Well, once again we tried KFC. I was craving some crispy chicken and KFC was close. Last two times, the chicken looked old and oily as if it had been leftover from the day before. Our tummy's weren't happy that evening. Probably too much grease from reheating. This recent visit was a little better. Chicken was crispy but had no flavor. After removing the breaded skin, the chicken was good. Wish the breaded skin was less and it had more chicken . Maybe the will bring back the baked chicken version. read more

I don't eat at KFC much, now I remember why. I got a large order of cheese curds. It's was $8.97. They over cooked them all so it blasted the cheese out, others were just full of oil. It was tuesday so I also got the 8 piece dark meat for $10. I asked if they could do all thighs, and they said no problem. I got legs and thighs and no cheese, in my cheese curds. The tables were all dirty too. It was a bummer, I'd try again though. Maybe it will be good read more

Very bad food cold dry, and very bad customer service called back to let them know an active manager. Kiaya couldn't do anything about it.

Do not recommend going to this KFC I repeat do not go to this KFC. This is the worst customer service I've ever gone to in the last 10 years. That's all you need to know. You got bunch of entitled workers that can't do basic customer service by greeting your customer dumbasses we is definitely paying your paychecks by supporting your place un til this terrible experience. They just dead stare at you as soon as you walk inside to order food lol I know they not flexing over some KFC. The manager needs to be studied with her lousy ass pink hair ; please look more presentable when you're representing a franchise like kfc and not a emo shop. We had a terrible experience with KFC in Windsor. We've been giving KFC another chance over the last few years, but they always disappoint. The latest disappointment was this past weekend, for dinner in Windsor. We ordered the 3-piece fried chicken wing combo for takeout. The chicken was so dry and hard that it tasted like it had been sitting out since lunchtime. And their wedge fries were "wedgeless," which was another letdown. We won't be eating at KFC again. read more

I went to grab dinner for my partner and I and it turned into a literal nightmare. From rushing me at the speaker in a rude tone to getting my order wrong multiple times. After sitting outside for 10 minutes they sent an employee, a girl with green dyed hair to take my order again. I would tell her what my order was and she would not be able to repeat back to me multiple times. Then she forgot my sauce which I asked for multiple times. I understand that mistakes happen but she was standing at my car door; I was talking to her face to face and she failed to listen to my order. Just frustrating because this happens every time we have gone and we will not be coming back to this location again until some kind of change of management happens. read more

Went to lunch last Thursday. They claimed the receipt printer wasn't working. I ordered the nugget meal. These thieves charged my debit card over $16 for a meal that costs $10. So not only is the service bad, now they're actively ripping people off. read more

Service is quick. We go for their pot pies, always freshly baked and tastey. Hours are good for late night pickups.

KFC How's it gone down in quality and value. This store offers high priced dried out chicken. I will not go there again. Several of the pieces almost had no meat on them, pitiful. read more

On July 9, 2020, I got in line at the drive-thru at 5:14 pm. I sat in the same spot for 9 minutes, with cars lining up behind me. I texted home at 5:23 to say I'd been in line for almost 10 minutes and that the line hadn't moved yet. Finally, at 5:26, I got to the microphone and ordered an Original Recipe 12 piece meal, which includes 6 biscuits & 3 sides. The guy who took my order said they only had breasts in Extra Crispy and asked if that was okay. I said that was fine, as long as I got the breasts. (I'd been shorted in June at this very restaurant.) After another several minutes, I got to the window, paid for my order, received 2 KFC bags, and drove home. I was more than half an hour late, so this little detour through the KFC drive-thru took almost 30 minutes. And this is where the fun begins. I open the bags, and they've given me 2 sides, not 3. They did include 6 "somethings", but I wouldn't call them biscuits. Dough pucks would be more accurate. Then I open the bucket of chicken. Thigh, drumstick, drumstick, thigh, drumstick, drumstick...4 thighs and 8 drumsticks. Not a speck of white meat. I was willing to accept extra crispy instead of original recipe. I mean really...big whoop. I don't care. I just want the 3/3/3/3 (drumstick/thigh/breast/wing) pieces and 3 sides I'm paying $39.50(???) for. So I call the restaturant. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. I'm not kidding. Ring. Ring. Ring. KFC: "Hello?" Me: "I'd like to speak to the manager now please." KFC: (Lowers phone, asks question, raises phone) "Um. The manager's not here." Me: "When will the manager be back?" KFC: "Um. I don't actually know. It's my first day." Me: "Then I won't make this your problem. Have a good night." I then called 1-800-CALLKFC. I explained to the very well-trained representative what had happened. She assured me that the "district manager" would call me within 3 business days. She then amended that to Wednesday, 7/15/20. This was on the evening of Thursday, 7/9/20. Three business days is Friday, Monday, Tuesday. Not sure how 3 days equals 4 days, but it doesn't matter anyway because THEY DIDN'T CALL ANYWAY. Not in 3 days. Or 4 days. Or 5. Or 6. Or 7. I finally called 1-800-CALLKFC again today, a week after *their* deadline for contacting me. I didn't set the date. They did. Anyway, they said they're going to have someone contact me. They just didn't say when this time. So...if someone actually does call me, they need to understand that the ONLY reason they're having to deal with this problem is because multiple people below them failed to do their jobs, one after another, after another. All the way up to them. The questions I will ask them are: Why would the restaurant offer me a substitution and then not even put it in the bucket? And short me a side while they're at it? (Simple mistake? Simple solution: refund the money I gave you for the product you didn't give me. And don't make me chase my refund up several rungs of the corporate ladder. That's ridiculous.) Why would ANY manager of ANY business leave their workplace completely unsupervised during THE SINGLE BUSIEST time of the day? Why is the crew behind the counter making the new guy answer the phone when they know there's not a single question he could answer? Why does "fast" food take half an hour, an 1/8 of a tank of gas, and cost forty bucks? Why is no one responsible for any of this? The manager's missing. The district manager is non-responsive. I'm having to make all the effort here to hold them accountable to their own standards. KFC had the chance to make me happy when they were taking my money. They failed. Badly. And they still are. Zero stars. Restaurant #E720437 6610 Hembree Lane (707) 837-8885 read more

