We have used drive through for a late night run three time now at this Taco Bell. All three time the Mexican pizza is buried underneath all the heavy burritos making all the cheese to stick to the top of the Mexican Pizza box. MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING!! I just noticed that the Taco bell in Windsor is charging more then what they advertise on their drinks. I went to the Santa Rosa Taco bell and ordered a large Baja blast (fountain drink) which on their menu is advertised as $1.79. When I got the total with tax it came out to $1.94. When I go to the Windsor location, the menu advertises $1.79 on their large fountain drinks and I get charged $3.24! What the hell is that about? Windsor Taco Bell needs to review their pricing because for all we know they might be up charging and keeping the money. Do better Taco Bell Windsor. Ok I thought I'd give Windsor Taco Bell a try again after years of not going-then after eating there I remember why I stopped in the first place. Ok so if u walk in no one is there, i should've known this is a telltale sign of bad food & service. Was not greeted with a hello nothing even though people were working in the back. The dining area was super cold chairs hard but wasn't planning on eating there only takeout. I was forced to use a Kiosk only one working. I didn't like this I felt like the menu was difficult to order off of it. When people walked in I felt pressure to hurry. The food wasn't really hot, I'd ordered a CHICKEN Crunchwrap and ended up getting beef. Upon eating we noticed our food it's like they skimped on ingredients throughout. Hardly anything in the tacos Crunchwrap etc. for the quality it isn't worth the price. I went there three times to check consistency and make sure it wasn't an off day. So anyway back to the walk in take out- I never got my receipt from the kiosk after asking to get it via text. The previous drive through experience the person taking my order wasn't nice. My Daughter used the bathroom and no toilet seat covers and the two times of walking in I overheard people saying how bad the bathrooms were. I did the drive through once and two times ordered inside. Both of the times I ordered inside I never got any kind of receipt. The last time I ordered for three of us came to $40. Not worth the quality for the price and how they make it. I won't be eating Taco Bell in the future. I remember Taco Bell growing up where the crispas were actual flour tortilla with cinnamon sugar and the burrito supremes were really big. Pretty much as everyone else in the few months has said, the service here is ABYSMALLY slow. It can sometimes take over 40 minutes to get your food even if there's only like 4 cars ahead of you. Considering that this is a Taco Bell, and I'm ordering a tortilla with beans and rice in it, it should NOT be taking like 10 minutes for them to make my damn food. They really need to find some way to speed up service, because most people on Earth who are busy don't have time to spend over half an hour in a drive-thru line. I don't know why I even bother going to this location. My order is consistently wrong or made with little care for quality. Just went through the drive-through and ordered the number six Chalupa combo with steak. I tell them no tomato no lettuce on the Chalupa. It's obvious when I open the package that they had out lettuce and tomato in the Chalupa and attempted to scrape it out. During that process they must've taken most of the steak with it. The thing was filled with lettuce and cheese and a little sour cream. Maybe 3 chucks of steak. Sunday event crew does not care, this has happened before.
