Veggie Quesadilla
Matthew H.

The veggie menu was a little sparse, but that's okay because this is top 5 best veggie quesadillas that I've ever had. The filling was cooked perfectly and the cheese melted right in with the dish. The side of homemade chips with ranch was the perfect pairing for an afternoon meal. Parking was super easy and they had plenty out back for their patrons.

We really enjoyed our meal at this absolutely hopping little pub in high point. The decor is very eclectic and fun, the wait staff were cheerful and welcoming and all of the food was pretty great! I chose the Cuban and side salad, the ranch dressing was house made and very good, the salad was super fresh and satisfying on a hot day, good quality ingredients. The nachos were maybe the only slight disappointment in that the chips are fresh but extremely delicate and break super easily making it extra challenging and messy to eat. The kids meal was nice in portion and quality and the burgers looked well made and presented. Overall a great meal here!

Brisket Salad

Highly recommend the Brisket Salad ! Great service as well. The menu alone had great options but the flavor of the brisket was some of the best I've had.

First time at Frady's, and they were busy at lunch rush. Parking was limited at that time, but we did get lucky enough to be able to park and to get a table for 6 despite the rush. Elongated wait time aside, the service was very friendly, and the seating was deceptively spacious and comfortable at the booth. I enjoyed checking out some of the random posters and other collectibles they had strewn about. I got the Cuban sandwich and the nachos. Neither item was the best I've ever had, but I also don't have a ton of complaints. Just seemed a bit on the bland side for my liking. The chips were made fresh but also pretty weak and crumbly for the nacho dish. Cuban could've used more melty cheese and more mustard. The nachos had a rather uneven distribution of the ingredients, but all of it was good enough that I wasn't mad at my lunch.

Stopped in for a late lunch while in from Chicago. The ambiance was great and very calm as it was after the lunch rush. The service was attentive and asked many times how I was doing. Enjoyed a Mango Cart beer and Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. Even provided a sample so I can taste a different beer! Enjoyed the visit!

We stumbled upon Frady's while driving through High Point. We were out and about on Sunday and wanted to get lunch. After doing a quick search for local eateries we were impressed with the rating and reviews and decided to stop in. They are Located in a small retail/commercial strip mall named Times Square at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Main Street in High Point. The parking lot is located behind the building and seems to have ample parking. There is a small outdoor patio as well, which looked inviting and taken care of. Inside, there are approximately 15 tables along with a small bar area. We immediately noticed the various Grateful Dead posters which were framed and hanging on the walls. We were told we could pick a table and we were immediately greeted by Savannah. She asked if we had been there before because she did not recognize us. From the very start, Savannah was incredible. She had a big smile, was friendly and was quick to share some of her favorites from the menu when asked. She also told us a little about the owner and how some of menu items came about. She took our drink orders while we looked over the menu and we were impressed on the variety. Starter options were plentiful and included items such as chips and salsa, truffle fries, nachos and a redneck charcuterie board. Salads and Handhelds included such favorites as a Crispy Asian Salad, Southwestern Chicken Salad, Nashville Hot Sandwich, Cuban or Brisket Sandwich. Frady's offers several hamburgers to chose from featuring 1/2 pound USDA select Black Angus, Short Rib and Brisket ground fresh and made to order. Finally, there are a handful of various Quesadilla options and Smoked Mac and Cheese bowls. We asked Savannah about a hot chips appetizer because we only saw the hot chips option as a side. She told us that wasn't a problem to order it as an appetizer served with ranch. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac while my wife ordered the Smoked Brisket Salad. Savannah brought our hot chips out and they looked amazing! We instantly dug in and felt they were seasoned perfectly. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner and also looked delicious. We enjoyed each and every bite. Everything about Frady's was a 5 star experience, from our incredible server, Savannah to the quality of our meals. We also felt the prices were very reasonable. A new favorite in High Point, check them out!

I had a great lunch experience here. I sat at the bar and was able to work on my laptop while dining. The service was excellent. Everyone was really nice and on their game. The Cheerwine grilled chicken sandwich and chips were both delicious. I loved the cozy sports bar/pub vibe inside.

Nestled right by HPU this taphouse had plenty of options as far as food, appetizers, and drinks go! I got a royal flush for my drink, it was made very nicely probably the best one I've ever had, and for food we got the nachos! The service was quick our waitress always made sure we were good, and it didn't seem like they had much staff but they were rolling! Food came out quick and it was very fresh. The nachos had beer cheese, lettuce, black beans, pickled onions and some other stuff! Their tortilla chips were homemade as well! The bar area had a couple games to play and overall it was a very quaint spot, perfect for a date night or a night out with friends! It's in the perfect location.

