Really loved the Saganaki Chicago flame!!! Service was great and burgers were good. Would definitely come back to try other things on the menu but the Saganaki will be a staple item for me every time. Cool place to bring a date and talk.
This right here is a must to try Hangover waffle burger with bacon and eggs. Make sure you get extra powder sugar and syrup
We always enjoy cin cin, I was craving a burger and it didn't disappoint. I got the juice joint dipper, it was good, savory, nice aioli and an jus, the Gorgonzola fries on the side were also really nice. The kids meals are decent portion and quality, not boxed Mac and cheese. My husbands chicken sandwich was the showstopper, very aesthetic with its glossy pretzel bun.
Friend recommended this place so had to go try it out. Fantastic! I went with Angus Beef Burger on sourdough bread. Three choices to select at no charge where I went with sliced red onion, sliced tomato and leaf lettuce. The additional cost items were honey chipotle mayo sauce, giggle water onion rings. There were other items to build up your burger at nominal charge. Well worth it. Wait staff was attentive. Inside plenty of sunlight. Huge bar area. Enjoyable high end Burger meal.
This place was jumping on a Saturday evening, almost a 20 minute wait. They were quick to get our order and serve us fast with accuracy. Comfortable seating and a light atmosphere with warm lighting. The Bison burger was full of delicious flavor and cooked to my preference. The sweet potato fries had some powdered sugar on it, I decided to use our spicy ranch from our fried pickles which by the way were incredible and crispy! Th spicy ranch and sweet fries were a great combo together. Definitely going back to get ahold on their wet milkshakes. If you're visiting or live in Winston Salem consider coming here one evening when you're looking for great service and great food.
Firstly, our experience here was made possible by our excellent server, James! His recommendations were top tier and helped point us to excellent choices. I got the No Money No Honey burger and oh myyyy gosh! So delicious. Perfectly cooked, the goat cheese, bacon and pepper jelly together was messy and just the best flavor combo. The Santorini fries were chef kiss worthy! And lucky us, it was Monday so $5 marg night. The margs were delicious yet strong, definitely not cheap sugar filled mixers. I got the strawberry flavor! Everyone loved their meals including chicken and waffles, a bison burger and the classic burger. My husband ranted about the Gold Diggers Mac and cheese and said it was perfection! The restaurant is clean and has ample parking! Ambiance is whatever you make it, could be a date night or a family meal! We plan to bring our kids next time as they would love the choices!
Service was good. Food came out in decent time. The food was average and a little expensive for what you received. I asked for extra sauce for a chicken dish I ordered and they charged $1.25 for it. They still charge a sir charge if you use a credit card.
Always a solid stop. Loved their service, and the staff is always very friendly and attentive. The food is always really good, you can't go wrong with anything you order in here. And the place is always very chill, with good vibes.
One of the best burger spots in Winston Salem. The staff is always kind and eager to serve. Very creative burgers on the menu, perfectly cooked to order. My favorite is the Hawaiian Cowboy which is slightly sweet, slightly spicy and topped with bacon so obviously it's delicious. Best blue cheese dressing as well. The decor is even more amazing though. Cin Cin or "tchin tchin" is a popular term in Europe that translates to "cheers" and the space is filled with Prohibition era memorabilia and graphics. You're greeted by a legit photograph of a mountain of barrels that were confiscated by the Dry Agents (one of many at the time). Take the time to visit the toilets as well as they are covered to the brim by real photographs of people celebrating breaking the drinking laws. Notably the 1920s image of ice being delivered to a private clan with girls dancing atop, "Flappers Girls" by Jon Neidert.
Been a while since we've been here but we tried some new things and loved it all! I heard great things about the Athens bowl and it lived up to the hype! Great healthy variety of food all in one dish and so flavorful! Got the kids Mac and cheese and burgers for our kiddos and will say the Mac and cheese might be one of my favorites in Winston! Also loved that the burger option was 2 smaller one instead of a bigger one- easier to handle! My husband got the 3 sliders and we loved that you can choose which toppings go on each so you can try a variety.
I was surprised to realize I have forgotten to post a review for Cin Cin after all these years! I've gone a handful of times and enjoyed myself every time! The restaurant is clean and a fun vibe with speakeasy decor. They also have a fully covered patio area that is climate controlled, which I found to be quieter than the interior, aside of traffic noise. Service is also fast and friendly. I have yet to get anything that has disappointed me, in terms of food. My usual go-to is the peanut butter burger, but this time I went with the fried chicken sandwich. Decent plate of food for $12.50. That sandwich was stacked with bacon, cheese, and brown sugar mustard, with a nicely salted pretzel bun to top it off, and the hot chips on the side were excellent! The rest of my family enjoyed their meals as well. As I said, you can grab something off their large menu for relatively cheap, or you can pile on and make it an expensive meal. My only gripe was the 2.75% "operational fee" on the bill. I was not informed about it ahead of time, and it is a turn off to have higher cost of living/operating being expressly passed off onto the customer like that. I just don't like that as a business practice in general, but then I could go on my soap box for quite some time, so I'll spare that in this review. All that to say, that aside, I really enjoy the food and service at Cin Cin, and I'm sure I'll be back before too long. Hopefully they will have removed the extra operational fee by then.
Always good food and and good vibe at Cin cin, out of the burgers spot they have more of variety, not burger wise but food wise you order chicken and waffles and etc. When you do get a burger it's going to be worth it, I ordered a rodeo burger hold the pig, flavorful patty, the honey chipotle barbecue sauce was hitting. Sweet potatoes fries had a dust off sugar on them. I usually go with the bison burger or wings any flavor is good to me. Will be back to try not just the burgers. Service could have been better, I didn't get any refills but we showed up at 820 they close at 9. My uncle was impressed with the establishment itself being he owns different restaurants in Greensboro.
Since I've only been to this establishment once, I truly do not know and cannot say why this place remains so jam-packed with customers other than their wonderful service offered, the tasty food or their ever-busy bar producing cocktails galore. I was invited by a friend to have a "much-needed sit-down," and boy was I thrilled with the invitation once I bit into my brown sugar chicken sandwich and garlic mashed potatoes! Because the restaurant/bar was so packed with customers, we opted to dine at the bar instead of waiting for a table (as several others did while lines outside and in the lobby area). Our bartender/server (Starr) was a pure gem as she remained both attentive to our needs as well as well-equipped with knowledge of the many dishes listed upon their menu. Starr was, literally, the best part of dining at the bar alongside the tasty grub we received! My ONLY complaint was how small their parking lot was (which was as jam-packed with vehicles as the restaurant was with both seated and standing customers, awaiting their turn to dine)! I, literally, had to park across the street at the other eatery and remain fearful of being towed!!!!

