Our waitress Megan was extremely personable, attentive, and professional. While there was a bit of a hiccup with the dinner service, the customer service was by far the best I've experienced. The on duty manager was apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress was also apologetic and continued to check on us our entire stay. The dining area was both elegant and matched the vibe of the music and the staff. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Overall the customer service experience was top notch. It's not about getting everything right 100% of the time, sometimes it's about how you recover when mishaps occur. Excellent recovery tonight! Bravo!

Not typically in this type of sandwich so I wasn't expecting it. The chicken was a good and flavorful and lots of other veggie fillings and the fries were great. My friend really enjoyed her salmon and the risotto it came with. Just disappointed we had to eat it all so quickly and leave some so we could pay and leave. We had our eye on the lemon posset tart for dessert but we didn't have time . We just thought since the server knew we had theater tickets she would have been more on top of it. This was posted on their social media so that was on us. We didn't realize we couldn't get dinner until after we ordered drinks so we decided to stay. The food came out quickly and had a lot of flavor. However, they were out of several menu items like the sweet potato waffles and chicken and two other things we wanted to try and we were only informed when we tried to order them. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. My only recommendation would be to let customers know upfront what the restaurant is out of for the day and that brunch is served all day instead of directing us to the online menu and then telling us what we can't order. Otherwise, I'd say they are on the right track!