Such a fun little atmosphere here

The vibe is pure microbrewery and I'm so here for it! They are a hybrid brewery/taproom so they have 5-6 of their own beers and a variety of other local/NC breweries, which is great to keep options open while also showcasing in-house brewing! Jeff, the owner & brewer, was behind the bar when I came in and he is the epitome of the foundation of the craft brew scene. All of the in-house beers were fantastic! The quality and beer artistry that went into the beers was evident with each sip! Also, u gotta luv a place that commits to a theme! This one is board sports and from the name to the decor to the beer names, it is ubiquitous and I'm so here for it! The taproom is small yet weirdly spacious...w/bar, table, upstairs, and even patio seating! So come for the beers and stay for the flight boards (as each one is unique)! Beers had: -Vert Ramp Vanilla Cream Ale 5.3% The flavor notes on both the nose & body/finish on this one -Mile Marker 55 Mango Wit 5% Luved that the hint of very distinct mango was on the finish and the wheat/wit was on the front/middle palate! -Morning Sesh Coffee Stout 7% The coffee was prevalent but not overpowering...I could have this beer w/bfast! Made w/Dark Roast Sumatra -Get Barreled BBA Stout 10.1% This is perfection for the abv; no cloying sweetness, u get the toffee/vanilla behind the finish from the barrel-aging but the tannins & malt from the stout -in-barrel come through gorgeously giving u an unsweet BBA stout that holds up to the 10.1% -Shape Shack Passion Fruit Pear Sour 3.4% I usually don't do sours but this one drinks like a prickly pear (fruit) margarita, and I'm not mad about it!

Parking was sufficent in front of the entrance but not sure we would be that successful on a High Point Rockers game night. With 20 rotating taps, there's something for every taste: craft beer, wine by the glass and by the bottle, new specialty pours to try and mocktails, making it a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. Seasonal cocktails were flowing the nights we visited--peppermint espresso martinis, spiced nightcaps, and cranberry-ginger mules kept the holiday spirit high during the cold night. Then karaoke took over, with the whole room singing along to crowd favorites like "Don't Stop Believin'," "Sweet Caroline," that Hawaiian Christmas song haha plus there was a dramatic, everyone-at-the-bar version of "All I Want for Christmas Is You." It's the kind of cozy-but-lively night where Christmas spirit meets late-night funand no one wanted the music to end. The super peppy bartenders kept the atmosphere energetic and welcoming, even on that rainy night. This place is perfect for meeting friends, girls night out, first dates or lingering after a great meal. Weekly events like trivia nights, karaoke, and live music keep the vibe lively and fun, ensuring there's always something happening. The whole building is open so if you need a quite, romantic spot away from the others to talk, maybe lay out a card game or just to escape that "song you hate on karoke", patrons can sit at other, comfy tables throughout the establishment (and take your drinks). Whether you're there for the drinks, the entertainment, or the community feel, Bevelry delivers a consistently great experience. There's even an outdoor bar area (named Cahoots) that opens during warm weather- so we might see you there in the summer after a game!

Our total wait time from sitting down to receiving food was about 21 minutes, which felt reasonable considering drinks and appetizers came out first. The deep fried crab balls were delicious, and the fries were cooked perfectly. For the wings, we tried multiple flavors including Atomic Buffalo, Sweet Chili, Lemon Pepper, Teriyaki, and Jerk. The cook on the wings was excellent -- crispy without being dry. Some flavors stood out more than others depending on personal preference, but the Sweet Chili and Teriyaki were favorites for our table. The ranch was also really good, which definitely matters with wings. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food made this a fun experience and we'd return again.

We arrived with only 2 other cars in the parking lot, which made us question if they were even open...as it turn out they were, but my wife, and I were the only patrons. The bartender welcomed us and assured us they were, and invited us to seat ourselves. We grabbed seats at a high top, and she brought over the menus and took our drink orders. First thing I noticed was the table tops were not flat, they were wavy and made it very easy to spill your drink, so beware, and be careful where you put your drink down. The menu was pretty standard bar food, burgers, sandwiches, wings and other fried items. I decided to try their build your own burger, an 8oz patty with choice of cheese and toppings. Only side options were fries or hot chips. Food was quick to come out, but again, we were the only people there. The burger was OK, although just a frozen patty, they grilled up, the fries were good, but the portion felt a little small. Overall it was okay, perhaps they're still trying to get thing figured out. The bartender was friendly though. I didn't see a bar menu, but from what I could see they had a fully stocked bar. As we left, we poked our head around to the other side of the building to find a golf simulator, some billiards tables and a few arcade games. Lots of tvs every where though, probably a good place to catch a game.
