This was my second time visiting. I will say this experience was better than my first visit when they first opened. I did see they are under new management since then. The inside is small, but decorated nicely. I visited with a group of 4 for a last minute dinner on Sunday. We were able to be seated right away. We did expect to have a wait so that was a pleasant surprise. Service overall was slow but the waitress was friendly. I will note that Sundays are reserved only for brunch all day. This was posted on their social media so that was on us. We didn't realize we couldn't get dinner until after we ordered drinks so we decided to stay. The food came out quickly and had a lot of flavor. However, they were out of several menu items like the sweet potato waffles and chicken and two other things we wanted to try and we were only informed when we tried to order them. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. My only recommendation would be to let customers know upfront what the restaurant is out of for the day and that brunch is served all day instead of directing us to the online menu and then telling us what we can't order. My Sisters and I went here for Brunch on Sunday! We had an absolutely amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted with friendly smiles. We were seated at a booth. The place is small (reservations recommended) but it's very cute with a vibe! It gives a little luxury. The decor is really cute. The bar is nice! Restaurants dont acknowledge you of this. 15% service fee was applied to our check for a table of 4 with no alcohol. I love the aesthetic chosen for this restaurant. It used to be a chain spot but the murals and decor has completely transformed it. I ordered a flight attendant. I honestly had high expectations for this place and those were quickly ripped away from me. We had an 8pm reservation, were immediately sat and started our drink & Appetizers orders. Drinks and appetizers were missing. We then ordered dinner about 8:30. Seconds round of drinks were incorrect. Some got their food, some had incorrect orders and some of us didn't even see food until til 10:30pm. Completely ridiculous. The owners showed up, were super sweet and very apologetic but I was already pissed by then. I ordered heavy foods so I wasn't interested in eating it at 10:30 so I ate it the next day, tasted pretty good, the mac and cheese tasted like somebody grandma with the fat upper arms made it but the service was trash. We decided to have dinner at First Class Luxury Lounge because of the reviews we seen on tik tok. The food looked amazing! We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation so we decided to take pictures in front of the mural on the side of the restaurant. Pics came out nice! We were welcomed in a little bit before our reservation. They even had a reserved sign at our table which was a nice touch. We ordered hookah which we had to pay for first. The hookah was good and it wasn't harsh at all. We didn't leave with a headache. We then ordered the patron tower and our meals. Salmon with string beans and mac and fried lobster bites with mac and broccoli. The lobster was fried perfectly! Crispy, not too chewy, and seasoned to perfection. The salmon was seasoned well and cooked good. The Mac and cheese was delicious as well. We're always nervous to try baked Mac but this was good! The patron flight had good flavor but a little too much flavor syrup for our tastebuds. Also we felt that a little more alcohol could be added. The music was great and got us hype for the concert we were headed to. Overall id give first class a 9/10. I went here last weekend for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. The ambiance is really nice and the decor gives an upscale feel, almost makes you forget where you are. Our wait staff was also very attentive. Now, on to the food. We ordered the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper wings. They were cooked well but could use a bit more seasoning hence the 4. However, the cajun chicken pasta(I added shrimp) was very tasty and they did not skimp on the portions! And let's not forget the luxury punch! I went when they first opened for brunch. The music was super loud, the service was ok and the food was nothing to brag about. I had no plans of going back. Two weeks ago my friends wanted to try it out and I said sure, I'll give them another try. I will say the food had more flavor this time and wasn't overpowering. I came here for brunch and ordered the Sweet Potato Waffle with Fried Chicken Tenders, topped with a sweet glaze and syrup and wow, I was impressed . The waffle was fluffy with just the right touch of sweetness, and the chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The flavors came together perfectly, especially with that glaze. It is important to know that I and I alone received my egg rolls before anybody at my table received any of their food. After speaking with the manager she said that the egg rolls are essentially appetizers. Which is not indicated anywhere on the menu. My friend received her potatoes and bacon before her main food was brought out. When I say that the food didn't come out nearly at the same time I mean that my egg rolls were on the table 1 hour before anybody else got their food. They also don't seem to have a system to bringing things out because things are often forgotten. Time situation: As indicated in the beginning we showed up at 2 and did not leave until 4:50pm. Two hours and 50 minutes for cold waffles, cold sides, non refilled drinks. However, I am not the only person who complained. There were so many people complaining about the service. Including tables who got up and left. You are probably wondering if I spoke to a manager. Yes I did. They gave me around $7 off a $70 bill and then put gratuity on the bill. Food is always out fast and made to perfection! I love when the bartenders play with mix drink creations because they're always great! My party and I (of 5 people total) had a 2pm reservation. We arrived to the restaurant around 1:45pm to a line of people out the door who also had reservations. At this point, we could tell that they were backed up, but we were never told this or notified from any member of the staff. We waited around an hour to be seated, without anyone greeting us or making sure we had arrived or anything. Waited for over an hour to be seated. Once we were seated, We noticed that people after us receive their drinks before we did. It took around 30 minutes for us to receive water, while it took an additional 20 minutes to get water refills upon request. Our food order was taken when we sat, which was at 3:15 or so (over a hour after our reservation time). We did not get food until 4:15/4:30, in which our sides came out before our main course. Our main courses was also cold. I was offered a fresh new plate, however it never arrived until we had already paid and were walking out the door (to which i respectfully declined). Our waiter never came back to check on us during the long waiting time as well. With all of this, we asked for a manager to speak to - in which the owner came to hear our complaints. We were offered free shots - in which we only received 3 shots, and we were an apart of 5 people all sitting together (were we suppose to share the shots?). Needless to say we did not drink those shots. They however were "generous" enough to give us a discount - however it was a total of $4.17 off my check, while one of the people at the table's discount was $1.70. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Only 1 staff member was actually very sweet and kind, I wish I would've gotten his name. First time here and the waitress Octavia was fantastic suggested the Luxury punch which was sweet and refreshing!! We tried several different items from the menu! French Toast Bites were excellent, stayed moist until the last one was eaten. Shrimp and Grits were the best I've had in Greensboro. We came in on a Sunday at around 1 without reservations so we waited a little. They didn't have any seating available so we opted for the lounge area they had. It's cute with a low table so we still got to eat just not that much room which was understandable. We ordered steak and cheese egg rolls, french toast bites, chicken and waffles, chicken wings, a side of mac n cheese and a side of breakfast potatoes. I asked if it was possible to get all flats which I have no problem paying extra for but our server said no. When the wings came out, I got 7 drums and 1 flat. So that definitely changed my mood cus ain't no way I got ONLY 1 flat. On top of that, the wings were sooo tiny. The lemon pepper wings barely had seasoning and the garlic parmesan ones were lacking flavor. So I was very disappointed. The steak and cheese egg rolls were alright. The french toast bites weren't bad maybe a little too crispy. The chicken and waffles were good. But I've had better. The ambiance was cool though. Their playlist was lit and our server was nice.
