This KFC IS TGE SADDEST KFC I HAVE EVER ATE FOID FROM. I ordered popcorn chicken and it was like rock candy. I requested barbecue sauce and they forgot to put it in my bag . So I drove back thru and they gave me the sauce packets and one spilled all over me freshly detailed car. I was upset at the gentleman and he told me to F off . This KFC has made some TERRIBLE policy decisions in the past-hence the previous less-than-stellar(hee hee) rating! However, when they hired David, they FINALLY did something right!! In the past few months, to my mind, there has been a HUGE upsurge in Customer SERVICE!! I gave the order taker a coupon for a meal. The order taker looked totally confused with the coupon. She ended up charging my credit card almost 50% more than the amount on the coupon! I brought this to her attention. The order taker then went to two other workers in the back and they still could not figure it out. They did not care why they could not ring the food up correctly. They just blew me off. I asked why they charged my credit card 50% more and they could not even give me a reason! I demanded my money back and they gave me cash instead of reversing the charge on my credit card. The restaurant floor was sticky and dirty and in the back where they prepare the food was even worse. Gross indeed. The restaurant was also hot and humid. I will not be returning to KFC/A&W. I ended up going to Panda Express across the road from this restaurant and was able to get a good meal without all the hassle! read more

EPIC FAIL. First Time even on Yelp, that is how mad I was on Friday night 9-20-13. I ordered a 6 piece Chicken, with3 Biscuits and a mashed potatoes. I added corn and coleslaw. When I paid, I was specifically asked whether I wanted butter, honey, & bbq sauce. I said I'd like all of them. When the employee handed me the bag of food, I specifically asked is everything there, he looked unsure, but said yes. I asked, are you sure, he said yes, I said thanks and went home. Upon getting home and looking through my bag, the mashed potatoes weren't present and I didn't receive 1 packet of butter, honey or bbq sauce. I was furious to say the least. Just had the most horrible KFC dinner of all time. Chicken under the lamp all day, corn on the cob was stone cold, biscuit was a hockey puck. Took the corn & biscuit back, young punks working and they could have cared less that I was displeased. They waited 18 minutes and told me they forgot to cook the biscuit and it was be 16 more minutes. Suckie, suckie, suckie. My husbands burgers from A&w were fresh nag pretty good. The main reason for the one star rating is the franchise owner often works there himself, and it always seems as though you're bothering him by ordering. I don't expect the royal treatment while hitting up a drive through, but the cold stare and flat speech are the opposite of welcoming. If he's trying to save money on staffing, he could at least cook and let someone with a more friendly disposition handle the customer service end. Food was sub-par. Messed up our order. And the place was filthy! No one wiped down the tables. Almost every single table in there had food on it or liquid spilled on it and on the floor. The trash was overflowing. There wasn't even room to set it on top where the trays go because it was covered in trash as well. I understand it's fast food, but you should take pride in a company you own, manage, work for, whatever the case may be. That KFC was absolutely disgusting. a friend and i was in wal-mart and when we left, we decided to get a root beer float at the kfc / A&W. We orderd the floats and some fries and cheese curds. we got our order and the fries were cold, we took them back and they agreed to make us new ones. we waited and waited and waited......after we had finished our floats and cheese curds still no fries. i asked the manager where our fries are...he explaind that they had forgoten to make new ones. my friend was livid! i looked around and we were the ONLY people in the dinning room....the manager seemed genuinly concernd however the girls had a smirk on her face and the other 2 guys in the back groung didnt care one way or the other. not a very pleasant experiance. read more

Do NOT waste your time or effort to visit this establishment. Went in to order several buckets of chicken and was met with a rude, disrespectful young woman. She proceeded to stare us down---not even saying hello. When my husband spoke to her to ask her about any of the specials, she rudely answered no. i've only ordered from the A&W menu twice, and both times it came out okay, other than kinda cold fries. the chicken at this location is about the same as any other KFC, but it seems like they slack on the sides. every time i order potato wedges, they're leathery and cold. and always check before leaving the drive thru, as they usually forget something from your order. read more

This place isn't even worth the one star given. I've never had an order that's not had a problem. I always have wait in the parking lot because no matter what I order it's never ready.. waiting 10-15 minutes in the parking lot is ridiculous... The staff doesn't seem to care at all one night got home with the wrong order, I drove back and they were confused about why I came back demanding my money back and not wanting the food that I didn't order. I think most of the employees are stoned, at least when I've been there... The customer service sucks. Worst bacon cheeseburger, ever! I used to love going to A&W and KFC when I was kid. The food was good--fresh, hot, and tasty. Fast Forward 40 years and now A&W/KFC has merged into one company, to the detriment of both, apparently. I recently ordered a bacon double cheeseburger to go. I was on my way home from work, and the restaurant is just a few blocks from my house. When I got home, I went to the kitchen and started eating the burger. I got about halfway through before I was like, "What the heck is this stuff?" The meat sure didn't taste like any beef I've ever had before, and the bacon didn't taste at all like bacon. I don't know if the meats even came from a cow and pig. My first thought was "mystery meat". Maybe the meat was just of poor quality or past its date, or had been precooked and then sat too long, but I've never had such an awful tasting hamburger in my life. I literally felt like throwing up after eating it. I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning from it. Unfortunately, the high school kid who took my order, conveniently forgot to give me a receipt, so I have no proof of purchase for the order. Otherwise, I would have demanded a refund. But it was only five bucks, so live and learn, I guess. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this joint. read more