So I was craving some chicken while out running errands. I went inside and ordered the 8 piece chicken strip meal ($32.99!!!). First off the price blew me away. Wow what happened with the prices?? I place my order, mind you there is not one person inside. I walk away and sit on a stool. Then a total of 3 more people come in and order, I wait, wait and wait, I see all the 3 others after me get their orders. I stand up, look at them, and the person who took my order is just walking around. Finally after 12 minutes, a manager I assume asks me, are you waiting? I say yes I have order #***. She looks over and says" oh your food was given away". OK, No sorry or anything. There are 4-5 people milling around and not one could have gotten my order ready. Just all around rude and lazy staff and the prices blew me away. I guess next time I'll just get chicken at the gas station! Not ever going back again!! read more

I like going to KFC for lunch occasionally because it's across the parking lot from where I work. The food is generally okay but the service is TERRIBLE! I only ever go thru the drive thru. They get my order wrong almost every time. Today it came to $7.34. I gave the girl $20.35. She grabbed the 20 ignoring the change. I said I gave you this so you would give me bills back. She was confused and could not make change! Then gave me my food and closed the window. I had to knock to remind her of my drink. Consistent terrible service at this location. I would truly love to give this restaurant a better rating. I mean, who wouldn't? It's KFC! But not the KFC from my childhood. While I really love the flavor of their chicken, there are other problems too. Let me list a few of them for you: 1. The order takers don't listen to you. When we say we don't want the gravy, don't give it to us. You're in customer service and providing the best ever is what you are supposed to do. Owners/Managers, please train your staff. Half the time they seem disinterested or too busy yacking with each other. By the time I get to the drive thru, I am tired, have already worked 14-16 hours and need to get home. Pay attention to your customers, please! 2. The quality of the food is inconsistent. To keep the customers coming back for more, keep the quality of the food high. When KFC was first around, the food was fabulous. Now the potatoes are soupy, the biscuits doughy, and the chicken...well it is mostly cut up into the unrecognizable pieces. Pay attention to the quality of the food. 3. Speed up the drive thru time. I used to work in fast food, so I know that there is an certain amount of time each car needs to be waiting in line. the ownership wants you to get. Do yourselves a favor, an quit goofing off and get on with the show. The bottom line...we want our food, we want it the way we ordered it and as quickly as possible so that we can get it home to our families to feed them. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so. And FYI...the only reason I'm giving you two stars is the fact that you sell A&W Rootbeer and you can't get it anywhere else on tap in Sonoma County. It's totally worth the $2.99/half gallon. read more

So I came to the drive thru and ordered a bucket of the chicken tenders. And when I opened the bucked I found A FRIED FEATHER!!!! I'm glad that it's real chicken but that's absolutely disgusting. Just makes you wonder how clean this place really is and if they even look at what they are throwing into your food. Will not be returning. That place really needs to be inspected read more

Food was okay. Blonde guy at drive thru was like a robot and didn't even respond to my thank you.

For some reason the fries at this particular location is sooooo good! That probably means it's worse for you but I don't care! I love getting it and then dipping it in their root beer floats yummmm... great spot if you're really feeling a need for guilty junk food pleasure. My parents also always order large orders of take out fried chicken if they need lots of food in a hurry. It's good... just like every other KFC. The reason I'm giving this particular location 5 stars is b/c they used to donate root beer floats (& sometimes fries) to the Boys & Girls Club in Windsor (where I used to work). It was soooo nice and generous. Such a great treat for the kids (once in awhile since soda and ice cream isn't the best thing for kids). I just thought it was great how they wanted to be involved with the community. Little things like that is nice and good for business! I completely support this place. There used to be a Pilipino guy manager there who was always super nice, I think he was the reason they would do that all the time. Anyway, support this joint, they do good!! read more

My mom and I were hungry and tired after a long morning of work. Just wanted to grab a quick meal-to-go before heading home. Foolishly chose this KFC. Firstly, we went through the drive-thru and it took FOREVER even though it was 2:30 in the afternoon and not the lunch rush. When we FINALLY got our food, we drove home and opened our boxes to realize that neither the biscuit nor cookie was included in either box. We weren't even provided napkins. The chicken was extremely dry and sparse on meat. I called the store and told them what had happened. They told me to drive back and come get the biscuits and cookies. I told them that we are already at home and didn't want to drive all the way back. They then said to come another day and they would replace it. I verified if they would replace the entire meal since we had to come back and the employee said that they would give me only two biscuits and two cookies. That's it?!?! We were expected to return on another day and just be handed two biscuits and two cookies because THEY couldn't do THEIR job. What?!?! No matter how good their sweet tea, my mom and I will look elsewhere for superior food and better customer service. I strongly suggest that you do, too. read more

Food seemed extra greasy,- Also, don't expect pleasant experience here - the Colonel would roll over on his chicken if he only knew!!! Some changes for the positive are needed!