Cin Cin Burger was pretty good! I do not think it would be fair to give them three stars but also felt like four was generous...the service was wonderful! Our server was kind and made a big effort to make sure all of our allergies and other needs were met. I enjoyed my meal and and did not have any leftovers. I felt like it was a little bit overpriced for what I got but felt like I was paying for the experience! Overall would come again with friends but not sure I would say it's my top pick! read more

Finally made it in to Cin Cin. We had a great waitress. The food was good! There was a wait and the parking lot is pretty tight. Won't be a place we get to frequent, but it was nice to switch things up and try it out. Didn't get a picture of my husband's burger, tho he did say it was good. The eggplant fries were good! The fried pickles were just okay. A little pricey for the amount. I liked that they had a large menu and not just beef burgers. The Mule was tasty. read more

Super friendly staff!! The menu is eclectic and diverse. Grownup milkshakes!! Everything we ate was yummy!! Sliders were my favorite- you pick 2-3 different types. Perfect way to sample their burgers. Love the appetizers. Get the flaming cheese!! read more
Quick $ amazing service, ok food, very interesting decor? We got the eggplant fries, onion rings fries to start trio of sliders . The cocktail with spring flowers were delicious, got the Marigold. Boozy milkshakes were a hit with our party as well read more
Hard to beat this place! The "sliders" option is perfect for folks like me who would rather try several burgers instead of having to decide just 1! Shake was delicious way to end our meal as well. We came on a busy Saturday and were able to get seated after about a 15 minute wait! A little bit on the noisier side but that is to be expected at a place like this! Would recommend this place for casual dining for friends and family in town! read more
Great service, the waiter explained several items and made suggestions. The vibe is casual. The small plates are actually a good portion I wasn't able eat all of it. The chicken Caponi was good and salad was fresh. My friend said the Au Jus was thicker than regular Au Jus, more like an actual gravy. She said it was good and she loved the fries. read more

