Food is always as it should be it's a fast food place so what you expect you will get. The staff is a hit and miss the other night it was two girls rapping to a song. They didn't speak to us we were just bodies passing through no hello no goodbye no ty just how much and kept duetting. I didn't care but someone else might however, they didn't so be prepared. Windsor fast food service is probably the worst I have ever come across but it is what it is. The nacho were great! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Windsor, California

We just wanted a quick cheap lunch that was near our hotel so we walked over here. I can't remember the last time I ate inside a fast food joint but this place was really clean and quiet. Ordered on the app and food was ready pretty quick and was as ordered. I had a grilled burrito and I thought it was pretty big and well balanced for fast food. It seemed a little better than other places. Didn't interact too much with employee other than to ask for my drink cup which I was given. I would eat here again. read more

Our late night munchies turned into a nightmare. We ordered a Carmel Apple empanada and sadly we got NADA nothing no empanada... it wasn't busy and our order was simple. Then there was the new Naked Chicken Chalupa. I remember these being SO good, but this one was completely different. It was hard as a rock and unfortunately, my friend actually bit into it and broke half of their tooth off. read more

We have used drive through for a late night run three time now at this Taco Bell. All three time the Mexican pizza is buried underneath all the heavy burritos making all the cheese to stick to the top of the Mexican Pizza box. MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING!! I will go there two more times and take pictures to see if management cares. read more

this place is an absolute joke when it comes to service. anytime i go here, there is ALWAYS something that ends up wrong with my order, even as i put it in the self ordering kiosk. the workers are clearly incompetent, every time i complain that my order was made wrong, or that they gave me the wrong item, it takes them at least 10 minutes for them to get to the counter, and they refuse to help most of the time until a manager gets involved. read more

The food was good and they put a lot of ingredients into the items we purchased. Three of us ate for $20.00. The location was clean. We ordered at the self order kiosk. Other than it being kept at about 60 degrees in the dining area I'd say it was a good location to eat some Taco Bell. read more

Came in and had issues ordering from the kiosk. Then had to wait to be cashed out by a employee in drive thru . Then while waiting had someone do a big order 10items or more and payed with card get his food 1st . While my food waits by the drive thru getting cold . No acknowledgement from the cashier or from the kitchen staff. Very bad way to do business and needs to be better staffed. Just left after waiting 10 mins for 3 tacos read more

Stopped in today. Food was good, however the ambiance wasn't great: all doors locked except for one during lunch, signs saying order at kiosk but only one was working, trash and mess in the dining room and country music loudly playing. Not welcomingl. No one at the front and my order was missing items. Just not a great experience, maybe an off day. read more

Every time I order a chalupa (steak, chicken or beef) the shell is ice cold and hard as a rock! I use to love them and the only thing I really get. I'm done the prices are way to high for a much lower quality of food from just a few years ago. Not worth my money anymore! read more

Do not go here! I would give minus stars but I can't. When you go in the restrooms are always dirty rarely anyone greets you and they always get your orders wrong. There's always kids working and they are always messing around. I just noticed that the Taco bell in Windsor is charging more then what they advertise on their drinks. I went to the Santa Rosa Taco bell and ordered a large Baja blast (fountain drink) which on their menu is advertised as $1.79. When I got the total with tax it came out to $1.94. When I go to the Windsor location, the menu advertises $1.79 on their large fountain drinks and I get charged $3.24! What the hell is that about? Windsor Taco Bell needs to review their pricing because for all we know they might be up charging and keeping the money. Do better Taco Bell Windsor. For some, this may not even matter but for others who are counting literal change out for items, THIS IS OBSURD. read more

Absolutely the slowest fast-food in the universe. 10 minutes at the counter before ordering. (Only customer at counter.) Then took 20 mind for them to make 3 tacos! Could have gotten a cheeseburger in half the time! What a useless business. Never, ever go there. Never! read more

Pretty much as everyone else in the few months has said, the service here is ABYSMALLY slow. It can sometimes take over 40 minutes to get your food even if there's only like 4 cars ahead of you. Considering that this is a Taco Bell, and I'm ordering a tortilla with beans and rice in it, it should NOT be taking like 10 minutes for them to make my damn food. They really need to find some way to speed up service, because most people on Earth who are busy don't have time to spend over half an hour in a drive-thru line. Hire more people or get the people who already work there to move at least 50% faster than your average turtle. read more

Ok I thought I'd give Windsor Taco Bell a try again after years of not going-then after eating there I remember why I stopped in the first place. Ok so if u walk in no one is there, i should've known this is a telltale sign of bad food & service. Was not greeted with a hello nothing even though people were working in the back. The dining area was super cold chairs hard but wasn't planning on eating there only takeout. I was forced to use a Kiosk only one working. I didn't like this I felt like the menu was difficult to order off of it. When people walked in I felt pressure to hurry. The food wasn't really hot, I'd ordered a CHICKEN Crunchwrap and ended up getting beef. Upon eating we noticed our food it's like they skimped on ingredients throughout. Hardly anything in the tacos Crunchwrap etc. for the quality it isn't worth the price. I went there three times to check consistency and make sure it wasn't an off day. So anyway back to the walk in take out- I never got my receipt from the kiosk after asking to get it via text. The previous drive through experience the person taking my order wasn't nice. My Daughter used the bathroom and no toilet seat covers and the two times of walking in I overheard people saying how bad the bathrooms were. I did the drive through once and two times ordered inside. Both of the times I ordered inside I never got any kind of receipt. The last time I ordered for three of us came to $40. Not worth the quality for the price and how they make it. I won't be eating Taco Bell in the future. I remember Taco Bell growing up where the crispas were actual flour tortilla with cinnamon sugar and the burrito supremes were really big. Now when you order everything is so small you're paying a lot more and have to order three things at least. I guess it's a sign of the times we're living in. Next time I'll go to a Mexican restaurant and pay up maybe $20 and get better quality food. read more

I'm typing this as I wait in line with 2 cars in front of me. I've been here almost 10 minutes and nobody has moved. I heard both orders and they weren't that big. No matter what time I come here I always wait minimum 10 minutes. So much for "fast" food. Pick up the pace y'all! I understand when it's busy there is a backup but not when it's slow. Management must just not care. Thank goodness it's so cheap and right down the street from my house read more

I don't know why I even bother going to this location. My order is consistently wrong or made with little care for quality. Just went through the drive-through and ordered the number six Chalupa combo with steak. I tell them no tomato no lettuce on the Chalupa. It's obvious when I open the package that they had out lettuce and tomato in the Chalupa and attempted to scrape it out. During that process they must've taken most of the steak with it. The thing was filled with lettuce and cheese and a little sour cream. Maybe 3 chucks of steak. Sunday event crew does not care, this has happened before. I crave Taco Bell once in a while but it seams to be on a Sunday. I'm not making that mistake again. I'm tired of getting ripped off. read more

I went through the drive thru last week, and I kid you not it took me 45 minutes to get through. It's my own fault though, I should have known better. Sometimes going inside is faster if the guy isn't taking a break. If you do decide to get in the drive thru line just make sure you bring a good book, or use it as a good time to get caught up on your favorite Netflix series, because yes you will be in line THAT long. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT hop in the drive-thru line thinking it is going to be a fast, efficient experience. On the 3 times I have foolishly decided to do so, it has been an average of 38 minutes in line for only 5-6 cars ahead of me. Furthermore, the dilberts running (or lack thereof) the place are about as bright as cattle. Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration. I firmly believe that the cows and chickens sacrificed for our consumption could be running this place better. read more
