ to enjoy a Saturday evening meal. As soon as the waitress took our order, what appeared to be a kids meal tender plate was delivered to our table within 3 minutes. I told the lady, responsible for delivering food to the tables, there was no way that was my chicken platter. She left the plate. I notified our waitress and she agreed that couldn't have been my plate and took it. 5 mins later, what appeared to be the same plate, was brought to our table by a different deliverer. I asked the young lady what in the world were they doing back there and requested a manager. She was confused and took the plate back to the kitchen. The same young lady walked passed my table within 60 seconds and gave the same plate to a man 2 tables down from me. I know it was the plate that was left at my table because I watched her the entire time after she took the plate. A manager by the name of Jared stopped by my table to apologize (of course) and explained they had new employees training. Provided 2 minutes of small talk and left. I was baffled. I wouldn't have wanted my food left at a table of strangers prior to arriving to me (SAFETY ISSUE). I will wait until they have properly trained staff before ever considering going back to the High Point location. read more

I was pretty excited to see this place go up. We'd been to the other location several times. Inside is your typical sports bar vibe with team flags, flat screens, and waitresses barely wearing clothes. Yea...what's up with that? The ladies working there were all wearing very short and very...fitting outfits while the gentlemen there got away with shorts and a t-shirt. I get the hook, it just doesn't work for me and I think it's dated. The "manager" at the host station (who by the way was not wearing skimpy clothing...double standard?) was beyond rude. She didn't look up when she spoke, seemed irritated to be there, and was overall very professional. She sat a group of people that had a guest in a wheelchair at a high-top table. Seriously?! And then was rude to them when they came back and asked for an low table or booth. Our issue was nearly as glaring as that one. We requested a booth and instead we were sat at a high-top. Okay, if you're out of booths, you're out of booths. Could have just told us that...oh wait...you didn't. The high-top we were placed at was outside by the bar area where people we smoking. I went back and asked the nice young lady that sat us if we could at least have a high-top inside away from the smoke. She went to ask the "Manager" and she said, "Tell them to just sit and wait and when have a minute we will come get them and take them to their precious new table." BAM! I was heated but I didn't say anything...yet. I went and grabbed my party (3 of us, mind you) and instead of waiting in the smoke we walked up front. When we got there she plastered on a fake smile and said, "can I help you with something." I replied that we were the paying customers that were waiting for our "precious new table." *mic drop* Now the food was decent enough. We all shared some grilled wings which were very tasty. The sauce was great and covered the wings well. I enjoyed the smoky taste of the grill and they were not over cooked. I also had some fish and chips. The fish was okay and the fires followed suit. Our server was very nice and prompt with everything. It was evident that the front desk manager didn't train her. This is a great sports bar with many TVs, very good food, and great service. The wait staff was attentive without being bothersome. Enjoyed the Calamari and a Caesar Salad. Oh, and this is one of the few places who still give napkins without needing your credit card and a reference. read more

This place is not too far from my house so I wanted to give it a try. I was actually surprised because I was thinking I would get subpar service from a busy sports bar environment. Man was I wrong. The staff was very attentive and the food very delicious. I ordered the ribs and steak and everything came out juicy and tender. My wife had the salmon and she said it was very good. Don't waste your time after a 30+ min wait after being told 15 min and then to find out they have taken probably the best two items off the new menu and that wasn't bad enough they forgot one of the two appetizers and took another 15 min to get that and then our meal beat that app out and only 3 of the 4 meals made it out. And then another 10min wait for that and did a manager or supervisor come over - nope. I understand that on a Saturday night things can get crazy but these people have been in business for a long time and know what happens on Saturday night. My family and I will not be visiting here again nor any Kickbacks. The food was okay. We had chili cheese tots, they were good, flavor and portion. I had shrimp Alfredo, I was pleased with it. The place got pretty busy. It was a Friday night about 6pm. My biggest complaint would be that all our food came out at separate times. Not right behind a minute or two. More like 5-7min. We had 6 adults so it shouldn't of been that hard. First was 3 meals, then 2 more, and finally the last. Buy the time the last person got there meal I was finished. So it was a big time gap. No Special Burger sauce on the burger .. yep.. sauce was on the burger. 23 oz beer special... pint delivered. Our Waitress was amazing and she got everything corrected. We got to the restaurant at 5:20. It was not busy, but took 5 minutes (at least) to be seated. The hostess was in no hurry. The waitress didn't get there till 5:45. She took our order got our drinks quickly, but then brought us the check five minutes later before we had even gotten our food and said there's no rush. That's when we walked out we walked out. As we were standing in the lobby, they brought the manager over. As they were walking up, she was talking behind the check carrier. I went to eat there tonight and let me start by saying. The food wasn't horrible. But when you have a family's 4 and another family of 4 sit down Now remember it's just 4 adults and 4 children. 10mo, 2yr old, 2-6year olds We are required to pay 18% for each bill. I normally wouldn't care. I tend to tip healthy. But when our waitress never kept up with our table and never checked on us for refills or any service. I don't feel like she deserves 18%. A tip is a way to say thank you for being so nice and making sure I had a good time. But instead. She put ranch in front of the 10mo baby who got it everywhere. And she had no remorse. She set a hot plate right in front of that same baby (the baby didn't order any food) she was reckless and didn't care about us. I felt she was worth $5 but when we explained what all happened to the manager and explained to him that we didn't feel like she deserves (2) 18% tips. We were told he couldn't do anything about it and he made a comment "well why didn't you ask for a manager ". Well we didn't see him at all and we saw our server twice and both times it was for appetizers and food. As soon as we got everyone's plate handed out she was gone again. It was ridiculous. If I could give no stars, I would. My review is coming from not even eating the food because I didn't get that far. I didn't even get a drink. The staff is absolutely horrible and rude. They only want to sit you where they want you to sit even though the place was completely empty and only a few TVs had our game on. The manager on duty was a complete b***** and needs to learn how to be a manager and please her customers. She should probably just find a different career if you want the truth.