Of course this place rocks for burgers and drinks! The flapper fries are delicious and I love the prohibition atmosphere. It's actually one of my favorite places to get a delicious and satisfying healthy meal. The burger was seasoned and came out exactly as I ordered! The onion rings were crispy and flavorful. We tried the fries. They were a little too thick for our liking but they tasted fine. Only issue.... There's an operational fee included on your bill. What's that you might ask? No clue. But it would be nice to know of these hidden fees upon arrival OR during the visit period. Edited to say: there's a small piece of paper on the door that says they charge this fee to off set inflation.... read more
What a wonderful experience! From the food to the drinks to the service, everything about this place was fantastic. My friend and I ordered three appetizers to share. Let's break it down: * Pub Pretzel Sticks with Cheese Dip: WOW. These were absolutely delicious. The pretzels were fluffy with buttery layers, and the cheese dip seemed to have a hint of mustard, which made the whole experience incredibly tasty. * Southwest Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce: This was my favorite of the three. Nothing beats a good southwest egg roll, and these did not disappoint. The sweet chili sauce definitely had some heat. (But don't listen to me--my friend calls me "tender-tongued" because I think everything is spicy, lol.) The flavor was spot on! * Chicken Waffle Pops: These were fun, and the maple syrup sauce that came with them was sweet and delightful. Out of the three, this was my least favorite, but only because it leaned more toward sweet flavors, and I tend to prefer savory. I also loved the restaurant's decor, and our server was incredibly kind and even shared his top three appetizer recommendations. I'll definitely visit again! read more

Great dining experience with a large party for a birthday celebration out on the patio! I've been here too many times to count and have always been pleased. If you're looking for a healthier but still absolutely delicious option, my go to meal is the Elliot Ness salad with ranch dressing. Their ranch dressing is out of this world so good!!! I also love their fun seasonal cocktails but a go to year round is the giggle water. If you're looking for an upscale burger place with a fun atmosphere I would highly recommend Cin Cin! read more

Scoop the Triad's eye-popping milkshakes at CIN CIN Burger Bar, review for this event and of course the restaurant in 2023. A super experience for this yelp event. And although been there only a couple of times before, always walk away satisfied. Only real place that I am aware of that spikes up milkshakes with alcohol, adult beverage style. This night the ice cream creations were plenty filling by themselves. Rich. The icecream is from Hershey's if I recall correctly and the quality is 2nd to none. For me add in salty pretzels and caramel and the extra flavor compliment and bring everything full to the taste buds. To be a little healthier in name I got a sizeable pita and hummus board with perfectly and delicately seasoned hummus. My girlfriends waffle fries (my favorite kind) we crisped perfectly and nicely hot when served. The place is know for burgers made to specifications guaranteed to satisfy. Really cool layout and varying styles of decor and art work. Options to sit inside or out. And a full bar bench. Place offers so much. With a few video screens here and there to keep tabs on sports, if I remember correctly. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. -- Just a place for good experiences all around. I will be going back and highly recommend to others as well. read more
When it comes to killer burger joints, The Triad boasts an embarrassment of riches. And Cin Cin is no exception. Except that what they serve is pretty exceptional. My longtime pal and I sidled up for lunch and first enjoyed some savory onion rings. Quickly, the star of the day became their signature sauce (made in-house!), a garlic and champagne aioli. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, complete with the same sauce because once I got a taste for it, that. was. it. Key points also for the excellent service--the soda I ordered got delayed due to a cashed line. And by delay, I mean like only two minutes (aka no big deal whatsoever). STILL, we were updated and then not charged. I was already going to return, but this--coupled with a chill atmosphere--sealed the deal. read more
Finally made it to this trendy burger place, and it is very attractive, with a beautiful long bar - which is where I chose to sit. I ordered an Angus Beef Cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, along with a side Caesar Salad. I like that I was ask how I wanted the burger cooked! The burger was out quickly, and it was well sized (app 8 ounces), and cooked as requested. The burger was very tasty, but the brioche bun was a complete mess, fell totally apart, had to finish with a knife and fork - not cool with that! The salad was quite nice, loaded with shaved cheese! The ambiance is nice, the service at the bar was excellent, but at the end of the day you come to dine and at a self-proclaimed burger bar you come to dine on a burger! The burger was a disappointment, and rather overpriced ($10.95 for the burger, added $1.75 for a single slice of American Cheese!). And they added a CC charge of 2.75%. Not enough value here to bring me back. Ambiance - 4.5 Food - 3 Service - 5 Value - 2.5 read more

I think I liked my starters more than I liked my actual main dish, but it was overall pretty good. We ordered the Reuben croquettes and the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were top tier, but the croquettes were creative but kind of strange in flavor or maybe I'm just not used to the Reuben sandwich flavor in croquette form. The service was a bit all over the place. The servers were nice enough but the apps came before the drinks and everyone got their drinks very spared out rather than at the same time. I came with 6 other people and some of us got shakes which might've played a role in that as well. The ambiance was cute. Very casual, but fun for a date night or a friends' night out. I'd go again knowing that I'd order a burger next time. read more

How is parking? Street or lot?
Lot. Parking is good. If you need overflow, it's on the other side by the BP. I have never had a problem with parking, even on a Saturday night.
