This is definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings locations in NC. It's clean, has good seating and good angles to multiple TVs, and the service is much better than most. I'm giving it 5 stars mostly just because of how much better it is than other B.W.W. locations I've been to, not strictly because B.W.W. is a 5 star experience generally. I've been here a few times over the past few years and it's always exactly what you want - decent beers or drinks, decent wings or burgers (or apps especially), and decent service - all while watching the game on many TVs. read more

BOGO wings on Thursdays are a fantastic deal! The service was very attentive, and even though it was busy I didn't feel as if it was too slow. Twice in the past two weeks, I've ordered takeout from the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 5836 Samet Drive, Suite 115, High Point, NC, 27265 (store ID: 107). Both times, the wait after arriving to pick up the take-out was very long, and this last time, I didn't get most of my food. The first time was on the night of December 12th, 2025. The order was supposed to be ready around 11:50 PM EST. I got there at that time, and it took about 30 minutes for them to get it to me. They did tell me something had broken in the back, and they had to remake my food, and they kept me up to date on stuff, so no real complaint at that time, despite the long wait. Tonight (technically yesterday), December 27, 2025, my takeout order was supposed to be ready at 11:10 PM EST. I arrived there to pick it up at that time. I never got my food. I waited until 11:45-ish PM and nobody told me what was going on. They did make my dessert. It was actually ready on time. They tried to give me just my dessert, but I told them I had ordered an All-American Cheeseburger and a thing of Mac-n-Cheese. After 35-40 minutes of waiting, they came back and gave me my dessert again. I was so tired from work (mandatory Overtime on top of that) and tired of waiting, I said screw it and just took the dessert and gave up on my food. I can forgive the restaurant if it was a one-off long wait. But two? In a span of almost two weeks? I can't let that slide, especially when I had to give up on getting my food and settle just for the dessert. read more

Tonight was my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings in a few years. The restaurant was packed for a Wednesday night. We had a large party and had no trouble being seated. He walked up to us and asked us what were we're drinking, came back a few minutes later and asked "yall know what yall are getting or need more time" we were ready so we ordered. Kind of on a roll of bad experiences today. Hostess on her phone with earbuds in greeted us. Had to clean a table to seat us. Friendly enough but dismissive. Table was wobbly in the booth but clean. We got our menus and our waiter took our drink order to the bar. He left before we could order a tea or soda. Never asked. Waiter at the table next to us had his ear bud in too.? Weird. I have apparently been sleeping on the fact that B-Dubs has a smashburger on their menu. In fact... I don't think I've actually been to one of these in over a decade. I'm not usually much for the big chain restaurants. That said, I Joined some friends of mine for a pre Top Gun Maverick drink and dinner, and they chose this place right by the theatre, so I went. It was.. fine. If not for the delicious smashburger and a very cheap house beer made by Goose Island, it would not have been though. The burger... Definitely fantastic. Perfectly crusted smash patties with ample cheese, grilled onion, and bacon. Mine also had hot peppers on it. Loved it. What I didn't love, was the pathetically small side of underdone fries it came with. There is zero reason to cheat people on fries when they're shelling out 14 bucks for a burger. Speaking of underdone, our pickle chips were also coming up short. If it were easier to get a hold of our waitress, they'd have gone back. But, we were hungry and didn't see her, so we are them. The sauce they came with was a hard pass. We shared someone else's ranch instead to get them down. They have a house beer that is made by Goose Island that is only 3 bucks for a tall size. That was great! Hope that special stays. All in all. Very mixed experience. About what I expected coming in. We went here with my family to watch the USMNT soccer game for World Cup Qualifying. Game was in the 30th minute. There were at least a dozen other games going on around the bar. Background music was pleasant. All at once, the Arkansas vs Kansas NCAA basketball game comes on. And the volume is blasting. Worse than a rock concert. I spoke to the manager and asked if he could please turn the volume, as it was deafening. James said no. That this was a sports bar, that was the feature game, and he had no control over the game's volume. I have been to the BWW in New Bern and Charleston, WV. It was never that loud there. Or at any other sports bar that I've been to, and I've been to many of them, I told the manager that my table and I would have to leave because the noise was giving us all headaches. He smirked at me and said Bye. I apologized to the waitress, gave her a tip, then walked down to Mario's Pizza, who was happy to turn the game on for us. I don't understand why a business that is in the business of serving customers treats them so poorly. We, of course, will never return to this business. I can always count on my neighborhood BWW for excellent service and a great place to hang out. My husband and I always choose the bar seating because we can walk up even during the busiest games and grab a seat. I love the variety of wings flavors and the ever-changing menu items. This Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty standard and the quality of food was good, not great. I have used this location for both dine in and take out, and my experience has been generally positive. When I came for takeout, I was getting a large order. I was able to put in the order and wait in their seating area for it to be ready. It took about 20 minutes, which was reasonable since I was getting food for six people. On my last trip for dine-in, I was seated in a booth. I was tempted by the tall PBR on special, but decided on the Red Oak. I ordered a salad. It was fresh and had shredded parmigian on it. As a vegetarian, this place doesn't have a ton to offer. I did decided to get some potato wedges to go with my salad. They weren't very crisp, but I enjoyed being able to pick the medium buffalo sauce and the garlic parmigian sauce. I was at the Buffalo Wild Wings #0130 located 5836 samet drive suite 115 . This location had terrible customer service from the moment me and my date arrived . The man who served us named Leron didn't greet us with a "how are we doing tonight? " "what can I get started for you" he simply laid napkins down and said "drinks" all while having this look on his face like he did not want to serve us . He didn't have a smile he was not verbal or engaging to us at all . He did not get us any refills while we ate our meal we only had one drink the entire time. The only time he spoke to us was after he handed us our food and he said "everything okay" I said to my date this is the first time we've heard his voice this whole time. After we finished our meal I payed and did not leave a tip due to poor customer service as my date and I wait by the door of the main entrance he approached me and hands me the receipt with no tip and says " you paid for your meal but did not leave a tip I don't need this " seemingly with an attitude . Standard for BWW. As a household we love all things wings! Unfortunately there aren't too many places in the triad so we always end up going to BWW. This time we got an assortment of lemon pepper and carribean slice and the lemon pepper (sauce not dry rub) was not great. Overall it tasted super sour not in a good way. We also got their American classic cheeseburger and this was the highlight of the visit! It's a classic smash burger and was cooked well with lots of flavor. My nephew picked this place because he was craving wings, and I wish someone would've made another suggestion for dinner. The service was horrible, server brought food one at a time so we didn't eat together because of the 7-10 min delay and server placed trays of food in front of the wrong person causing confusion. She said she didn't write the labels on the trays and only brought food out, but she took our orders and was serving our table. We had to ask for refills including water, and had to ask for napkins as well. Our party and I remembered why we aren't regulars at this place. To make matters worse, my wings were undercook, and if chef Ramsey would've been there he would've said something like "this chicken is so raw, it may lay an egg on my tray." Anyhow, the burgers were not tasty either. We divided the check in two, and the server got that wrong too but rectified it.
